I was visiting Dunedin while touring major league baseball spring training games. I chose Antonia’s place due to the convenient location and the value vs the hotels in the area. Antonia left easy to follow instructions on how to locate and access the cabin. Once inside I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room! Antonia provided towels, linens, soap, shampoo, and other amenities. The cabin is located in a secluded area but was convenient to restaurants and other attractions. Antonia messaged me with some of the local favorites one of which I took advantage of without disappointment. If I ever return to the Dunedin area I will certainly spend stay at Antonia’s place again. Great location, great value, great accommodations!

Loved our stay! Jessica is wonderful with great recommendations! The place is really nice with view of the water and I really enjoyed running through the adjacent park. The place has everything you need and is very close to Busch Garden for those of you looking for something near the theme park.

This cottage is definitely at the top of the places we have stayed in the Tampa area. The house is beautifully decorated and our host even had the firepit ready to go for us. Everything was impeccably clean and the location was fabulous. There were so many places in walking distance and the hot tub was so nice to have after a full day at Busch Gardens. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful Christmas at this charming cottage in Dunedin, FL! The home was immaculate, with a cozy yet open living, dining, and kitchen concept that made it perfect for family gatherings. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 clean, modern bathrooms, everyone had plenty of room to relax and unwind. The backyard was a standout feature—spacious, well-maintained, and ideal for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The quiet neighborhood provided a peaceful retreat, yet we were just minutes away from the vibrant downtown area, filled with great shops, restaurants, and attractions. Went for my daughter's Spring Break and took her friend and my college aged son. We had an amazing time. Great location. Close to beach and stores. Only downfall was one bathroom, but it was also a choice we made going in. Plenty to do at the house and surrounding area. Loved the swim spa. The house was spacious even with the 5 of us staying there!

I stayed here for a week with my partner and 2 friends, we had an amazing time. The property is close to shops and a few restaurants. We had an amazing time and we would highly recommend Amy as a host! Answered the few questions we had very quickly and told us exactly what we needed to know. Will deffo stay here again the next time we travel to Florida!

The cottage was perfect for my stay. The area was clean and quiet. The common building was inviting with comfortable areas to relax and free coffee! I had a small issue with the lock and Antonia and her staff responded within seconds with a quick resolution. I could not be happier with my stay. You can’t go wrong staying here!!

Michael’s Citrus Cottage was perfect for our 6 day stay in Dunedin! It had all the amenities we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I have seen in all the Airbnbs I have been to. The location is perfect also. Less than a 10 min walk to many restaurants, to 7 microbreweries, and many stores to satisfy your shopping itch. I would stay at Michel’s place again should we travel to Dunedin again.

We had a great stay at Sandy Feet VR! The house is clean, comfortable, and located in a lovely, walkable neighborhood—perfect for morning strolls or quick trips to nearby spots. It’s a great place to relax and unwind. The home is well-appointed, though it could be stocked a little better for longer stays—just a small consideration for future guests. That said, it’s a wonderful place overall, and we’d definitely stay again. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Christopher's place was exactly as it was listed. He met us when we arrived and explained everything . Told us of places in the area, we wished we could have stayed longer as it was quite, comfortable and had a great patio. The nicest thing was the fresh flowers in the kitchen and cream for coffee in the morning. We will try and stay again next year if possible.

If you are looking for a historic, old-school Florida home, this is it. The only reason it isn’t a perfect score is that the hurricane closed most of the shops that make Pass-a-Grille quaint. We were able to support a few local restaurants, and the local traffic was very light. We wouldn’t have changed our trip, but it would have been good to know. It seems like businesses are working hard to get back on their feet. Overall a good experience. I appreciate Lisa’s great responsiveness.

The house was very nice, not huge, but very accurate with what the pictures showed, and it was actually a lot brighter inside than I expected based on the pictures. Everything was clean and with 5 people, there was plenty of space. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We also used the grill which we enjoyed having access to. The only thing we would recommend is more pots/pans/serving bowls, etc. for use in the kitchen - that was a little lacking. Otherwise, communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. They let us check in early and stay late based on our schedule and the fact that no one was coming in behind us. Finally, the location is awesome - right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.

Just steps to the beach closer than most places. Room was just as described and very clean our dog felt right at home during our stay. We will consider staying here again when we come back down for vacation!

Martine's cottage was very clean and cute! Just as described. It was perfect for a three night stay. Very quiet. Plenty of street parking. Martine allowed us to check in a little early (which was great due to our arrival time to Clearwater) and met us for check-in. She also provided restaurant and park recommendations for the local area. We would definitely stay here again!

Our original plans to stay on Indian Rock Beach were changed due to last fall’s hurricanes. Luckily we found Jennifer’s place in Largo, only a short distance away from IRB. Her space is one of the nicest and most comfortable, we have stayed at in our many years spending part of our winters in Florida. The home was very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and easily walkable. A County Park (Taylor) is very close, with nice trails, wildlife and a picturesque lake. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the cozy cottage. The location to Crystal Beach is great! We loved sitting on the screen porch. The house is just like the pictures. We had everything we needed to spend one month. Joni is a responsive host. We would be happy to stay again.

We arrived at night days late due to flight cancellations from home weather. Ashley and Josh were very understanding and welcoming. They were responsive and kind throughout our stay. Their daughter showed our kids around the property and shared her toys, making everyone feel welcome. The back house was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The area is beautiful and we felt very safe with our small children. We enjoyed walks to feed the cows, playing with the dogs, finding frogs, watching lizard play, listening to birds, dipping out feet in the pool, and collecting eggs from the chickens. The location was convenient for getting to many locations in and around Tampa.

The home is set back off the main road with a beautifully landscaped property. It’s was enjoyable to sit outside peaceful and quiet. The location was centrally located for a lot of activities; ball games, downtown by the bay, and several beaches. Dean was great to work with. We enjoyed our stay.

This super cute cottage is very clean with up-to-date appliances and beautifully decorated with well-thought-out use of space! We stayed for 10 weeks and slept soundly every night due to the comfortable mattress, peaceful & quiet safe neighborhood. The newer fixtures and large washer/dryer were so convenient. Communication with Mary Jane was fantastic. She’s very responsive to questions and even though she lives next door, never intrusive. She’s so gracious we’d be back in a heartbeat! 💗 Truly one of the best experiences we’ve had in the nearly decade of staying in Airbnbs. Location is a bonus as is very walkable to Bay/Beach or bicycle to the Pinellas Trail. This area has so much to offer with beaches, trails, restaurants, fairs, etc

The location is golden. The place was private and had a perfect outdoor space for a dog. The cottage was very clean, sheets were fresh. We felt very comfortable and it's nice to have a king size bed. It is in walking distance to everything! Parking was easy.
