We had a lovely stay, beautiful location. Rachel was an amazing host. And as a bonus there is a lovely bakery and cafe in the town 5 mins walk away in town. Would definitely recommend.

Just had a perfect stay at Allison’s house, the house is beautiful and has everything you could ask for with a real home from home feel especially in the kitchen - it had everything needed for cooking meals and the cooker is great. The sofas and beds are really comfy and there are two lounge areas which were ideal for relaxing or for the kiddies to watch tv. Outside the garden is really pretty with lovely seating areas dotted around - there is also a lovely walk down to the burn which the dog and children loved! The location is great as It’s only a 10 min drive from Thurso and we also managed to get a takeaway delivered. We visited Dunnet Beach twice while we were there as this is also well worth a visit. Allison is a great host and super helpful and she has created a beautiful home where we hope to return to again!

Not too sure what to say about this stunning house, other than WOW WOW WOW!!! If you’re looking for the perfect base for a group or family getaway, look no further (I looked far and wide before stumbling over Keiss Harbour House and what a find!!!) From start to finish, Jill has been a fantastic host. The house was exactly as described and even better than expected! We were completely blown away. We visited Keiss as a surprise 40th birthday trip with my boyfriend and 8 of our friends. We all agreed that this is by far the best stay any of us have had. There was something for all of us, walking, to beach trips, the beautiful local town of Wick, kite surfing, diving, john o’groats, lots of delicious food. A Tesco 10 mins down the road meant we were able to make great use of the brilliantly stocked kitchen, the stew cooked in the huge slow cooker provided went down a treat after a blustery day! We aren’t ones to return to the same destination but will definitely be back!

Very nice house, a short walk to the waterfront but not too close to be in amongst the visitors. Quite and very handy for the Wester Ross walks and climbs. Safe garden that our dog could roam around freely. House was clean and well equipped. We had fabulous weather but it would also have worked in more traditional/wet weather with plenty of space for outdoor kit.

It’s worth coming for the view alone, stunning. We absolutely loved our stay , it just went too quick!

Beautiful house with spectacular views & great walking & hiking. The house is unpretentious, warm & comfortable offering old world charm & comfort. Our party ranged from 3-63 and everyone found a corner of the house that suited them with loads of board games, table tennis & the billiard room was a great hit with everyone. The kitchen is well equipped & has everything you need for feeding a large party of people. I would definitely recommend this property & would love to return in the future.

This was a wonderful place to stay. There were 6 of us, and it was the perfect size. We also used the kitchen to make multiple big meals with no problems— so many pots and pans and utensils! We had a cozy night by the fire (in a beautiful fireplace!) drinking whisky. Tobermory is a magical place and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It’s worth the price!!

We really enjoyed our weeks stay at Feith Mhor Lodge. Jess was a great host and was always very responsive on messaging if we had a query. The house is set in beautiful surroundings and my dog loved the garden and even made friends with the cows in the field beside the house. We were celebrating a 50th birthday and we had 6 adults and 2 kids so the dining room table was fab for eating at and also playing board games in the evening. The house is cosy and comfortable but would say to anyone staying to take slippers with them as some of the floors are wood and not all carpeted.😊 We all loved having the play area and games room outside. Thank you.x

Great location, good restaurant onsite

A gorgeous and spacious house, perfect as a spot to explore the beautiful countryside around the Isle of Mull. It could be slightly better resourced with some basics, but otherwise well-appointed.

We stayed two nights at Moulin, lovely peaceful location, stunning views. House large and roomey but still homely, beds comfortable and fresh. Pete went out of his way to allow us entry as promptly as possible of the first night, great stay, super host. Many thanks!!
