The only issue I had was finding the apartment - in the dark. The listing should say “Find #58, then use the key on the door to the right of that sign and go up to the top floor”. Apart from that - one of the nicest and most comfortable Airbnb’s I have stayed in - easy walk to the centre and all the attractions, lovely, very comfortable and clean apartment. I would recommend this to anyone visiting York.

A great place to stay. Just a short walk from the station, so very convenient if you have large bags. Comfy beds, great shower, spacious sitting area and good sized kitchen. Walking distance to the city centre.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Value for money. Pristine. Fantastic hamper - very kind. Decorated for Christmas- lovely touch. Would love to return and stay as our son is at York University for another 2 years. So peaceful. Lovely accessibility to green spaces. Thank you very much Ellie 💖

What a wonderful apartment and so close to the centre. This was a gift for my mum for Christmas who’s never been to York. My mum has to use a wheelchair and this was perfect for accessibility and allowed us to venture into the city easily. What a wonderful host, small touches like leaving milk, juice, snacks and a nice bottle of wine made us smile. I would definitely stay here again Thank you ☺️

Lovely apartment right in the centre of Hull, short walking distance to the quay and the main shopping centre. The apartment was very clean, and matched the description completely, and Kelly’s instructions for checking in was spot on. Kelly’s communication was excellent throughout. We will definitely be back!

Great weekend stay and perfectly located for shops, food etc. Had an issue with a lamp blowing the kitchen fuse. Bill couldn't have been more responsive if he had tried and had this sorted so everything was working within minutes. Absolutely perfect hosts and would definitely stay again

Fabulous little home with everything you would want for a holiday or a ‘work away’ rental. Immaculate, spotless and the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up. Paul was so friendly and helpful!

Lovely house, great location very clean with everything you need. Nice and warm and easy to walk to from the station.

15 minute drive to the auditorium where we were working for the week. Comfy bed, good shower, plenty of parking. 4 double beds, 4 sets of keys so we could come and go as we please. No complaints from us. Great everything. Thanks very much.

We really enjoyed our stay at Simon’s place. Good space, nice and clean and a short distance from York. Simon was very responsive on message which made our stay straightforward and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic time at Claire's house. The house is beautiful, clean and spacious - we all wanted to move in full-time! The kitchen is a chef's dream come true - we cooked a big family meal & had all the supplies needed. The house is a short walk to the waterfront, town, shops, restaurants and pubs. Our host was very friendly and very responsive. We highly recommend Claire's place and hope to stay there again next time we are in Hornsea.

I had a fantastic stay at this new-build property. Accessing the keys was straightforward, making check-in hassle-free. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent, with a modern shower that worked perfectly. The place was spotlessly clean, and each of the three single beds was equipped with two towels, which was a thoughtful touch. The heating was great, ensuring the house stayed cosy throughout my stay. Parking right outside the property was incredibly convenient. Prince, the host, was easily contactable and very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend staying at the cottages. Great location only 15 minutes from York city, so peaceful and relaxing, the cottage itself was very clean, cosy and with plenty of parking. Micheal was very hospitable, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was clean, warm, with all amenities as listed. Louise was great communicating all info regarding the booking.

Stayed at David's whilst visiting relatives in Hedon. Only a 10min drive door to door which was perfect. Open plan design was marvellous, lots of room for 4 adults. Had everything we needed for the time we spent in the property and pool table was a real bonus! All slept really well due to the wonderfully quiet location. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit! Thank you ☺️

We stayed at Jame's place as we were going to an event at Bridlington Spa. The location was central for the town, seafront, harbour and Bridlington Spa. We were met by Tina who was very friendly and helpful. James pre-booked parking for us which was only 5 minutes walk away. The apartment suited our needs and we have booked to stay again later in the year.

Wonderful home, beautifully furnished and in a superb location. Parking right outside and easy check in access, from my arrival to checking out this was the loveliest stay which made the week long work event I was in York for all the easier to bear! We absolutely loved our stay! The place was gorgeous, and we felt right at home! Would definitely recommend, as the hosts were super helpful and friendly, the location was perfect (a very easy walk into York), and the flat was super easy to get into and navigate. Really felt like a great place to stay, and we had an excellent night sleep!

Home from home. Great location, 5 to 10 minutes walk to York Minster and local attractions. Enjoyed site seeing and going back to the apartment to relax in the evening. Beds were very comfortable. You are checked in by Amanda not Elaine, who was really nice and helpful, however Elaine is very responsive when contacting her. Secure parking which is fantastic. When we checked out, I left something at the apartment, contacted Elaine and she arranged for it to be posted to me at home. Tea/coffee, milk and orange juice was there on arrival which was nice after a long drive. Sainsburys is a 1 minute walk from the apartment and Tesco's 2 minutes. Highly recommend staying at Elaines apartment, nicely presented with good quality kitchen which was well equiped.
