Need to put house numbers on house. It was a little hard to find the first time at night. The house was perfect for me during my stay for work. Would stay there again if I’m asked to go back down there for work.

Jeremy was very quick to respond to our spur of the moment reservation. He checked in regularly which was great too. Nicely decorated condo and an affordable price. Great size for a couple but would be small for more than 2 adults. Great access to the beach too.

This space was so perfect for a month long get a way. So convient to all things Hilton Head. The condo was so comfortable and put together. We had all the supplies to cook every meal we needed. Bike trails, a public pickle ball court, the beach, a play ground, and a park all withing walking/driving distance. Thank you for a great stay.

Very nice place for a weekend getaway felt like a home away from home. Beach is very close and walkable along with a bunch of different shops would recommend to others

We had a wonderful romantic getaway in Hilton Head thanks to this place! Check-in was a breeze, and the host was very reachable but not overbearing. It was so great to have access to all of the amenities as well as many delicious local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Hilton Head!

Staying in a gated condo complex at Coligney Beach so close to shops, restaurants, parks, and beach front was outstanding. Ashlene provided all the conveniences and accessories that we needed for our family of seven. Our twin four year olds and six year old grandsons absolutely loved the condo and their bedroom. This was a great value for the cost, accommodations, and location on Hilton Head. Thank you, Ashlene.

We loved staying at this cute little place after our wedding! Kristie was so friendly, and always communicated effectively and timely. Very clean and very cute! My husband and I highly recommend Kristie as a host!

Lovely place to stay. Well stocked kitchen and nicely decorated. We didn’t have the best weather during our visit so we really enjoyed the indoor pool and track.

The condo was well organized with all the essentials and extras such as beach gear and cruiser bikes. Also, the unit is located in a great location, with convenient walking distances to restaurants, bars, shopping, and ice cream parlors while nestled far enough way from the entrainment facilities for tranquility. We totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo largely due to the condo's location and being well maintained along with the great communication of the owner.

Bob and Gayla’s home was clean and in a peaceful neighborhood. We drove to downtown Savannah and to Tybee and the drives were perfectly easy, and it was just nice to stay in a separate area from downtown. Would stay again!

We were glad the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and spices! We loved the cast iron pan! We were also glad for in unit temperature control, steaming services, and nearby grocery stores. Andrea was very responsive, generous, understanding, and a great host. The unit is next to a busy road, so we could hear traffic noises when the windows were open, and there wasn’t anywhere to go for a walk from the unit, but there were lots of beautiful parks within a short drive. All around a great stay! Would recommend!

Kasey is a sweetheart and her property is beautiful and elegantly decorated. We loved the private secluded resort next to the beach. The check-in process was simple, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Kasey made sure we were comfortable and checked on us regularly. She was always willing to help as well as go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The two bedroom condo was calming and healing for us. The bathrooms, bedrooms and living room are all esthetically designed. I am definitely going to return to this property without a doubt. I highly recommend anyone to stay here if the dates are available for a short or long term stay. It was safe and I was outside after dark at times and never felt unsafe. Hilton Head Island is a mini-paradise and I am so glad to have chosen this location for our week long vacation. The WiFi was great as well. You cannot go wrong with this host and this property.

We loved staying at Paul’s place in Harbor Town! The accommodations were cozy and the location is just perfect! Lots of restaurants and great shopping!

Great walk-able to the beach location with large pool and lounging area that also featured a small cafe and bar. Very clean and well kept surroundings with ample parking. No smoking and no animal restrictions provide a quiet, peaceful and family friendly atmosphere. The condo is simple in it's design with the needed basics provided as described in the listing. A few extras included items needed to make full use of the beautiful beach as well as the private balcony. I stayed two nights; those staying longer should consider bringing extras from home like beach towels and coolers, bathroom personal essentials and any specific kitchen items not normally found in a rental. The surrounding area includes all the shops and stores needed to complete an enjoyable stay and I was able to find many eateries and bars that offered great daily specials, most with pleasant outdoor dining, a real plus in good weather. I would not hesitate to book and stay here again!

Usually the pictures are better than reality, but this place was actually better than the pictures. Clean and perfect. An end unit that provides you with two outdoor seating spaces. Located next to the park and green space. Great value for the money. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo community is a hidden gem! The building has the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and indoor track - which was wonderful on the day that it rained! The boardwalk to the beach has lovely marsh views, great food at Co-Co's, then a beautiful expanse of beach to enjoy! The condo itself is clean, modern, and has an upscale feel with upgraded appliances and thoughtful design choices. I'll definitely be back!

This was the second time that I stayed at Sara’s place and it was once again great. They made some improvements to the unit, not that it really needed it. She is a fantastic host and I will definitely stay again.

Really cute spot. Loved the walk to the beach across the marsh, we got to see so many great birds and other animals. The beach access was away from the primary HHI beach access which was fantastic. Loved having coffee on the balcony in the mornings while watching the birds. Jason was always very responsive. There were great amenities at the complex, as well, we just didn't use them!

Such a wonderful place to stay! Great place to walk around, we enjoyed the peace and quiet around this time of year. The place was super clean and the bed was very cozy! Had everything we needed for our stay. Kaitlyn is a great host! Highly recommend! ❤️

We had a great stay here. Property is very large, but easy to find your way. Condo was just like the pictures. Only thing I feel it needed was a fully length mirror. We enjoyed our quick stay at the condo.
