I loved every last moment of my 55 days at Abhaya’s home. A very short walk to many shops and restaurants, but on a sweet back road with a slower pace. The apartment felt warm, comfortable, and private - but with the timely care of a wonderful and friendly family. Everything was available and managed incredibly well. More than just thankful for the experience, I was touched that a family had such time and guidance for someone such as myself - who just happened to make this booking on AirBnb. Thank you so much for everything! For sure I hope to consider this my home base in the future while in Kathmandu, and I do hope to make it back very soon.

Swaran is incredible warm and an amazing host. We instantly felt at home and that we were welcome and appreciated as guests in her home. This is the perfect stay for anyone looking for a more personal experience in a lovely home. Her place is really beautiful and peaceful, on a quiet gated street right by lots of great things like the market, park, subway and shops/restaurants. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet mit allwm was man braucht (vorallem Küche und Bad). Alles auch sehr sauber! In der Unterkunft lag ein toll ausgearbeitetes Heft mit Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Die Lage ist wirklich schön, man ist auch in 20 Minuten in Kathmandu. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Danke für die tolle Zeit!

Great location! Was very quiet and peaceful but located in a great area. Could walk to so many places and get taxis easily. Would definitely stay here again!

Sachin is an excellent host. During the 2 months we stayed here we were never concerned that he wasn’t always attentive and available if needed. The apartment is modern and well appointed, especially compared to other places we’ve staying in Nepal. The entrance is down an alley that provides some separation from the busy streets nearby. It’s very close to Patan Durbar Square so a lot to see in and around the area. It’s a much more authentic stay that Thamel. We highly recommend.

Thanks for making us feel at home being away from home, stayed with my family for one day ......Stunning property with such a adorable host, the location is 5 mins from car parking and mall road, couldn't have asked for a better location !!! Not to miss the amazing Parantha's made my namita as part of delicious breakfast , the pictures in air bnb doesn't do justice to the property , the property is much more beautiful and well maintained !!!! The best part was meeting babu :) Will definitely come back to stay for a longer tenure and will recommend the same to family and friends !!

This place was extremely nice, no issues. It is as advertised. The host was helpful with local recommendations, he allowed us to leave our bags after check out. This was extremely gracious and kind of him. He helped a lot on our stay. Worth the price. And the beds are very big and comfortable rooms clean, ac works and kitchen is stacked, clean and very usable.

It’s truly a home away from home. The place is surrounded by nature with greenery all around the place & a small stream of river flows near by in just walking distance. A special thanks to Uncle & Aunty Ji who made this place feel like home & are the most sweetest people we have ever met. May the almighty bless them with all the health & happiness. We saw few bird species here which are almost extinct in the cities. It’s your place if you like peace & tranquility, away from the hustle-bustle of the city life.

We had a wonderful stay at Suyash’s place in Jaipur! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and ensured everything was seamless. He not only arranged our airport transfers but also guided us on the best places to visit for our family's varied interests, making our trip truly hassle-free. His hospitality was exceptional from the time we arrived at his stay we felt at home. Moreover, when we needed something from the pharmacy at night, he personally drove us there, which was very kind and thoughtful of him. The stay itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and located in a peaceful residential area. It was also conveniently within reach of the Pink City and other major sightseeing spots, making it an ideal base for exploring Jaipur. We highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Jaipur. Great place to spend your time in Ludhiana. Convenient, self check in and clean apartment with ample amenities.

Arun has excellent communication skills. Arun is very professional with his guests. He explained everything to me after I reached his location. Arun is a retired air force personnel(not sure about his post). We had a great conversation about his work. He is also an artist. He has made wonderful paintings. There was construction work going on which blocked the path to the homestay. Arun picked up my suitcase till the apartment. Arun was extremely helpful and courteous. He made sponge Dosas for me which was very tasty. The bedroom was spacious. The kitchen had all amenities. Arun had also kept eggs, butter etc. for the guests in the fridge. I also liked the terrace of the homestay. Lots of beautiful plants, and enough space to dry your washed clothes. Amazing view from terrace. All in all, it was a beautiful experience. I wish to stay here longer when I come next time.

We are so lucky to be there first guest, it was such a nice stay and unforgettable memory. We became family after stay there, we will even go back to India beyond them!

We hebben een week doorgebracht in de kamer op de eerste verdieping. Het was een sfeervol verblijf. En alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. De keuken was goed uitgerust met servies , pannen ed. We zaten er in de koudste maand, maar konden een kacheltje gebruiken. Vaibhav en zijn vrouw stonden altijd klaar, zelfs om mijn zieke man de trap op te helpen. Het was s' nachts heerlijk rustig. In de buurt genoeg winkels en een park met fitnessaparatuur voor de deur.

Both aunty and uncle were really welcoming and polite. we were very tired when we checked in but because of them we felt right at home. they were extremely non intrusive and the stay was peaceful. definitely coming to stay again!

Place as described. Really lovely place.The views are unforgettable. Not recommended if you have mobility issues as the road leading up to the building is narrow, dark and uneven. Also steep climb to the main road. Great for younger people who have no issues with an uphill walk to the main road. The place itself is most highly recommended and of great value. Perfect for WFH, a mindful or romantic getaway.

This was one of the most responsive, well communicated, honest to shared description experience ! The place was clean. The house help who was appointed for daily cleaning etc was polite, great at her job and active ! The rooms were spacious, well described and also the amenities helped us experience a home like experience ! We were 5 people and we loved the peace and privacy, the location accessibility for Zomato, Insta mart etc make choices easy. We would recommend this place if you are looking for a home away from home ♥️ Thanks Akshay and the entire team who took care of us !

We had a lovely 3 nights' stay at the condo. Encountered Manali's first Snowfall on the first night of our stay, it made the place look magical. However, make sure you plan your travel to the T, as it is a bit farther up than other hotels which is great for privacy but safer to have a vehicle booked in the snow. Hotel staff were very proactive in getting a gypsy organised for our arrival in the snow (can be pricy last minute - we paid 3k for taking us 5kms). Taxis charge you 500rs. Huskies are a great addition to the place and we had a blast playing with Brook, Deigo, Shira! This place is beautiful and right in the middle of mountains. Must visit especially in the snow!
