Loved the house, loved the grounds, loved the location! We also really appreciated the baby supplies--there is a nice pack and play from 2022 (and a second one that we didn't check out), and April even bought new sheets for the pack and play and washed them in advance of our visit. Thank you April! Beds were generally on the soft side--worked OK for us, but if you need a really firm bed that could be an issue.

Great location! House was very comfortable and clean. Our dog appreciated the grass in the backyard. Nearby park was great for dog walks. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Near to a great grocery store. We loved our stay there.

What a wonderful stay. Location, quality, proce, and host were all amazing. We used this as our home base for Zion, Bryce, and other cool stuff in Kanab. The house was so comfortable and clean. Everything about the house was nice, the bedding, the towels, the dishes in the kitchen, the appliances, the furniture, it just felt so nice and comfortable. We enjoyed coming home from our days out and sitting outside while we made dinner. The dogs loved the dog park right behind us too. The surrounding mountains were beautiful, and the town had everything we needed. Finally, the hosts were super responsive and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay and felt right at home! The location was central to Zion & Bryce, plus our trips to see sites in nearby AZ. We greatly enjoyed our time in the hot tub and cooking on the grill, then eating outside on the covered patio. The home was very comfortable and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. We highly recommend this home when visiting the region!

This house was perfect for our family gathering. the views from the house are spectacular. everything was super clean and inviting. the kitchen was amazingly clean and fully stocked. there was a trail walkable from the house. the neighborhood was quiet. we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back for our next trip to Kanab! highly recommend!

Place was very spacious and good for our group of 6 adults, it was clean, well-kept and we had a good time with horseshoe pits out back. Thanks

Shelly and Jodi were great hosts! The home was just as described, and the hosts responded to messages quickly. Jodi made delicious breakfasts! The location was great for exploring Zion, St George, Snow Canyon State Park, and other nearby areas. The hot tub was great for relaxing after hiking all day. The house has a ton of activities for family and kids, I wish we had been able to spend more time at the house to enjoy all the amenities! I would definitely stay here again. The only downside is the nearest grocery store or coffee shop is about 15 min away, so just make sure to plan ahead. I highly recommend this place!

The hot tub was a great touch and it has a great view of the rock formations. There is also a friendly orange cat outside that loves good pets. Overall, it was very nice inside for my group of 4. Would stay again!

Bob and Rose were kind and welcoming from the minute we booked the Airbnb. We had a very comfortable room and private bathroom to ourselves downstairs with amazing views of the mountains. The best part was definitely waking up to a big breakfast of scrambled eggs, waffles with homemade syrup, fresh fruit, and tea, and talking to Bob and Rose about their family and travels. They also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations for dinner. Even though we didn't spend that much time in the bed and breakfast, we felt right at home and we hope to visit again soon!

Host was responsive. Space was easy to get to everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Easy check in and check out.

Solid stay for Zion. Nothing fancy just a good place to sleep.

We had a great stay! Perfect location for exploring Zion, Bryce, and all the local attractions. Happy is the best host and was so friendly and helpful with local recommendations, hikes, and more. The VW Bus was the cherry on top! We’ll definitely stay again for our next trip to the Southwest!

Renee and Layne are so kind to open their home to travelers! It’s a great location for exploring so many different spots within an hours drive!

Lezlie is an amazing host! She is readily available to answer questions & assist in any way possible, including loaning ingredients from her private kitchen stock to complete a recipe & scouring her kitchen for the necessary baking sheets. Waiting for our pizzas to bake, we shared a warm & Interesting conversation, as if we were family. Our host's home is spotless & beautifully appointed. She made sure we had everything we needed...and then some. Lezlie is exceedingly kind & gracious, sharing her gifts without question. Visiting our kids & grandkids camping in Zion National Park, the weather turned extremely cold (27 degrees) w/ unheard of high winds. After getting the other guests' approval, Lezlie kindly offered to have our little family of 5 campers take refuge from the bitter rain & wind for a bit to warm up & recover. Thank you, Lezlie, for saving the day! Our only regret is, living in Calif, it may be a while before we may again enjoy Leslie's perfect vacay retreat.

Whouah !! It’s a beautiful place to stay. I recommend. If you visit Zion park during few days, Springdale is the perfect place to stay.

Diane’s home was spectacular! She made fresh delicious breakfast in the morning. Her home was very comfortable and we loved every minute of staying. We definitely felt like family. Highly recommend!

Noel is very pleasant, informative and a great host. The location couldn’t be better for getting into Zion and he prepared a delicious breakfast every morning which set us up for a full day of hiking.

The best spot and best value I found near Zion. I grilled a day’s food on their bbq in the morning. I used the e-bike. I hope to use it again and to go farther the next time I visit. The room was well-designed, themed, with a great bathroom, wonderful bath products, and a very comfy bed. The hosts are sharing their corner of paradise with us. Laverkin is the perfect size of small town and the perfect distance from Zion - a short and beautiful drive.

You can see the beautiful place from the photos. Very private and quiet... Didn't see or hear a peep from C&A. What stood out beyond the surroundings were the comfy bed and sheets, the binder of local tips and the books about Zion and Grand Canyon hikes/info and the great shower. The best part was the very thoughtful breakfast... A private kitchen space was stocked with fruit, juice, coffee/tea, breads/spreads, cereal/oatmeal and hard-boiled eggs. It was perfect!
