Lovely central location, everything is a walk away! Clean, tidy, comfy beds and a good shower. We stayed whilst visiting the University of York with our daughters, The Courtyard had everything we needed. would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The place was absolutely spotless and everything was as described beautiful view out the patio and found Sheila had put a lot of effort into explaining where everything is and how to work things and also the local surroundings had a brief chat with her whilst checking out and she seemed like a lovely person and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting and would stay again without hesitation

fantastic trip and a lot more local to the city than I first thought. you can walk into the heart of Leeds in 20 mins. a very cosy, well kept and clean environment with great amenities. Cutlery is a bit sparce but that's likely due to guests than hosts! Would highly reccomend

Outstanding accommodation. Only 15 to the centre of Harrogate. Lovely and quiet and very relaxing. Immaculate and fully stocked with everything you could want. Very welcome addition was tea/coffee and milk and the detailed personally addressed note for our stay for tv etc. We were fortunate to eat breakfast outside and listen to the birds singing. We cannot recommend this property enough and we will definitely return. Tom was a great host. Everything fully detailed and communication was excellent.

We would definitely stay in this house again, it was very easy to get into the city centre and the information that Jamie and Eden provided was really helpful. We had a great stay in Rothewell. Paulina is very friendly and quick to respond to any messages. The house was lovely and clean, in a great location a short walk from the canal. There is a Morrisons close by to stock up for your stay. Can definitely recommend :)

Petra and Gary are the nice hosts. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. I was particularly surprised by some of the meticulous arrangements they made to welcome guests. When we checked in, there was a plate of flowers on the table. Every day when we got up, we saw the flowers slowly blooming. By the third or fourth day, the whole pot of flowers was in full bloom, and the whole room felt full of warmth and vitality. You can feel their attentiveness and warm hospitality to their guests. A surprising and refreshing experience for our family.

Best air bnb I’ve stayed in by a long way! A beautiful house with so many lovely thoughtful touches throughout. Mark also made sure the playpen was ready for my toddler and the safety gates at the bottom and top of the stairs was a really nice touch. Mark was also super friendly and flexible to our needs and check-in times. It really felt like we were being spoilt by staying there! We’ll definitely stay here again when next in the area.

fantastic place to stay only a 10/12 minute drive into York city centre. Surrounding area was quiet and felt secure. House was clean and perfect for our stay. Would definitely use again!

Kerrie was an excellent host and her property was wonderful. Lovely decor, immaculately clean, comfortable beds, so very well equipped in all areas. Kerrie really had thought of everything in the finest of details. From booking to check-out, Kerrie was very responsive and offered lots of excellent suggestions. I would highly recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to book and stay again when in York.

Jonathan’s place was perfect for our overnight stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the beds were really comfy. The house is on a quiet road within walking distance of the city centre Would def recommend and we would stay again. Thanks Jonathan

We really enjoyed our stay for two nights , lots of parking outside which is handy with a 1 year old. The place was clean comfortable and had everything you could want really , walkable to the centre in 10 mins by the river .. perfect! Sule was very responsive and made our stay easy :)

We wished we could have stayed longer. The beds were comfortable and it was so quiet. The drive was absolutely beautiful! Everything was so clean and cozy. Our kids said it looked like a cottage in a story book.

Very comfortable spacious flat. We really enjoyed the space. Good for family stay. Smart TV is definitely a bonus!

Lovely modern accomodation, tastefully furnishd andbdecorated, and just a short walk away from Harrogate Town Centre. Very covenient location to use excellent bus services to nearby towns and attractions. Would definitely recommend and hope to use again in the future.

Could not fault the apartment at all, the location is great (about £5-£8 uber into the city). Would 100% stay again next time I come to Leeds!
