This unit was very comfortable, clean and well set out. Having a dishwasher , washing machine and tumble dryer was so convenient , in addition to the beautiful kitchen with all the necessary appliances. You can’t ask for better sea views - enjoying a cup of coffee or a meal on the balcony with the sound of the waves is food for the soul. Private access to the beach without having to use a car every time was an absolute plus! Gillian was amazing from the time we booked with clear communication on all aspects , responding quickly to any questions and was extremely helpful but not overbearing at the same time. We had a fantastic family break in this very clean, comfortable and well kitted unit which has been well thought out. The complex is well looked after and access to a swimming pool after a hot day on the beach was awesome too. Highly recommmended.

Elmarie’s unit at Eden Dunes is a great place to stay. Scenic views of the ocean, great location, all you need within walking distance and sunshine gleaming through your windows every morning. Highly recommended if you want a peaceful getaway by the coast. 🌅

There is not enough words to say how much we loved this home. We have never before changed our tradition as a family and this was our first time, but we found our new holiday tradition when we found this home. The view and the balcony took our breaths away, never felt more relaxed and at home..Margate itself was a bit of a let down, so would recommend beaches around like uvongo or shelley beach.. this is our new home for holidays

Mpume she's an superb host very friendly & calm. The place was spotless with everything and more, we even got lots of groceries, beach mats, kids play goodies home away from home. Very quiet area and close to the beach . Definitely we will refer to friends and visit again soon.

Unforgettable family getaway! This house has everything for a perfect holiday — spacious, stylish, and has anything you might need and even more. Looks even better than on pictures. The pool and braai area became our favorite spot where we laughed, relaxed, and created the best family memories. The kids were absolutely happy. very big house that allows you to your space and feel at home . town is near everything is near so no need to stress on anything that is missing. I went there with my crew and the guys loved how quite and free spirited the area is . we had fun and Im surely coming back

Check-in process was seamless. Ross was kind enough to allow an earlier check-in. This was so helpful as it was raining quite disruptively and we had nowhere to go. He met us at the property, gave us a tour of the house and made some local recommendations. Great experience. The house was perfect for the 7 of us. The five rooms and en-suite bathrooms are spacious and comfy, and of course pet friendly. The property has everything you need, and is well looked after. We visited the beach close by, but decided to swim at the main beach (blue flag status with lifeguards) about a 3km drive from the property, with plenty of parking. We really enjoyed our stay, and loved the quality family time. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Peta's and Kelly's place is awesome! We enjoyed our coffee on the rooftop every morning. In the afternoon we'd walk along the beach. Their house is not super remote, other than what we first believed. (Nearest supermarkets are 10 minutes away by car toward Scottburgh.) Their home is nicely tucked into a group of secluded eco houses close to the beach. Internet speed is totally sufficient for Netflix or doing video calls. And, moreover, they are super responsive in case of any questions or literally anything else happens. We'll be looking forward to coming back. Our stay at Shangri-la was exceptional. Check-in was easy with staff offering assistance to offload our trailer. The views from the house breathtaking and the garden is well maintained. Access to the beach was easy and allowed us to go for morning walks. The beach was quite and we were often the only people there. The ladies that cleaned the house were always friendly and made us feel right at home. Liz was always available for help and made sure we were well looked after. I would recommend Shangri-la 10/10

Top unit with stylish furniture friendly and responsive Host home away from home

Hi John,from me Harriet and my family, we couldnt have asked for anything else, that place was breath taking, sitting there by the window and just looking directly at the ocean, for us that was a bonus, the house was amazing, it was so peaceful, and the area was so child friendly, Sleeping at night our boy didnt even need his white noise as the ocean was making the similar sound. Your place is exceptional 👏 👌 and we are coming back again this year, keep it open for us.

We spent an amazing weekend at Inn on the Sea in Ramsgate with friends, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is ideal, with direct access to the lagoon and Ramsgate’s main beach. The views were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for a group of friends. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep easy, and the communal pool and lapa added to the fun. The peaceful surroundings, coupled with the sound of the waves, created a relaxing atmosphere, while the proximity to shops and restaurants made it convenient. The triple-storey layout meant navigating some stairs, but it didn’t take away from the overall comfort and charm of the place. We loved every moment of our stay and highly recommend Inn on the Sea for a memorable group getaway. It’s the perfect blend of relaxation, fun, and stunning seaside views..👌🏾👌🏾 “WE ARE DEFINITELY COMING BACK” 🕺🏽🕺🏽

Lovely place that felt like home!! Right on Margate main beach with amazing views, as well as being close to shops and restaurants. Razia is lovely, super helpful and always available to assist when needed!
