Just want to say thank you to Jo for a lovely 1 night stay. The kids room was a dream and our bed was so comfy. The hot tub already for when we arrived which was enjoyed. Great the TV had Netflix etc for us to use as had nibbles and enjoyed a family film together before the kids were off again into The Den. The kids did not want to leave so would have been lovely if the check in was a hour before 3.00 and checkout was 1 hour later at 11.00 as we were only there one night. But no faults just a fun, restful stay.

We were three generations of runners staying for the weekend for the Brighton half marathon. The location of the house was perfect! Just a street back from the sea! The house is so beautiful and there were lovely fresh flowers in the living room and kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped for our pre race pasta and our DIY breakfast. The beds were really comfy too. I would highly recommend this place. Felt like home.

Zeer mooie en comfortabele woning op een mooie locatie. Alles aanwezig voor een zeer aangenaam verblijf. En als welkom kan het ook tellen! Een volledige mand met producten waardoor je bijna de eerste dag niet naar de winkel moet!! (Incl een fles Prosecco) Dus zeker een aanrader.

Such a magical experience. One of the best places we have ever stayed. The hot tub outside was amazing and even had a swim in the cold lake which was such a rush. The sleep was perfect and peaceful, and hearing the ducks swim in the lake in the morning was lovely. Will most certainly be returning in the summer. Helen was fantastic with communication throughout, and even left us some wine & milk in the fridge which was thoughtful. Thank you :)

What an incredible renovation Clare has made of Old Smock Mill. It's been beautifully restored and holds such history and charm. Set in idyllic surrounds with great walks for those who like to explore outdoors. Clare made us feel utterly welcome and we enjoyed our stay on every level of the three floors. The fresh homemade bread was a wonderful touch and thoroughly enjoyed with the most glorious of golden eggs. Much enjoyed after a heavenly night's sleep in bedding you just sink into. The Mill is incredibly well dressed, peaceful and provides the perfect little get away. Old Smock Mill certainly lived up to and even surpassed expectations. We have already recommended to friends and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. Perhaps next time in the summer months when the walking trails are firmer underfoot.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Londres🤗; l’appartement est agréable, au calme, dans une rue sympa et bien placé : transports et commerces à proximité à pied (5 à 10 minutes) ; tower bridge, borough market à distance de marche (10 à 15 minutes); hôte arrangeant et réactif , je recommande cette adresse 🤗

Lovely little getaway, was perfect for what we was looking for, for some last minute peace.

Unfortunately a bird had got into the house when we arrived! Not the hosts’ fault at all and Geoff and Suzie were extremely quick and helpful at sorting the whole thing out. This was the second time we went to Geoff’s place and would certainly still visit again.
