Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

This was my second time staying at Tam's place and it was just as great as the first time! A lovely quiet spot and Tam is a great host.

A friendly and helpful host with a wonderful place to stay. A very peaceful location, you wouldn't know there were others living in the accommodation above. Great for access downtown without all the hustle and bustle of staying in the city. Only a 10 minute walk to the station. The train to Grand Central is $25 single at peak time. The only thing I will point out on that note is MaryLee's place is at the top of a rather steep hill. Fine for heading out in the morning but after a long day walking around can be a less exciting prospect to walk back up!

This is my second time staying at Shanda’s place. When available , it is always a staple for me to book when I am traveling to Philly! 😊The area is peaceful and the parking that is part of the home is always a plus. As always , Shanda is friendly when contacted and sends details instructions. The home is always clean, smells so good when you walk in, and is comfortable.

I Just want to say that this place has such a home feel to it that I did not expect, but was pleasantly surprised! Very quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed the privacy fence as well and the fact everything was just a few blocks away. My kids and wife had no problem getting settled in and comfortable. We would without a doubt stay again if we are ever back in the area! Thanks again Wilson, Great job!

Don’t be fooled by exterior or location, This unit is absolutely amazing. Very modern and updated. Amazing back yard, parking can be difficult but the stay is worth it. Will definitely repeat 💪🏽

Really appreciated what Yoseph put together here. I believe this property is new to Yoseph, but Yoseph is experienced in many other Airbnb properties before this one… and it shows! :) Yoseph did a phenomenal job! The YouTube shorts link to help us with directions to get in was super helpful and unique! Thank you for everything Yoseph! All the best with this property and all the others you run.

It was a great spot with everything I needed. It was a nice and private stay with plenty of privacy.

My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

Lovely place - it was perfect for four of us. Spotlessly clean. And the backyard garden area is a huge bonus.

Ana’s house was a perfect location to celebrate the holidays with my family.

Paul was responsive and his place was just as described! He even made sure to tell us to park on certain sides of the street due to trash pick-up days. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we stay at this house. It is spacious and charming. The neighborhood is safe. The gas fireplace is a nice feature.

Our stay at Main Street Living was fantastic! We were in town for a chaotic wedding week, and Ian's space was our peaceful oasis. Even prior to our trip, Ian was helpful. Due to migraines, we requested a "scent free" space, and Ian was gracious to oblige. Very much appreciated! The space was bright and well lit, the kitchen was stocked with most everything you could need! The bathrooms were clean, the beds were super comfy, and the house warm on the (very) cold days in NJ. We even found a jig-saw puzzle to spend some relaxing time together in between wedding chaos! We hope to stay again when the need arises!

I love the stay in Ken’s place. The instructions are super clear , and the place is easy to find. Close to everything you need (grocery, path station to NYC, coffee shop downstairs). Also the place is well equipped with everything (all the things we will need to cook a fine dinner, computer to work) . I will definite chose the place again for both business and leisure

Sea La Vi met all our expectations. It is close to the beach, close to the boardwalk and is easy to access. It is clean. It it feels like home. Dawn is a very good host and was in constant communication with us throughout our stay. This is really a great place for a family retreat. I would definitely return to this place and recommend to others.

Very responsive & delightful hosts! The condo was very clean & enjoyed the beachy/modern touches. The welcome water bottles & K-cup pods were the cherry on top! Made us feel right at home. Perfect for our family of 4. The sofa is very comfortable which is a serious plus! Only two blocks from the beach, had no complaints from the kiddos! (that's the most important part lol) We were so sad to leave, can't wait to stay again soon :)

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour dans cet appartement. Comme cela est déjà mentionné dans pleins de commentaires, la vue est à couper le souffle… nous passions de longs moments le soir à contempler les lumières des building et le matin a regarder le soleil se lever sur newyork depuis le salon… Les hôtes sont particulièrement réactifs et très sympathiques. Nous avons rencontré un petit problème avec l une des fenêtres du salon (que j avais du mal à fermer) et Kenia nous a tout de suite proposer de passer pour voir d ou venait le soucis… nous avons pu faire connaissance et échanger pendant quelques minutes. Vraiment un super endroit avec de super hôtes :) Merci encore pour votre accueil et vos conseils !

Tricia was extremely accommodating. Her home was beautiful and perfect for our family of 4… my kiddos absolutely loved coming back to play the games Tricia left.

Victor’s was a great host, he was very friendly, attentive, and was always available every time we needed to get a hold of him. The place was very nice, very clean, and in a great neighborhood. We traveled with our two dogs and we all felt like we were right at home. We would definitely recommend his place.

We have family in the area so we stayed for the weekend at Roger’s bayside condo, it was updated, clean, modern and super cozy! Even better, had great views and a great location just over the bridge. It also had everything we needed. Note: the master is a loft (open without walls) but this worked perfectly for us since we were family staying together and didn’t need extra privacy. Can’t wait to stay here again, I felt it was the best value for the area!
