The condo was nice and very well stocked. easy to find. Easy to get to all the beaches, everything is a very short drive 5-10 minutes to most beaches, restaurants, pier etc. we saw dolphins while sitting on the patio Everyone there ( locals) were very friendly. The only downfall was the bridge road noise certain times a day but it certainly did not effect our trip. Highly recommend host was very responsive and sweet. We will be back

This unit and location had everything needed and was literally steps to the beach. I loved that it was right next to many restaurants and shopping locations and also felt safe. Spending time on the deck overlooking the marina every morning or evening was an added bonus.

If you are looking for a historic, old-school Florida home, this is it. The only reason it isn’t a perfect score is that the hurricane closed most of the shops that make Pass-a-Grille quaint. We were able to support a few local restaurants, and the local traffic was very light. We wouldn’t have changed our trip, but it would have been good to know. It seems like businesses are working hard to get back on their feet. Overall a good experience. I appreciate Lisa’s great responsiveness.

The house was very nice, not huge, but very accurate with what the pictures showed, and it was actually a lot brighter inside than I expected based on the pictures. Everything was clean and with 5 people, there was plenty of space. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We also used the grill which we enjoyed having access to. The only thing we would recommend is more pots/pans/serving bowls, etc. for use in the kitchen - that was a little lacking. Otherwise, communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. They let us check in early and stay late based on our schedule and the fact that no one was coming in behind us. Finally, the location is awesome - right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

What an enjoyable visit to Passé Grill. Not only was our stay at the Berkeley beach club exactly what we needed but it was a perfect location! The amenities were also unexpected and amazing. Would highly recommend this spot and Maryann who was very responsive. Thank you for a great vacation!!

Chris was a fantastic host and the room and complex was great! Really appreciated the space, inside and out. Access to the pool and restaurant/bar was convenient and made it even more enjoyable. Easy commute to and from the airport as well!

Our stay could not have been better in this condo. The space was pristine and perfect for families, the 3 bathrooms great for a group, beds were comfortable and there were ample pillows, bedding, beach and bath towels, supplies and beach gear (we added a few new toys to the mix). The hosts responded to some small requests during the stay promptly and proactively (when we couldn’t find a broom they sent one same-day from Amazon, etc) - and the back and forth communication was very personal and accommodating. Thank you!!

We had an amazing stay at Mad Beach Cottage! The location is unbeatable—just 60 steps to the sand with no streets to cross. The cottage is cozy and perfect for families, with plenty of space. Everything in the cottage is well thought out for function and convenience. There are plenty thoughtful amenities like a well appointed kitchen, a pack-n-play, and beach toys. The heated pool and BBQ area were fantastic, and we loved being so close to John's Pass for dining and entertainment. The sunsets from the property were amazing! The host was the most responsive host I've ever communicated with on Airbnb. He was able to answer our questions in advance of the stay and provided almost immediate response when we had a question about parking at the property. There was a folder with clear instructions and information about the property, making check in and out a breeze! The host has clearly thought about everything, making this a stress-free, enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this property!

This was our family’s second stay at Eric’s house and it was everything that we remembered from the first! So comfortable for our family of 4- enough privacy for the teens with an amazing outdoor space for all of us to be together! From morning coffee watching the birds to evenings listening to the fish jump with fun pool time in between… we enjoyed our time and will be back!

There was four of us who went on this trip. We had a WONDERFUL TIME. We loved our condo and the location. We went e-bike riding, Kyacking, Boating, Jet Sking and Comedy Clubs. We had dinners galore! And everthing was so close to our condo. I would sugest this place to anyone! We had a blast! But more importantly, Dave took great care of us! He checked in on us to make sure we were okay. And even bought or group a bottle of Tiquilla! He was so nice. The condo was beautiful and has absolutely everything you could possibly need on a trip. We plan to stay there again in the future. I really cant say enough about this place. We had a great time.

Maria’s was a great place to enjoy spring training! It’s far enough off the main strip where you can relax away from the hustle and bustle but close enough that you are a short walk a way from all the fun!

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und direkt in Strand Nähe. Ein grosser Pluspunkt sind die Fahrräder in der Garage die wir jeden Tag gebraucht hatten um die Gegend zu erkunden. Ruhiges Quartier und gut gelegen. Man ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad in 2 Minuten am Redington Beach. Wir hatten eine Super Zeit und kommen gerne wieder! Very nice stay at Tanya’s place. Unit was as described. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. Had an issue with door lock during stay and was handled promptly and courteously. Would love to stay again.

A perfect location and house for my family! Each family had their own floor and bathroom! The swimming pool was a big hit for the grandkids and grownups alike! Lots of boats passing by during the day which was interesting to watch. Loved this location, as it was a short car ride to Fort Desoto, Pass-a-grille and St. Pete beach with great restaurants and lots to do! Thank you for the hospitality!!

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Very clean (spotless), great location, well appointed. The balcony was wonderful for sunsets. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were fine. The furnishings were in great shape. No complaints. I have no reservation recommending this Airbnb to friends and family.

Would definitely stay there again. Providing kayaks and life vests are a huge win. Very clean and private. Didn’t have to do any organizing/light cleaning when checking out. Extremely easy and welcoming.

Meredith and her husband were wonderful hosts. Very responsive and helpful ,great people. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, everything you need to go to the beach and great local recommendations. Five minute walk to the beach on a quiet street ,wonderful stay.
