We had a perfect stay with Pam and Bryan. Their accommodation is beautiful, spotlessly clean, with many amenities that make the stay very pleasant. The communication with them was smooth and warm, which made the experience even better. We left delighted and highly recommend their accommodation!

Warren was a great host and very readily available to respond. The cottage was even nicer than described and how it came across in pictures. Everything there to enjoy an amazing stay and take in the beautiful and peaceful space. Great winter getaway and could only imagine how great it would be in the summer. One of those places ya wish you were there for a longer stay.

We are a family of four with two young kids, and the stay in Azar’s peaceful waters cottage was great. The cottage is beautiful, decorated in very good taste, perfectly equipped and feels very homey. It is very clear that many details have been thought of to make it extremely friendly for guests, particularly for families (for example, there were spare change of sheets in the children’s bedrooms). We stayed there during a snowstorm weekend, so there we didn’t do a lot of travel around the area, but just staying in and hanging around the cottage was beautiful and very enjoyable. The location is very private and quiet. It is a perfect place for families. We would definitely come back to Azar’s cottage to visit the area at other seasons as well.

A wonderful escape from the city for any couple or family! Everything you honestly need is right in the cottage. We had a wonderful time just relaxing, cooking together and making great memories spending quality time with each other. The hot tub & fire pit made it extra special, this was my son’s favourite part! We look forward to returning in the warmer months to take full advantage of the beautiful lake views & access!

Words cannot describe how impressed we were with Laughing Moose. The minute I walked in the front door I felt I could live here for ever. The incredible views, the spacious kitchen the stylish little pieces of decor make this place comfortable, relaxing and luxury. Janice pays attention to every little detail to ensure we had a fabulous time! From the selection of quality glasses, crockery and cooking utensils to the games and puzzles ( we completed a full jig saw puzzle between us) we had everything we could possibly need and much more. Even a thoughtful and delicious blueberry pie to welcome us !! We were visiting from Australia and planned this weekend with our two sons and families for a getaway together. It couldn’t have been more perfect and we made such fabulous memories. So much space for all 8 of us plus the 2 dogs! I can’t thank you enough for this special visit! Beautiful property on Lake Simcoe with more than enough room for everyone we absolutely loved our stay and requested to stay longer but unfortunately it was committed to other guests. Great hosts, great communication. This property is the place to stay if you are looking for a spacious, lakefront property with privacy in Innisfil which is very hard to find. Highly recommended!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic condo in Friday Harbour, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view that took our breath away. The condo itself was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. It was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could wish for. One of the highlights of our stay was the private balcony, where we spent many mornings sipping coffee and evenings watching the sunset over the harbor. The location of the condo is unbeatable. Just a short walk to charming local shops, restaurants, and the marina, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. Overall, our stay at this condo in Friday Harbour was exceptional. It’s clear that the owners have put a lot of thought and care into creating a perfect retreat. If you’re looking for a memorable getaway, this place should be at the top of your list!

Very easy to check in as per the instructions that were given to us. Lots of restaurants and activities to do within the resort. Would love to come back to see what the resort is like during different seasons as well!

Ollie and Frank were tremendous hosts. We loved the log cabin and all their recommendations were exceptional. We will be back!!!

Peter was very quick with his responses and took the time to look up what was near the air bnb. The location was amazing since it was right beside a ski resort and 20 minutes away was the most beautiful skating trail in the forest. The air bnb itself was very nice. We cooked dinner and it had everything we needed and seasoning as well. The only thing would be the TV which we didn’t bring a laptop to connect to, which Peter did communicate to us we needed. It was a very great stay and Peter was ever helpful and kind ! Will come back in the summer for the lake.

This cabin was there perfect weekend getaway. Very nice and well kept space with everything we needed. The host was always very quick to respond and was very helpful with inquires about the surrounding area and activities to do. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a great stay at The Boathouse. The cabin is cosy and cute, and very tastefully decorated and stocked for a winter stay - from cute little knick-knacks on the bookshelf, to old National Geographics to take a little nostalgic trip back in time, as well as interesting books to leaf through for a stay in and fun games to play. Cindy and her family were very welcoming and accommodating, from providing headlamps when we forgot ours to well-stocked snowshoes if you want to explore nearby trails. beautiful sunsets and sunrises as well! we cooked a few of our meals and thought that while the kitchen is generally well stocked, could maybe do with a refreshing of the utensils (maybe more spatulas/turners). the shower was also a bit tight for my bf (he is 6'3). thank you Cindy and family for an overall wonderful stay!

