Marta and Jorge were very responsive. The views were beautiful and the ac worked wonderfully in the bedroom. We had our 1.5 year old son and they had a pack and play we were able to use for him to sleep in which was a plus. The security at the condo were super friendly and wonderful with our son. We would definitely stay there again.

Manuel was very helpful and quick to respond. The check in process went extremely smooth and I loved the little addition of the welcome sign!

Place was clean, streets are tight. But once you find it, it’s easy to get too.

We had a great stay overall. We could walk to the beach within a few minutes. We had convenient access to a hose to wash off our beach gear when we got back. Great place for a family as there were enough beds for the kids to each have their own. One little thing to be aware of - the exterior lights on the building and in the parking lot are very bright and left on all night, and the shades don't fully block them out, so bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light when sleeping.

Enjoyed my stay here! Great property, super close to airport but also not far from the beaches and San Juan.

Andrés fue súper amable en todo momento, nos recibió con amenities y tuvo total flexibilidad para el check in y el check out. Nos envió con anticipación instrucciones claras para ingresar, parquear y gestionar los residuos. Su apartamento es muy amplio y reluciente. Limpieza 10/10, lo cual hace que uno se sienta cómodo y como en casa. Las habitaciones son amplias, así como las zonas comunes y de lavado. Tiene un balcón agradable para tomarse unas medallas. Lo único que diría no es ideal es que es un 4to piso sin ascensor. Sin embargo, esto está claro en la publicación del apartamento, por lo que no fue una sorpresa para nosotros. Gracias Andrés por hacer de nuestra visita a San Juan una gran experiencia! Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí en nuestra próxima visita!

Excelente ubicación, es un vecindario tranquilo y algo céntrico lo cual es bueno porque no tuvimos malas experiencias con la electricidad en nuestra estadía. La casa cuenta con lo necesario en la cocina (sazones), baño (papel, toallas, jabones y shampoo), habitaciones (sábanas y aire acondicionado).

This place had the most beautiful views. Very quiet and private. Jose was so helpful with very clear instructions of how to get to his place, the rules and the check in and out process was super easy. He was very accommodating and welcomed us upon arrival. Would absolutely recommend and would love to return. Thank you so much Jose for this wonderful experience as it was me and my friend’s first time visiting Puerto Rico.

Samuel’s place is so peaceful and in a beautiful setting. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and had everything we needed. We loved listening to the nighttime sounds. Sitting outside at night was one of our favorite times. If you want to be in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, then this is the place for you! Highly recommend Samuel’s place.

I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. They provided great recommendations and ensured I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. We had such a nice peaceful week. The house was so nice, great a/c, plush towels, good water pressure, comfortable beds and sofa. Peace of mind knowing there’s back up electricity by solar & batteries. Loved the deck used it in the early mornings to do my exercise. Washer & dryer is a great bonus. Kitchen was well stocked with even an ice maker. When Kelvin came to help with our flat tire other neighbors joined in to help too. Very quiet neighborhood!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Great spot to be based in the Luquillo area. Steps from Fortuna Beach, walking distance to the kioskos, a quick drive to El Yunque. It was great to have four separate units for our group of couples to spread out and have their own space, while still congregating in the shared areas and enjoying the pool.

Apesar de algunos inconvenientes tecnicos fuera del control de Aileen, la eficiencia y atención de ella logró que la estadía valiera la pena! El apartamento muy bien cuidado, comodo y extremadamente limpio.

We loved Gabriel’s place. The views of the ocean were amazing, the place was just steps from the beach, from the kiosks in Luquillo, and from other great restaurants in Luquillo. Parking was easy, the apartment was clean, it all felt very safe, and Gabriel was a very helpful and communicative host! We’d definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric and Sheila's! It has everything you neef and it is incredibly peaceful--we enjoyed listening to the frogs at night and at the quieter end of the beach. We could easily walk down the beach either direction for different sized waves and activities. But we also enjoyed taking the beach chairs across the street and reading under the shade of the palm trees.

Nice place. The ocean is beautiful but no beach to swim at in front of property. Clean and everything listed. Felt safe in area. Lots to do if you have a car.

Definitely enjoyed our stay at Alejandro’s place. Very clean and organized, easy to locate, loved that it felt safe with the 24hr security. Felt right at home. The pool was great as well as the short walk to the beautiful beach in the back, no issues or complaints to give, simply enjoyed the whole stay, the cleanliness and Alejandro was great willing to help and even give advice for places to visit and things to do in the area…will recommend to others.

Book with Carmen and Mario! Their little oasis is perfect in a quiet beautiful gated neighborhood community. Listing matches photos, very affordable, clean, friendly owners - sweet encounters, peaceful sleeping, working appliances, stocked kitchen, spotless linens. Happy for the experience :)
