We loved staying at Kathy’s place. It was a wonderful oasis, with a beautiful and relaxing pool area. We ran into Kathy’s brother Jim multiple times while outside and got great recommendations for things to do in the area (Get Up and Go kayaking at Shell Key Preserve!!) and also asked to make sure our stay was top notch. They had nice chairs, umbrellas, and a few tents that can be used for your beach trips (we used the chairs and umbrella, which are essential). Bonus points for being super walkable to the beach *and* all the restaurants/bars in the area.

I love this place, I definitely will be back! it has a Resort fee but is totally worth it

This stay had everything I needed for a quick couple of days away! Location is everything. Easily walkable to Upham Beach which I adore. The place was clean, pool was great, and I felt safe even though I was alone. Plenty of towels, extra toilet paper, kitchen pluses like coffee maker and small appliances. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Kathy could not have been a more accommodating host allowing me an earlier check in time and later checkout due to my flight times. It was so nice being able to come back and grab a quick shower after the beach the day I was leaving. This place is an excellent VALUE! Thank you Kathy!!!

If you’re questioning staying here, question no more! We had the absolute best time. We were able to walk to all the fun restaurants and the beach! They provide everything you could need for the perfect beach day. It’s a $10 Uber ride to Johns Pass and Treasure Island. The bed was cozy and the shower had great water pressure. It was clean and felt like a home away from home. We will be back!

We chose to stay at The Resort at the last minute and it turned out to be the best possible choice. I’m wheelchair dependent and although not ADA compliant (the host let me know beforehand) the space fit my needs. Fit it so much that we extended the stay!

Kathy and the Gulfside resort was a 10/10 for us!!! She greeted us and made us feel very welcome from the check in! Everything in our room was perfect! We absolutely loved how she had her own recommendations on what to do around St. Pete’s Beach! Our poolside room was amazing! Probably about a 3 minute walk from the beach which we absolutely loved! Definitely will be returning!

location was amazing, the facility was so nice, the pool and all the things that went with it from floats and even beach chairs and the beach was just 5 min walk away! I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice well maintained and super friendly place to stay that was located in a perfect spot!

This has literally been my best Airbnb experience. Not only did the room/small apartment surpass my expectations but the communication was mind blowing. JJ is amazing. Very proactive and excellent at responding. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Clean and cozy and close to the beach. Affordable too! It was the perfect little getaway while I was away on a business trip.

Awesome host, when I had questions she was super responsive, and when I had an issue with my car she went out of my way to help me in any way she could, would recommend staying here any day of the week and plan to stay again!

Had an amazing stay & The location is perfect! The staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was up to par. The room and pool were very clean The resort had all the amenities we could ask for, making our vacation hassle-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing getaway!

Nice little retro motel with in walking distance to beach and places to eat. Good place to stay after a long day on the beach.

Even though we were only in town for 1 night...it was a great stay! Katie was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. A fantastic little spot. Definately will stay another time!

One of the nicest and cleanest places I’ve stayed at in treasure island. The staff were extremely helpful with any questions. It’s in such a great location with beach access right across the street. Definitely exceeded my expectations!!

A very nice boutique! We typically get stand alone homes but this was still private and intimate. Very few guests and we never felt crowded. More road and gas station noise than expected but didn't bother us. Easy walk to the beach and a nice walk to John's Pass. We loved it and will stay again if it's available next time.

The common spaces were decorated beautifully. The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliances needed, a big refrigerator for guests to use, as well as a grill, and some food items that available. The bikes were geat. My husband's seat was loose, and he had no tools available tighten it. We didnt ask our host. There may have been some around. The porch and patio were great too. And Tarpon Springs is an interesting and fun place. We loved Katarina's Greek food! And I fell fell in love with the Copenhagen Coffee shop.🙂 We will return!

Had a nice stay. Private space, great amenities, and welcoming hosts. Luifi genuinely cares about the quality of your stay. Wifi good, A/C good, full kitchen and nice bathroom. I would highly recommend if you're looking for privacy and value. Thanks again!!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Dariana place! The apartment was incredibly clean and well-maintained, wonderful shower and peaceful atmosphere, if you like Casino it’s close to the Seminole Hard Rock. Dariana was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the free Nice Coffee Cup she give to me as a courtesy Highly recommend!" 

We couldn't have been happier with LoriAnn's place! It was beautifully laid out and decorated and in the perfect location. Convenient beach access, the on-site Tiki Bar, and the proximity to fantastic restaurants made the trip memorable. We were down for a Phillies' spring training game and will definitely look for availability at this place again next season.

We had a great time at this location. Everything was walkable and no need to leave the island. PAG has always been my favorite beach. Gorgeous sunsets and short walk to intercoastal to see the sunrise. Will return!

It was a wonderful place. It is a great getaway spot and feels like home. Kitchen is great for cooking and fully stocked with everything you need. Good internet. The bathroom is beautiful , clean and the place is private. 5/5

The location of quiet and safe. The room was clean, spacious, offers many amenities. I enjoyed my stay.
