Great apartment. Quick drive to many great beaches and restaurants! Would recommend !

The unit was small, but cozy and clean. I enjoyed the personal touches of fan folded bathroom towels. The parking was a little challenging because my husband drives an F250. The common area and pool were on the water, and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening watching the beautiful sunset and enjoying the wildlife/scenery. It was too far for us to walk to the beach, but there is a public access with reasonably priced parking nearby. Area was safe, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

We actually only ended up staying one night out of the three as our friends were staying at Thunderbird Resort and we caved and ended up staying over there the last two nights lol. But the night that we did stay there, it was so peaceful. The place was absolutely charming and beachy feeling. The location was very close to everything. And the shower was amazing 🚿 We would definitely stay there again so long as we do not go down with friends 😅🩷

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

Cody stayed very communicative for the whole time. Place is clean, quiet, convenient, we ended up staying week longer than we planned. We asked for some last minutes accommodation and he was very helpful and happy to answer and assist with our needs.

The apartment is just as described in the listing: comfortable, pleasant, very well located and above all very clean. Upon arrival we found a welcome note accompanied by some sweets, which shows that NamPhong “Dawn” is truly a spectacular hostess, very kind and willing and who responds at all times to any concern. Both , she and Luis, her efficient handyman, were always attentive to any need that might arise. The property is really highly recommended, I cannot fail to mention its proximity to the beach and the beautiful view that can be seen from the family room, it has its own dock and you can see the boats sailing at all hours. You breathe peace and tranquility. I have no doubt that we will rent it again on our future vacations. Thank you Nam Phong “Dawn”!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce super appartement! Que dire de l'emplacement... Littéralement à 2 minutes à pied de la plage !! De nombreux restaurants et épiceries a proximité de l'appartement. Nous avons eu quelques questionnements sur le fonctionnement de l'air climatisé, Kristine a répondu a tout nos questionnement et même son conjoint c'est déplacer pour s'assurer du bon fonctionnement! TRÈS appréciée. Séjour fabuleux! Déjà hâte a notre prochaine séjour.

Had a great stay here ! There is lots to do in the area and local to plenty of beaches. Has many great kitchen amenities and a huge closet if you are traveling…. I would definitely recommend

The cottage has been beautifully and thoughtfully updated (bathroom and kitchen) without destroying the patina and character that defines the old school, Pass-a-Grille feel.

Jada’s John’s Pass duplex is incredibly convenient to the gulf beach and fun boardwalk/marina restaurants and shops, barely need a car. Clean, Well-outfitted kitchen and other touches like providing cruiser bikes and beach chairs were also fun and helpful. I highly recommend the unit to other small families or couples wanting proximity to St Pete beaches.

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und direkt in Strand Nähe. Ein grosser Pluspunkt sind die Fahrräder in der Garage die wir jeden Tag gebraucht hatten um die Gegend zu erkunden. Ruhiges Quartier und gut gelegen. Man ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad in 2 Minuten am Redington Beach. Wir hatten eine Super Zeit und kommen gerne wieder! We stayed post-hurricane Milton. We were made aware of some damage, but we were not too concerned with that. We had just left our flooded home and needed a place to decompress and plan our next moves. We decided to brave it out on the beach, and had this been a vacation, this house would have been perfect—just steps from a public beach access path and two blocks from Johns Pass Village.

We had a great stay at Lisa's place! We visited Gulfport last year and loved it so much we came back. The neighbourhood is so warm and friendly. It is the perfect combination of being vibrant with activity during the day and peacefully quiet at night. Lisa's property itself is delightful! Charming decor with comfortable couches and beds. The ceiling fans were great for ventilation with open windows, which were great for getting fresh air while we slept. The walls are thick enough that while you can occasionally hear that there are other occupants in the other units, it's not loud enough to be bothersome. The backyard was a beautiful place to just sit and relax and enjoy the view or read a book, with plenty of options for sun or shade, whatever you feel like!

Place was quiet and relaxing! The beaches were about a 15 minute drive and lots of restaurants close by.

Beautiful place to stay. Loved the layout. Host was extremely responsive and gave check in instructions the week prior which I really appreciated. Made it that much easier to know we’d be able to get right in. We did a lot of cooking with littles and had to make do with the single egg skillet. Normally we stay on the beach but bc of spring break pricing we stayed here on other side of gulf blvd. The road is loud so sitting on the balcony isn’t as peaceful as I’d hoped. Although you can see the ocean between the buildings which was a surprising plus! Would absolutely stay at a beach time rentals location again.

Wow! What a beautifully curated house. We loved every detail of every room, and felt right at home. We definitely recommend opting for having the pool heated (for a stay in March). Stephanie’s team suggested it ahead of time and they never steered us wrong. The team provided very clear instructions leading up to and during our stay. We can’t wait to come back again!

Chris was a fantastic host and the room and complex was great! Really appreciated the space, inside and out. Access to the pool and restaurant/bar was convenient and made it even more enjoyable. Easy commute to and from the airport as well!

The condo was nice and very well stocked. easy to find. Easy to get to all the beaches, everything is a very short drive 5-10 minutes to most beaches, restaurants, pier etc. we saw dolphins while sitting on the patio Everyone there ( locals) were very friendly. The only downfall was the bridge road noise certain times a day but it certainly did not effect our trip. Highly recommend host was very responsive and sweet. We will be back

For an older building the unit was well maintained and was right on the beach and close to many restaurants as well as a grocery store.

While I had a little issue finding the door to enter, due to construction underway due to the last hurricane, but once I found it the condo was lovely. It was comfortable and quiet being in the top floor (3rd floor). Construction underway on the ground floor units was a wake up call each morning but it did get our day started. I will look to book again when I need a ‘beach’ break again.

Ray was extremely easy to work with! The condo was great! Close to everything. Perfect location!

Unit was clean and as described. High ceilings were a nice bonus. Large windows and sliding door provided beautiful views from inside the unit while the balcony offered enough space for our crew to enjoy the views outside. Unit well stocked with kitchen supplies if you want to prepare your own meals but it’s just a short walk to lots of dining options and shopping. Easy walk across street to access beach and the provided chairs, wagon, coolers, etc. were very much appreciated. The YouTube video the host provided for check-in was a big help. We did not have any issues with check-in or our Instacart grocery delivery from the nearby Publix.

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back. Very spacious and accommodating. We loved our visit and can’t wait to come back. It’s a wonderful thing to see John’s Pass community coming back strong! My friends and I had a fantastic time! The location was excellent for us snowbirds! The place was nicely decorated and peaceful. We were glad to see that the space accommodated my friend’s walker. The kitchen was well equipped to cook our homemade meals. We watched the sunrise from the balcony. The beach was a three-minute walk- perfect for a quiet morning walk and to watch the sunset in the evening. Donna, the host, was responsive to my phone calls whenever I had questions. We created great memories. Thank you.
