We had a wonderful stay. The house felt like home rather than just a place to sleep for the night. Dave was an amazing host, very responsive. We had to change our dates of our stay originally and Dave was very accommodating. The house had everything we needed as well and was clean. It was also in a quiet area which was an added bonus. If we’re ever back in the area, this will be our first pick as everything about it is so welcoming and homelike.

Love this little spot when we come into Ohio,the host are great, the house feels like home, and always a beautiful view. Everything is within mins to access!

The parking was important to us and there was plenty of room there for the trucks. The property, more importantly room situation was accurately decribed which we also appreciated. Beth was very responsive to any messages sent. overall great experience.

Lisa's place was extremely clean & quiet. My friends & I rented the house for a girls bookclub weekend of reading & relaxing, & it was the perfect place for it! The hot tub was the perfect way to end our evening, we all slept peacefully. We would like to go back in the summer months to utilize all the amenities Lisa's offered.

C’était notre deuxième séjour chez Matthew. Nous avons tellement aimé la première fois que nous sommes revenus. La maison est directement en face du World equestrian center. C’est parfait pour ceux qui y sont pour compétitionner. La maison a 3 belles chambres et deux salles de bain complètent. Elle loge 6 personnes très confortablement. Nous allons assurément revenir

The place was beautiful. Rebecca really thinks about her guest.She has robes for the hottub, Extra tooletry in case you forgot something. I especially love the third floor I only regret not take my grandchildren. Rebecca has the third floor set up for kids with plenty of toys and games, She has a country animal theme. The only one thing I would add is a fence around the hot tub for privacy.

place was clean, updated and comfortable. Easy walking distance to restaurants , parks and the river

Kimberly was very responsive to any questions we had. The property is beautiful and private. We enjoyed watching the deer come through everyday. The house was decorated nicely for Christmas with two trees in the living room, other decorations throughout the home, and lights outside.

We stayed for a week. Chillicothe native here - so I knew the neighborhood in advance. The place was just as described and perfect for settling in for a week. Do pay attention to the listing. Brad is very clear that there are steps up to the apartment, and then steps upstairs once inside the apartment to access the bedrooms and the only bathroom. My only caution is - Brad isn't kidding - it's lots of steps. This was a little bit hard for me as I have a bad knee. Just be aware. Also - we wanted to take the bed home with us. That is THE most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in my life! I would absolutely recommend the property and would rent one of his sites again! We had a great time!

Working with McKenzie was a dream! She was friendly, helpful, responsive and provided great recommendations for the local area. The property was just like the pictures and exceeded our expectations. It was clean with subtle decor and felt like home. The area was quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to stay there again on my next visit to the area!

Sweet little nest to stay for a night while passing through.. had everything needed & plenty of space for me & two friends to stay in our own comfortable beds. Tara was kind & communicative.

I had a long stay here and it was perfect! The place is new and was very clean. kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Fawn was a great host and was always quick to help with any questions I had. Enjoyed my stay so much!

Our second stay at Jana’s was wonderful. The apartment was clean and cozy. Jana is always clear and responsive with her communications and our visit was easy and trouble free. I would recommend this charming property and plan to go back soon.

A wonderful little place.If you are a couple and want a cozy place to enjoy one another's company, this is a great place to visit, and if one of you make a mistake, you can go just a short distance down the road to K.Rae Designs and buy a piece of jewelry and make it all better.We will go back if we have the chance.Thank you Gary.

Malissa's apartment was a positive part of our visit with family in Maineville. This was our third stay in one of Malissa's units and as always the apartment was immaculate, well stocked with all you need for your stay and in a great location. Check-in and check out was super easy and Malissa is always responsive to any questions we have. Staying in the historic Peters Cartridge Factory is a plus. We will definitely be back!

The place felt like home immediately. Everything was perfect 🫶 My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay so much!’ It was so peaceful with a beautiful view. I absolutely loved the cows. 🐮 Relaxing in the hot tub was amazing!! The walk in shower was the best. We will be returning! 10/10

We absolutely loved our stay. The cabin was cozy and open and comfortable. The suite upstairs was perfect for our mom to have her own space. The fireplace was was so nice to have amidst the storm and snow. The town was just close enough to make a run for whatever we needed. And the local pizza joint was delicious. The cabin was easy to get to (better to have 4WD on the hills). And the host was very responsive. This is definitely a cabin to come back to.

This place is amazing! I only wish it had been warmer outside so we could use more of the amenities. I would definitely recommend staying here

Frank’s cabin is nicer than in the photos, and was perfect for our holiday getaway. We loved the attention to detail and the decor. It was so beautiful and cozy we didn’t want to leave. The service may have been even better with Frank and his wife stopping by more than once when we needed something extra like a blender or peeler. Great place by great hosts. Thank you both!

Joe was an amazing host. He had thought of everything you could possibly need and it's there. The cabin was absolutely beautiful. Clean, cute, comfy. We fell in love with this place and hated to leave. Everything about it was exactly what we were looking for, for a weekend of quiet time before the hustle and bustle of Christmas. The property was breathtaking. And for us one of the best features was Joe's dogs. Three dogs roaming the property. Super friendly. Calm. Very loving animals. they spent almost the entire weekend with us in and out of the cabin. They escorted to the shower house and back nearly every time. 💗💗💗 The weekend was very cold unfortunately so we didn't get to explore much but Joe happily provided us with multiple movies upon our request to pass our time relaxing in the cabin. Joe was also very proactive in insuring we had ample wood to keep the fire going in the fire place or entire stay. Thank you Joe. We definitely plan to return this summer.
