Had a fantastic stay. Check in was seamless and was a good location to drive to various hotspots in and around Tampa bay. Plenty of amenities were provided (keurig cups, shampoo, soap, dishware, laundry detergent, etc) which helped reduce a lot of things we needed to buy after we arrived. There was construction on both sides of the building but the noise was minimal, wasn’t a bother at all. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This unit is amazing!!!! It's EXACTLY as the pictures show in the listing. I absolutely recommend booking with Sara. Everything is clean and crisp in the unit. The access from the living and bedroom of the private balcony that over looks the pool was a plus!! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and is in a neutral area for food/shopping. Sara is extremely nice and responded very quickly. I most definitely will rebook again.

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

We had a great time at the apartment, it was more than clean, it was neat, spacious place x a one bed with walking closet, one big bathroom, plenty towels, sheets and pillows, nice balcony, kitchen had all utensils x cooking, even though we didn't. Building is really nice, modern, safe, clean, fantastic gym and roof top x residents, 24/7 front desk, great location, easy to find, parking lot, is right behind the building, with direct access to building. I really hight recommend it!!! Thanks to Jenken!!!

Our vacation didn’t start on the best note—we had a terrible experience at a hotel, leaving us with two choices: find a new place or cancel the trip altogether. With it being spring break, nearly everything was booked. In a last-ditch effort, I turned to Airbnb, and after an hour of searching, we found this unit. It almost seemed too good to be true. Elijah truly saved our vacation. The unit was absolutely gorgeous—immaculate, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment we booked, Elijah was kind and attentive, reaching out to ensure we had everything we needed. His hospitality made all the difference. The location was fantastic, with so many amazing places just a short walk away. This was exactly the experience I had envisioned when I first planned the trip. In fact, we had such an incredible time that we joked about moving in permanently! If I could stay here a million times over, I absolutely would. Highly, highly recommend—this place is a gem!

Our family had a great vacation and staying at Erik’s condo made it even better. Lots of room, clean and the amenities were really nice. The property is close to many activities we had planned and was also private with a screened patio that we used every morning. Great host!

Loved our stay. Have stayed at the Yatch Club before, but loved the size of this home. The second bedroom has twin beds but also a roll away bed in the closet (even though we ended up not needing it). The rooms were very large! We had everything we needed for the beach available to us, but the beach cart does need an update (should be larger and needs replaced (if you are coming with a larger family than 2). Every other thing you could possibly use at the beach is there at your disposal. The swimming pool is directly beside the house, which was awesome! The beds were comfortable and it is quiet! Will return here! (We stayed here for 3 weeks)

Fantastic stay condo is well equipped with everything you need me and my son felt right at home will no doubt rent it again in the future.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

We had a great week away from the Midwest at Cody’s place! The condo was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony each day while watching the sunrise over the beach! The view to the beach was beautiful! The beach was a very short walk from the condo. The condo pool was clean and the temperature was perfect! The location was also a plus! Very walkable (we did not have a car) to the grocery store, coffee shops, and a variety of restaurants and local hangouts. The locals were so friendly and fun to chat with! Cody was great at checking in on us and making sure everything was as we needed! Our check-in and out was easy. Cody was very clear with directions to make everything smooth. The gentleman at the condo office was super friendly and helpful as well. This was our 2nd visit to this condo (1st time with Cody), and we would definitely go back or recommend this unit to someone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

This was GREAT. Lisa is beyond amazing host. She started with a set up for our dog and it was was so sweet of her. It was holiday time so everybody is busy but oh well she did it!!! We had a bit of the problem with dishwasher and she was beyond helpfull. The Condo has a great location very well decorated ,very cozy . We would definatelly go back there. Thanks Lisa!!!

Our stay at Marta’s place was great. Quiet, quaint, SAFE and extremely clean. Location was great being 10 minutes from the beach. Pool was warm for our cooler stay and the local restaurants were great. We definitely recommend staying with Marta and will be back!!

Exceptionally clean, Beyond comfort, nothing out of place and plenty of everything. I'm hoping that the price doesn't go up but I would have paid double for this.

Ernest was very quick to respond. Excellent communication. Very quiet area and safe. Nice pool. Within 15 minutes walking distance to cruise port. Free trolley two blocks away. Clean condo complex with nice young adults around. Would stay again if in area.

We had the best time during our stay! Pack and play, outdoor games and amenities, and bikes made our stay with our toddler and baby perfect! We had things to do during nap time and a backyard oasis after bedtime! Our favorite part of our trip was having a beautiful porch to enjoy wine and dessert after putting the kids to bed! Host was very responsive and friendly. It’s a block or so walk to bayshore where we walked or biked each morning. PERK - we saw dolphins. We brought along our bike trailer and biked with kids to ballast point park ( splash pad and the best lobster rolls at Leon’s Lobstah Shack) or to Hyde Park Village for shopping and play! Also only a block or 2 to our fav frozen yogurt shop - yogurtoloy! We will definitely be back to stay at this cozy home for our tampa visits.

Amazing time in Florida! Place was perfect for two families

Joel was a fantastic host and went beyond what I expected. Very responsive throughout and in the house were great tips for the local area. Our family went to Busch Gardens and the adjacent water park and you couldn't find a better place (you could walk to the parks if you're so inclined). Highly recommend.

This place was perfect for our group, we stayed before a cruise and it was big and spacious for us to get out of cramped cars as hang out! We were within driving distance to anything we needed!

Was the perfect property for what we needed. Loved that it was within a short walk to the Buccaneer's stadium to do a tour and close to the airport. Anne was proactive in reaching out to me to make sure that check in went well and we had what we needed.

Daren went above and beyond to make his Pied-à-tere abode a home. And mean that sincerely! A little piece of heaven in middle of everything St. Pete’s! Definitely would stay again. Stay weird, St. Pete’s!

Very clean and comfortable bungalow with a stellar backyard area with lots of seating and places to lounge. Multiple tvs and a very fun game room, and three spacious bedrooms. Located in a great area with just two miles to Publix and other retail locations. The kitchen was fully stocked - could use a little love, as the silverware and cutlery were well used - and clean. The hosts are truly the hidden asset of this unit. Upon arrival, we learned that the previous tenant had broke the coffee pot. We asked Lorena about this on arrival and had a new coffee pot delivered in 90 minutes! Never had faster responses to any requests, and it was all positive. Very impressed and would stay again.
