A perfect spot! We loved using the kayaks to explore the river. While relaxing in the Adirondack chairs we saw so much wildlife, including dolphins. We ate breakfast outside every day while watching the sunrise. We thoroughly explored the area beaches and restaurants each day, but we equally enjoyed returning back to this little piece of paradise.

great stocked kitchen. thanks for the extra garbage bags and plenty of paper towel and dish detergent. didn't end up using the dishwasher. beautiful view of the water with the side window and front window. saw dolphins several times and saw about 10 green parakeets flying over. difficult for seniors. no table to eat on or play cards. king bed a bit high. twin beds a bit too soft. nice being next to Publix. thanks. we had a beautiful stay.

The apartment is just as described in the listing: comfortable, pleasant, very well located and above all very clean. Upon arrival we found a welcome note accompanied by some sweets, which shows that NamPhong “Dawn” is truly a spectacular hostess, very kind and willing and who responds at all times to any concern. Both , she and Luis, her efficient handyman, were always attentive to any need that might arise. The property is really highly recommended, I cannot fail to mention its proximity to the beach and the beautiful view that can be seen from the family room, it has its own dock and you can see the boats sailing at all hours. You breathe peace and tranquility. I have no doubt that we will rent it again on our future vacations. Thank you Nam Phong “Dawn”!

The condo was absolutely gorgeous! The view was amazing! The pool and hot tub were great! It is in a perfect location, walkable to the beach and entertainment. Highly recommend!!!

This home is very clean with comfortable beds on a quiet canal. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Carlos has supplied everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen to all forms of entertainment (games, puzzles, beach supplies, picklepall, corn hole, kayaks, and bicycles). Carlos is an exceptional host. During our stay, the washing machine went out. He responded quickly having one delivered as soon as he could and gave us a gift card for our inconvenience. We will definitely be back next year. If you are considering this home, do not hesitate to book!

Our stay was great! The place was clean & well furnished with many extras & thoughtful amenities. Joe was very helpful at check in & readily available to answer questions. Definitely a place to stay & revisit! Can’t recommend enough!

The property is centrally located and walkable to John's Pass. The unit was clean and if we were planning to go to the beach it was well stocked and ready. We did have an issue upon arrival with our parking spot being taken due to the festival, but Mainstay was super responsive, jumped into action, made some calls and got it resolved quickly. We will be back!

Our family had a great stay at this house and we really enjoyed the accessibility to the islands with the pontoon boat.

This house was absolutely gorgeous, clean and such a beautiful place where you can just sit out near the pool and watch the fish fly into the air and flop back into the water! My family and I enjoyed the place a lot. It was very close to anything you would want to do, restaurants, parasailing, fishing, jet skiing and even souvenir shopping!! Mark was a great host and very timely responsive on anything that we might have questions on. It will stay with me as a very memorable family vacation. Thank you Mark😊

We just got back from a week at Mary's wonderful home. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room for all. EVERYONE loved the house. 3 stories AND it has an elevator! Great for transporting luggage It is decorated so beautiful with comfortable furnishings. Mary is a wonderful host, easy to work with, informative and swift to answer any questions. This is the perfect spot for a large family or group of friends. The kitchen has everything you need. The game room was so much fun. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool. You can fish off their dock and kayaks are provided! There are 3 great restaurants within walking distance. A short drive or walk around the corner brings you to a nice park to watch the sunset on Tampa Bay. We enjoyed watching 2 dolphins daily on the canal from the spacious balconies. Sunrise, sunsets, a full moon, and 2 space shuttle lift offs. Absolutely perfect!

What a wonderful stay! Jose was a perfect host and this home was welcoming (smelled great), bright, beautifully decorated, well stocked and ready to provide us the perfect sanctuary while visiting family in Lakeland! March Madness had begun so the multiple large screen TVs were appreciated! The furniture and the master bed were cozy! It was just my husband and I so plenty of space, but also room for more family to come next time. Master bathroom is outfitted with tub, shower and plenty of space to spread out. We loved using the pool/spa during the day and enjoyed a game of pool at night. The pond view while using the pool was an added bonus. The area is very peaceful! Felt right at home and hope it is available for our next trip south! Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

We really enjoyed our stay, even though it was windy and rainy during the first couple of days. The panoramic views of the bay made it all the more scenic during that time. There was a minor issue with the AC that the host was very responsive and fast in dealing with. All rooms were clean and there was adequate utensils and cookware, larger sized refrigerator and all other required appliances. It was a relatively central location convenient to the beaches, sights, and downtime each within 15-20min. The immediate neighborhood was safe and the neighbors seemed nice. I would recommend using navigation to avoid getting off track when getting around, as some areas between the home and downtown or between the home and the beach did not appear as nice.

The house was lovely, clean and comfortable. I could cook all day in the kitchen with that view. Brought our bikes and rode to town to shop and eat. Great location. Joey was very responsive and helpful and Incredibly accommodating. We enjoyed all the amenities. Thanks Joey for everything!

We had an Amazing trip. loved the backyard. The heated pool was amazing. Boys enjoyed fishing, and cooking out. Excellent hosts and very kind. We had an Amazing time. The house definitely has all you need for a wonderful vacation

The condo was nice and very well stocked. easy to find. Easy to get to all the beaches, everything is a very short drive 5-10 minutes to most beaches, restaurants, pier etc. we saw dolphins while sitting on the patio Everyone there ( locals) were very friendly. The only downfall was the bridge road noise certain times a day but it certainly did not effect our trip. Highly recommend host was very responsive and sweet. We will be back

A wonderful little place, in a great community on a beautiful island. A very special location for sure. Private, but close to all kinds of fun in the St Pete/Clearwater area. Lots to do in the community and lots of great restaurants.

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a homey Christmas dinner! Thank you Joy and Sol, we look forward to booking again! We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

when we were impacted from Hurricane Helene we needed a place to stay since our home was not accessible. Valarie and her husband Stu went over and above to accommodate us. I can't say enough about them and their hospitality, compassion, and amazing support. There are good people out there and we had the pleasure at such a difficult time meeting them. We would highly recommend their beautiful waterfront condo.

We loved our stay in Tampa! Rosana thought of everything, right down to the minor details. Beautiful location and sunset! We will be back!
