A great stay with our family and our daughters family. Beautiful townhome! The multi levels is a workout but every floor is well laid out. We had room for everyone. The Nature park close by was awesome for bike riding, playground, pickleball courts, basketball courts & soccer fields. Great restaurants and shopping within 10-15 min. 12 minutes from the Raleigh LDS Temple

Loved staying here, perfectly place away that's close to many things and yet feels secluded. Great Location and Space.

Our stay at this lake house was absolutely wonderful! The layout of the house is fantastic, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. It's impeccably clean and well stocked with everything we needed, especially the beautiful kitchen which was a joy to cook in. The master bedroom and in-law suite were both luxurious and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of fun in the sun. The outdoor space is where this place truly shines. The pool was amazing, perfect for cooling off on hot days, and the expansive outdoor area provided plenty of room for our family to play games and enjoy the sunshine. While you can’t swim in the lake, fishing and boating are great alternatives. Clare was a fantastic host—so responsive and accommodating. Overall, our family had an incredible time here and didn't want to leave! It's the perfect spot for families looking to relax and have fun together.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this place. We were very close to grocery stores, restaurants and a plethora of other shopping centers. The home looked exactly like the photos and it was very clean. The beds were very neat and well kept and we had a lot of storage to put our bags and belongings. We would definitely consider rebooking in the future.

The home was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean and felt like a cozy home. There was more than enough space to spread out, sleep comfortably, and even to enjoy outside on the spacious patio. It is a split level home and we enjoyed this as a family. The neighborhood felt very safe, friendly, and comfortable. If you wished to walk to the nearby restaurants, it could be done easily with a very walkable neighborhood and sidewalks on the streets. So many restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping nearby. Roma was very responsive, friendly and flexible. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This is a beautiful home for a group. We celebrated Thanksgiving here with our family and there was enough space for everyone, and also a gorgeous back yard where you could relax in relative privacy. I highly recommend this neighborhood to anyone who wants a little more space around them. I went for a couple of runs, and it is a beautiful area. A couple of notes: it mentions that it is walking distance to some things, and that is if you want to walk two plus miles. It really isn't walking distance to anything, but it isn't terribly far either. Everything you need is around a ten minute drive. Also, Brad takes quite a bit of time to respond to requests. Also, anyone visiting Durham can get a free YMCA pass for a week, so you don't have to stay here to get that benefit.

I’ve rented several homes in this area for family gatherings, but this one stands out as the absolute best! The home is spacious, impeccably clean, and offers a peaceful, private setting—exactly what we were looking for. From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease. The layout was perfect for our group, giving everyone space to relax while still feeling connected. Everything was well thought out, from the comfortable furnishings to the fully stocked kitchen, making our stay effortless. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already talking about when we can return. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful place!!! Cleanliness is a BIG deal to me and this place was practically spotless! Huge shower/tub, huge tvs, beautiful bedroom and living room and free of clutter. They also provided extras like soap, floss, qtips. A plus was it’s a gated community!!! I felt very safe at night and my kids and I walked to several restaurants with no issue! There is even a Publix in walking distance. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe which was also important to me and even the neighbors were friendly as I had to ask a few some questions The only thing was the shower head is too far up. I’m very short so it was hard to get and the angle allows water to come out the back all on the floor . Also even with pictures it still took me awhile to find the keys - it’s a black pouch and not a box and it was tucked behind the drain pole which was hard to see… but I get it’s for privacy. Otherwise this is a 10/10 spot !!!! I will definitely stay again if I come back to Raleigh !!! ☺️

This place was clean , quiet, and close to downtown shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking at the complex and it’s easy to get to downtown by walking. I would highly recommend this stay.

This was our second time staying in this community. As before, it was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The space is well laid out, with comfortable furnishings. It was wonderful. We would definitely return.

great location gated community with pool access. very walkable and a good value for Durham.

The massage chair was an incredible surprise. I sat in it for hours! The gym was really well equipped and although it was too cool to use the pool, it would be fantastic in the warm weather. It was very cozy and tastefully decorated.

Jennifer responded quickly and adequately to our concerns. Good location, with supermarket right across the street and Whole foods and Trader Joe's just a few minutes away.

The location of Alan's place is so convenient. Walkable and close to anything you might need/want/crave. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with any amenity you could dream of, and some you can't ;) It was the perfect place to stay and I recommend it.

Came for March Madness and college visits. Location was extremely convenient - 10 min/$10 uber ride to the games, 5 min to NC State, and 20-30 min to Durham and Chapel Hill. A plethora of good quality restaurants were all within a 15 min drive. The location was very quiet and peaceful and a nice getaway from the craziness of campuses and March Madness. Kiyonna was a wonderful host. Communication and logistics, check in and check out, were all very easy. She also provided some nice little treats upon arrival that were greatly appreciated. Beds and living area were very comfortable and it truly felt like home. The washer and dryer were handy as we got caught in the rain one day and were able to dry our clothes. Thank you for a wonderful, stress-free stay!
