We had a great time staying at Ben’s flat. It has everything you need and is simple, clutter-free and clean. Instructions for entering and parking were clear, the property feels very secure as there are 3 levels of code-entry doors from street to flat and the location is great for exploring York. 15-20 minute walk to the Shambles and centre of town and great local restaurants (really recommend Valentino’s 5 mins walk away and Ate O’Clock 15 mins walk away). A great flat in a great location, with a helpful host. Thank you!

Excellent location near York railway station and an easy walk into town. There’s a Sainsbury’s Local on the corner for provisions. It’s a beautiful apartment in immaculate condition and beds configured into 4 singles as we requested.

Carole’s place was perfect, from the checking in, parking arrangement which was early, the little things like the bottle of wine, crisps, milk and juice, a 5 minute walk to a very enjoyable place like York to explore. Without doubt if we return to York and the apartment is available then we would book it again.

Amazingly central location and super easy check in. Gemma and Andy were really helpful in the run up to check in and helped us with the parking too. Would recommend if you’re visiting Harrogate! If you’re a light sleeper, take an eye mask as the white shutters mean you get a reasonable amount of light in the mornings.

Dave was extremely helpful and the flat was lovely. Internet could have been better but it was adequate.

Laura was a fantastic host with quick responses & loads of information on what to do while in York. The apartment was in a great location just a short walk from the centre of town and had everything we needed for our short stay.

I can honestly say this is the best air bnb I have stayed in. It is beautifully appointed with everything you could need. The hosts have thought of every detail to make your stay perfect - we couldn't have wished for more.

Jacky was an extremely proactive, kind and graceful host. She made us feel right at home immediately and communicated effectively the entire time. She presented us with milk and other amenities upon our arrival and her partner Steve was also extremely friendly and welcoming. The place itself was clean, comfortable and made us feel all at home immediately. Everyone slept incredibly soundly, and Jacky was extremely nice about us coming home late in the night! Otley itself was a lovely, peaceful town and incredible to walk around on a sunny day. We will be coming back when we return to Otley.

Great flat - clean, well decorated and close to city centre. Very well-equipped - it had everything we needed for a weekend away - and Hollie was extremely responsive and helpful, answering any queries we had straight away. Highly recommended!

I just want to say Both my boyfriend and I had a really lovely stay in Prosecco Palace . As soon as we got in the place looked and smelt really clean and there was that attention to detail to make the home look homely and romantic at the same time. We walked into the bedroom and their were some cute petals scattered across the bed which was a really nice touch. We both couldn't fault the place. Thank you soo much Helen ☺️

This place is truly unique, boasting an amazing design and offering everything you need for a comfortable short stay. We loved the quirky decorations and the attention to detail, which often made us smile. The area is so peaceful, and the pleasant, short walk into town was a real bonus. Having a nice park right next door was lovely too. We also appreciated how warm and cosy "the witches den" stayed. The shower was great, but a special mention must go to the toilet – its genuinely impressive and powerful flush is a feat of engineering that deserves respect (perhaps avoid using it late at night if your partner is sleeping!). We would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for something different yet high quality, in a fantastic location. York itself is wonderful as well.

This apartment has an excellent location, a few minutes walk to Micklegate and then another 5 mins brings you to the centre of York. It was very clean and had everything needed for a short stay. It is compact, but that didn’t bother us as we were hardly there during the day. Clare is very responsive with access instructions and recommendations for places to eat. We had great meals at Delrios, Santanos and enjoyed brunch at Burberries. I’d absolutely recommend Clare’s place for a stay in York.

We booked here for a girlie weekend away. The host was prompt with replies to messages, and any queries we had. The apartment was spacious, big rooms and clean decor. All but 1 bedroom was ensuite, but had the use of the main bathroom as noone else needed to use it. The view onto the gardens outside the front was lovely. We managed to get a sunny weekend so spent sometime out on the grass. Close to city centre and train station 5 minute walk. Overall a great experience and would return. Many thanks 😊

Great place to stay for our friends hen party.. appears like a house in the pics but its actually an apartment with a lovely outdoor terrace and hot tub. Spoke to host who advised us to pull up and offload the car outside the property, and then move to suitable places to park nearby. Great place for a weekend with friend, had everything we needed

Farat was brilliant with organising our stay and couldn’t of done more to make my birthday weekend away special. We all enjoyed the stay and the location was perfect. It was a beautiful clean and spacious apartment and I don’t think you’ll find better for the price in Leeds city Centre. The location is brilliant and the decoration of the place is gorgeous. Jackie and Richard were fantastic hosts , easy going and very clear with instructions for the apartment, responded very quickly to any messages sent didn’t get to meet them as it wasn’t necessary as it was all so well organised. We stayed for two nights in Apartment 3A the room was very homely and we settled in straight away , it was great to come back to after a long couple of days in the York . The apartment was very clean and hand all the appliances we needed , even a dishwasher! We left our car at the apartment each day and got an Uber into York for the Christmas market etc and found that very easy and reasonable in price . Thank you both for a lovely stay .

We loved staying at Jane & Andrew’s “cottage” as I’m calling it. It’s so much more than an apartment, it’s so spacious, beautiful and welcoming with a lovely courtyard at the back along with the hot tub. We didn’t visit the farm since my hubby has had hip & knee surgery recently and the uphill climb would have been too much for him but for sure we’ll be back and hopefully he’ll be fit enough to do it then. The local Sainsbury’s is just a 10 minute walk away so I would walk there and then take a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back with heavy groceries…like Guinness, lol The West End pub is also a 10 minute walk away and a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back too. We flew from Toronto to visit family in Wyke and adored staying in this gem of a place for a week. So peaceful and a perfect size for two adults. The owners’ Grandkids were just next door, so if you have a couple of kids there’s plenty of room for them too and I’m sure they’d all get along, but as just us two adults we had loads of room.
