Lorie is very professional and easy to work with. There was an issue with the resort where they gave away our reserved room. Lorie was very responsive and gave the price adjustment immediately once the resort found a solution. Lorie was very apologetic even when the issue was completely the fault of the resort. We would not hesitate to book again with Lorie.

A great place for a family vacation. We had a single level property with a nice patio that lead to a huge grass common area and a play structure for the kids. Pool was also a short 1 minute walk, had a great hot tub, small wading pool for the kids, and a heated large pool. We spent almost all of our time there. Arcade games were also accessible in main lobby area. Room had AC and anything we needed to our own food. Grocery store was within 5 minute drive.

Lories place was perfect. My family and I actually got 2 of her units so we could all be together leading up to my wedding. This resort is super kid friendly with lots to do including a grill on each balcony. Would def come back again.

We've stayed at this resort twice and it perfectly suits our needs. Suite is super clean. Kids LOVE the fantastic pool. Mom loves to jog on the lake and country roads in the morning. We had a bottom floor unit this time and we liked the porch area and bbq. Kids also played in the mini arcade for a bit and everyone appreciated the perfect AC. The strict 10:00am checkout takes some energy to accomplish as a family, but otherwise we feel this is the best place for our family to stay if we are in the Clear Lake area.

Although Logan warned us that this is a Wyndham property, we were not prepared to face a relentless and rude sales person before being allowed access to the unit we’d already paid for. We were not allowed to “simply decline” the sales pitch. Instead, after politely declining to sit through a presentation at least five times, we were forced to act angry and rude ourselves before the awful sales person (McKayla, sp?) handed over our room access cards. Additionally, Wyndham charged us a $250 deposit instead of the $100 deposit that Logan mentioned. Not sure what that was about. Very frustrating check in experience after a very long day on the road. The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed including a great bbq grill. The property is nice and has a heated pool and several hot tubs onsite. Logan was polite and very responsive. Despite several positive aspects about this rental, we would not knowingly subject ourselves to another Wyndham check in process.

The place was perfect. We love Sonoma and this place was in a perfect location with quick and easy access to great wineries and restaurants. Logan was very responsive. Will definitely use this place next time we come to Sonoma!

Loved the rental! The area and location is perfect for surrounding wineries and restaurants. Great views and feels just like home away from home!

This location was perfect for my employees, who are working on a new home construction project in the area. They felt right at home and couldn't believe how accommodating everything & everyone was.

Wonderful place to stay that was close to the wineries and restaurants. We really enjoyed the fireplace, comfy beds and all the facilities. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic place to stay as long as you can overlook the timeshare sales pitch. Upon check in, the desk gives you one key and directs you to another desk where you can get more key wristbands after they try to convince you to join their presentation. So check in takes 15minutes or more, but the room layout was comfortable for us: 5 adults were able to split a single 2 bedroom unit with the 4 beds, 2 bathrooms. The 3 bedroom would have been ideal but it wasn’t available when we tried to book

We really enjoyed the well supplied kitchen and the spaciousness of the rooms.

Great central location for Sonoma and surrounding wineries. Options for great restaurants in Windsor or go to Big John’s in Healdsburg and pick up some dinner to bbq at the condo. Very comfortable and great service from the Worldmark staff.

Logan was great to work with. He was always quick to respond to emails. The condo was perfect for our visit, the pools were great and the location was what made this place somewhere we will come back to.

This is a beautiful stay, and beds are comfortable. Amazing Lake views. Altogether we had a great stay, and we hope to book again.

This place was a breath of fresh air after trying out a few air Bnb stays in the surrounding towns and area .Exactly as described clean, flexible check in lots of amenities on site and a lot of restaurants nearby . Our host was super quick to respond with any questions or help we needed .We extended our stay as well 10/10 stars

Perfect location for wine tasting in the Healdsburg area. The 2BR/2BA was perfect. All the beds were comfortable, including the Murphy bed. Spacious and clean. Nice to have a balcony w a BBQ grill. Great to be able to relax after a day of wine tasting before heading into Windsor for dinner . The owners were great & communicated all necessary information. The Wyndham is a timeshare location so just be ready for a sales pitch- if you want to listen or not. There were no issues with not wanting to listen to it if you are clear respectful and professional.
