My boyfriend and I stayed in the Boathouse Suite for a weekend and had a wonderful time! The space is adorable, the scenery is beautiful, and it is exactly as described— rustic chic. Donna Lee was an incredible host; she was so responsive and helpful, and gave great recommendations for things to do in the surrounding area. Donna Lee was also so accommodating and kind when a storm forced us to hunker down for an extra night. The Boathouse Suite was exactly what we were looking for, and I cannot recommend it enough! Thanks Donna Lee!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Private and cozy space. It was perfect for our small Christmas celebration. The kitchen had all the basic supplies we needed to cook and the living room was very comfortable for hanging out. We really enjoyed walking down to the lake, it was frozen and very beautiful. Very efficient directions to find the house and for getting inside. We would definitely like to come back in the summer to enjoy all the other benefits the house has to offer (kayaks, swimming, fire pit, etc)!

great lakehouse with beautiful views, and very clean. kayaking on the lake was great. Way better than a hotel. Be careful walking any dogs near the main road which can get busy with traffic overall great stay, would return

What a peaceful retreat. Beautiful view in a quiet setting. We enjoyed sightings of herons, cormorants, and bald eagles. There is a lot to do in the area and Dale and Sharon are kind and knowledgeable guides. We extended our stay, not once, but twice!! And we are already planning our return trip. Thank you, thank you!!

My girlfriend and I traveled from San Diego to meet her family in Boston. The location was very peaceful and the host was always available. We are definitely coming back to this cabin for future trips!

This property offers a beautiful view of Beaver Lake with a waterfront area that includes a firepit with adirondack chairs, hammock, steel pier, canoe, kayak and a paddle board. The house is located across the street from the lake and was very comfortable. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, Wifi, two televisions with premium channels, air conditioning and fans, and a fully stocked eat-in kitchen. We rented the property for a week and the longer we were there the more we enjoyed it.

Staying just steps from the beach was lovely! We really enjoyed having coffee by the water and reading on the porch. The cottage was comfortable and the surroundings were just gorgeous.

The Finnish cabin was simply amazing! This rustic wooden structure overlooks a serene lake where we spotted mallards swimming peacefully—a perfect spot for bird watching. There's even a beaver dam just across the other side of the water. Though the cabin maintains its simplistic wooden build and charm, it features a modern, fantastic kitchen with all amenities. The splendid sauna is a must-try; just let Jim know, and he'll prepare it for you. Jim is a kind and generous host who showed us around the entire property in a 4-wheel drive vehicle . We would definitely recommend this cabin for anyone seeking a closer connection with nature.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakehouse !The home is cozy and well-kept, with stunning big windows overlooking the lake. Even though it was winter and we couldn’t fully take in the view, I can only imagine how breathtaking it must be in the summer. The host was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions I had, making the stay even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back in the warmer months to experience the lake in all its glory! Highly recommend this spot for a peaceful getaway.

We totally enjoyed the lake house. Such a great house, with excellent accommodations, hot tub, fireplace with upper and lower decks. It was a great stay, everyone enjoyed very much.
