This is by far my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed in. My sister and I had visited Asbury Park a month ago and wanted to come back, so we were so excited to find this beautiful gem so close to the beach! The space is absolutely perfect I would move in if I could! Everything from location to cleanliness to the kindness of the host it was a dream. If I ever visit again I will rebook in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Marisa for the most wonderful stay!

Karen’s home was lovely! A great location a short walk from the beach and boardwalk, and easy to walk into downtown Ocean Grove from. Karen was an exceptional host, very welcoming, gave great recommendations, and was even flexible with a later check out than initially agreed upon. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Rachel’s place is fabulous. Located in a very nice neighborhood (Ocean Grove) walkable to the beach and beach chairs and pass included! Easy street parking and lovely apartment with very nice touches. Very responsive host also and great recommendations.

I hesitate to say how great this place is because I want it for every time I am in NJ. With that said, this place is incredible and the hosts are the best. The description of the place may be selling it short. Most evenings involved sitting on the beach across the street watching a gorgeous sunset followed up by a quick walk or bike ride to several top notch local places for food, drinks, and fun (Al Ponte for Thursday and Friday night lobsters).

Such a perfect place for myself and the crew! Beautiful views of the water. Very clean and spacious place. It was so nice that hasan provided hotel amenities like tooth brushes, shampoo and condition and snacks after a long trip.

A great stay! So close to the beach with an incredibly peaceful view of the lake. I’ve stayed at multiple Airbnb homes in the area and this one ranked at the top. Kitchen is chef ready, living area is so relaxed and very comfortable. All the amenities were spot on. My biggest worry when I book any stay is whether or not I’ll sleep well and I can sincerely say the beds in this place are great! Gary is a great host and an Asbury enthusiast. Will be back for sure!

We had a great time at Andrew’s. The location is perfect for views, walks, restaurants and access to the Sandy Hook Beach. Great stay, great host!

The place is beautiful specially for night city view . Quite place . House is very clean everything and host is very friendly and respectful and responsible. I recommend it’s best for summer because you can enjoy river view on board and fresh air . Winters it’s very cold for close to river for air . We had fun and we enjoyed. Pretty quiet place. Lovely . Great place. Great location. We have stayed in Manasquan many times to visit family. We love staying on the ocean when we can do a good spot. This house location is perfect. Parking can be a bit tough especially in the summer months. If you have more than one car, you could be walking a big with the 2nd car. The house was great in all aspects. The only downside would be the low ceilings and some tight spaces in bathroom showers. We’re not a super tall family so it was NOT a real issue for us. Might be worth a few more signs to show people unfamiliar with the house set up at the Jersey shore. Could be a little cumbersome to find the hallway up to the house. We did arrive 10pm and no lights were on. Took me a minute to ensure I had the correct alley to the beach front. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning. Easy access to house once I found it. All in all it was a great house for our long weekend on Jersey shore. We would book again 100%.

Jayne was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was always available. Beautiful home in great location on the water. The pool was amazing and always warm. I would definitely stay here again next summer.

Overall very happy. Closets and kitchen pantry, etc a bit crowded of things that seem to be private owners? That was the only clutter. The rest is just like photos, adorable, great size and layout for a small family to enjoy on a holiday. I definitely would stay again.

We were having our bathroom remodeled and needed a place that could accommodate 2 adults, 3 kids ( under 5) 3 pets, and be within driving distance to our kids school. Thankfully, Adel's house was the perfect fit! I loved the kitchen. The river behind the house was a beautiful bonus. The house was very clean. Also, we liked the bidet and ended up getting one installed in our bathroom at home. If we need to stay somewhere nearby again, I'd definitely look to see if Adel's home is available.

David was a phenomenal host! His hospitality was great and his accommodations for my guests were exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend David to anyone looking for the beach front oasis.

You will just love it here! The grounds are well-kept and attractive. The pool and beach were lovely. The only issue with pool area is as soon as it opens, individuals take ownership of the tables with umbrellas by placing personal items on them yet no one may be there for extended periods of time. Those tables are the only respite from the sun which makes it challenging. Additional umbrellas over the lounge chairs would help or, simply not allowing “reservations” for the day- even better. I would suggest BYO beach chairs- the ones there are not ideal although nice to have been offered. Although we always had our beach/pool badges in our beach bags, personnel were not strict whatsoever. The unit itself is neat, well-appointed, comfortable and well-kept. The sofa reclines with the push of a button but is not a sofa bed per se. There is a foldaway bed in the closet of the master bedroom but we did not use it because space was limited. So much is provided and available and the view is spectacular. It was great to use the washer/dryer for small bits of laundry. The porch outside had two anti-gravity chairs and a pretty rocking chair with small tables to enjoy. We closed the black-out drapes in the master bedroom and deck doors during the heat of the day so that it remained cooler. The rules are simple and the check-in & out are easy. Lasolas Market in Rt. 35 North in Normandy Beach was close by and a great little find - bought a beautiful sirloin at butcher shop there and used huge onsite grill behind pool area. We rented jet skis and did some crabbing at Dockside Outfitters in Seaside Heights - great place. The Rt. 35 North offered many eateries, shops and ice cream shops- The Music Man for ice cream was cute. Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks are short rides. Glenn was easily reached via airbnb and answered our few correspondences promptly. We appreciated our experience and Glenn’s hospitality. Thank you!

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

We had a great time at the house! Everything was as listed. AJ was responsive and reached out with clear instructions on check in and house tips. The location was amazing, so close to the beach, and the neighbors in the rest of the house were very friendly. We loved chilling on the porch, and the quietness of Ocean Grove with the proximity of the more busy town of Asbury only about 3/4 of a mile away is perfect! Thanks again and we wil surely be looking to book again in the future!

Everything just as advertised, this place is right next to a a train station. The SM team is very responsive. Just some quick constructive feedback, I do wish the bed was a bit more comfortable. But enjoyed the stay and would visit again.

We loved this place. Location definitely walkable to the boardwalk and beach. Also walkable to nice restaurants in Asbury Park and the Stone Pony if you are OK with walking up to a mile each way. The tennis court next door is part of a private club (off limits), but we found a public tennis/pickle ball court just 1.5 miles away on Main street. The bathroom has been updated very nicely. Another great amenity was the fully stocked Keurig coffee system. Thank you!