Gary & Mina were excellent hosts. They greeted us for check in and where very accommodating. Any questions we had were quickly answered via the AirBNB app. The house was full of character and had lots of things to do indoors and outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, utensils and kitchen wares. There was a washer/dryer centrally located which was great for towels and the Weber BBQ was in top notch condition. Water toys well maintained (2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 1 canoe and 1 paddle boat). Pool and hot tub worked great, which was a must for our cottage getaway.

I’ve been waiting such a long time to actually stay at any of Michelle‘s homes ! The place was exactly like the pictures, Michelle was easy to communicate with very responsive. it was worth the wait my boyfriend, son and I had the best time . I showed up and there it was both birthday and anniversary decorations for me as I was celebrating both in one including March break with my son ! I love Friday Harbour and I’m glad I was able to come during March break, but I can’t wait to come back when it’s nicer and warmer out and we can maybe get out on the water jet ski / boat day aswell.

DJ's place is a beautiful location and as described. DJ was also accommodating to allow an extra dog. Our weekend away was very enjoyable. I thought there could have been better communication between us and the host/co hosts. There were times where my messages were read immediately but responded to over 24 hours later, or ignored entirely. There were no issues with the place itself. I would return again.

We rented Amanda's place for 2 nights in the winter and it surpassed our expectations! Amanda was a great communicator. The older cottage has been extensively renovated, it was clean, comfortable and cozy. We loved the wood stove and the heating system worked well. The kitchen is first-rate, and very well-equipped, it even had decent knives! We cook a lot and we very much enjoyed making meals there. We loved watching the ever-changing weather on the river from the picture window in the living room, and even saw a beautiful sunrise. The star of our stay was the sauna—we have a wood-burning sauna at home and at our cottage—and we were very impressed with its size, the modern design, the huge picture window and the style of stove. It got up to temperature even in -17 degree weather. We hiked and snowshoed in the Alexander Hope Smith Nature Reserve which was a walk from the cottage. The town of Washago was a 11 minute drive, with a great grocery store. Would definitely stay there again!

You’ve found the perfect Airbnb. Our stay here was magical. Beautiful facilities including a sauna and an outdoor hot tub. But the best thing about this place are by far the hosts. Our car broke down while we were here and Josh & Amanda were extremely helpful and accommodating, going far to ensure that our stay is not affected by our car troubles. Just genuine, nice people and very easy and lovely to deal with. They went out of their way to help us figure out our situation. Amazing property + amazing hosts = perfect getaway from the city. You need to stay at this hidden gem to understand.

The host responds very promptly. However, disposing of trash is a bit inconvenient as it takes about 15 minutes round trip, and you need to pay $3 per trash bag. It’s recommended to dispose of the trash before checking out, not after. If you have a friend waiting in the parking lot while you take out the trash, they might rush you. Communication with the host was smooth and responses were quick. I wouldn’t recommend staying here in the winter as the heating isn’t great. It would be nice if each bed came with a comfortable duvet rather than just blankets. When the outdoor temperature is 7°C, the bedrooms can feel cold, but everything else was good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ken's place. We stayed during a pretty nasty ice storm so it was incredibly helpful that we had the back-up generator. His maintenance guy Bill was great at checking in with us and making sure everything was working as expected.

Had a great stay at Lambs Landing with a group of friends. Debby & Tyler were extremely responsive and great hosts. The amenities were exactly as described / pictured and the home was extremely clean. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

This is a wonderful getaway spot that is not too far outside the city. Karen and Scott’s home was cozy and welcoming and very easy to get settled into. Fantastic view from kitchen and sunroom across the lake. The extreme winter weather we had while there only played into the charm of this home and surrounding area. Would love to visit in the summer.
