We loved staying here! The views were incredible and within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

Mark’s place was exactly as described. Very clean, great location and within walking distance to some great restaurants.

We had a great few days away at Carolyn’s place. Her place was clean and comfortable and had a wonderful balcony to enjoy the ocean views. We really liked making breakfast to enjoy on the balcony. It was in a great location, easy to walk to the shops and restaurants at Coligny beach (about 15 minutes). The beach out front was beautiful and the pool was wonderful too! Thanks for a lovely stay!

My husband and I were very appreciative of Dan and Lisa’s communication. We had a few hiccups ( one medical issue) and they were kind and quick to reply to us. The location cannot be beat ! The condo is very comfortable with a huge patio! We will be back

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

We had a wonderful romantic getaway in Hilton Head thanks to this place! Check-in was a breeze, and the host was very reachable but not overbearing. It was so great to have access to all of the amenities as well as many delicious local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Hilton Head!

We had a great stay here. Property is very large, but easy to find your way. Condo was just like the pictures. Only thing I feel it needed was a fully length mirror. We enjoyed our quick stay at the condo.

We loved everything about this Treehouse “Siren’s Lookout”. The space, which is small, is efficiently organized, and the decor is attractive and comfortable. All of the appliances are extremely modern and the beds incredibly comfortable. Of course, the views and sunsets are the best. Thankfully we brought our binoculars as the wildlife was such fun to watch as was the activity on the Cay. It was very nice to have an outside gas Firepit. Connie is quickly responsive to any requests, concerns or problems……although we did not have a lot of these. She is very easy to communicate with and does everything possible to make your stay perfect. We hope to return in the very near future. Thank you, Connie!

We had our annual girls' trip at Donna's and it was absolutely wonderful. The views and the neighborhood were perfection. We were close enough to downtown to enjoy it but far enough away to experience the quiet beauty of Savannah on the water. The house had lots of room for us to enjoy. Donna was very responsive to any questions/requests we had. It just couldn't have been more perfect!

This ended up one of our family's favorite trips, and our stay here was a big part of it. Tons of space inside and lots of fun outside. Our kids loved swimming in the pool and feeding the turtles in the lagoon. Unless you need to be on the far west end of Savannah, this location is great as well -- easy access to both downtown and the beach on Tybee Island. All the way around, we'd highly recommend staying here.

The home was beautiful and in a beautiful location. The kids loved the pool. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us. The kids loved the bunk beds. The wagon was very convenient for the easy walk to the beach. We were not able to use the grill but there were plenty of pots and pans to cook in the kitchen.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is absolutely gorgeous, cozy and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the bonus room with the ping pong table. The room was also equipped with some toddler toys which we really appreciated. It is a bit outside downtown Savannah but not too far (about 15 mins) and also 15 mins to Tybee island so I’d say it’s pretty central to both. Would def recommend staying here!

Beautiful, peaceful place and can’t wait to go back! DRG was quick to respond with a couple of requests and helpful to give restaurant recommendations on the island.

Excellent rental! Beautifully situated overlooking the Broad Creek Marshland. Gorgeous finishes and well appointed with everything we needed. Communication was stellar and it was easy to stay. I would highly recommend for anyone that doesn't require out-the-door beach access, it is a great central location, less than 15 min to Coligny Beach, shopping and lots of restaurants and shopping in close proximity. The owners of this property obviously take pride in their home and ensure a great experience! HIGHLY recommend and will look forward to another visit!

I truly had the best birthday and vacation of my life thanks in huge part to Terese and her generosity and flexibility. We literally got to watch dolphins for two hours at sunset from her porch.. every room was comfortable and clean, the kitchen was spacious and perfect and I loved the various fun dishware — she had let us know that the dock was under repair, so I can’t even imagine how cool it will be to go back and get to kayak from the dock with the dolphins!! Waking up to the sun on the water was truly incredible. I cannot wait to come back, it’s by far the loveliest place I’ve stayed on tybee and I LOVE tybee. Great energy, great host, great wildlife, we got extremely lucky!!

enjoyed our stay! The beach at the condo was very unique and beautiful in a different way from the other beaches on the island. It was about a 10 min drive to the closest beach which worked just fine when we wanted a change.

We enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. The house was clean and had many towels available for our use. The house was located close to many shops and restaurants. We had one issue with the WiFi which was resolved after rebooting the router. We ended up going to Publix to get K-cups for the Keurig as we didn’t see any available. The shower pressure was great and every room was clean and tidy.

The condo was exactly what we need for our Hilton Head stay. Being in the same building as the indoor pool was perfect for our daughter. Proximity to the beach was great and the whole area was walkable and bike able. We would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay! The Deck restaurant on site is a huge bonus and it was really great to have parking onsite. The condo is exactly as pictured in the photos and has easy beach access - we loved the option of having our morning coffee on the patio or at the beach. Short drive to the main strip in Tybee and not far from Savannah. It was also super convenient to have a washer and dryer within the unit! This was a great place to stay. Thanks Michael!

This was our first time to Hilton Head Island and we can’t wait to come back! I’m so thankful we landed on such a serene and peaceful part of the island. Eric and Angie’s place had everything we needed for the week…and the condo was incredibly clean! We rented bikes from the Bike Doctor, which was so much fun and easy to navigate. Great recommendations for eating out to Salty Dog Cafe, Crazy Crab and Skull Creek. We cooked most of our meals at the condo and even caught some fresh shrimp for dinner. The pool, hot tub, and beach were just a few steps away to enjoy and explore. Everything was as described and the instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. Eric and Angie were great to answer messages timely and with kindness. We feel very lucky to make so many new family memories here!
