Lucy was great - always responsive and helpful/clear with instructions. The place itself was fantastic, I was there with my wife, brother and some friends over New Year, and we were very comfortable. We had our dogs as well, who loved the garden! (Though note that the garden is not fully enclosed). We had a wonderful time - thanks Lucy!

Der Check-in-Prozess verlief reibungslos und jeder Aspekt unseres Aufenthalts übertraf die Erwartungen. Wenn du auf der Suche nach einem komfortablen, stilvollen und stressfreien Kurzurlaub bist, brauchst du nicht lange weitersuchen! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. Our stay was perfect. Beautiful surroundings and extremely comfortable environment. Sonia and Adam were both so helpful and were always on hand if we had any questions. From the get go they advised us that the electric would be going off for a short time on one of the days, and we went out for the day anyway so it made no difference, and was back on by the time we returned! It was exactly the break we all needed and the dogs absolutely loved it. The private area with the pizza oven and darts board was fantastic, and the hot tub was beautiful. I personally loved the standalone bath, it was gorgeous. And the shower was beautiful too. Thank you Sonia and Adam!

We had a beautiful stay at Alison’s place. Everything was exactly as described. It was pristinely clean and cosy. It is a little hard to find as you may miss the turning but overall a really good stay. I would definitely stay again. Alison was fast to respond to any queries we had and very responsive. We loved that the area was in the countryside away from the hustle and bustle with the little goats roaming around and the beautiful horses.

Had a lovely stay for my birthday with friends. It was so peaceful and we loved using the sauna and hot tub. The lodge was clean and comfortable and met our needs for the weekend. It is only a short drive from local towns so we were able to go out for dinner and lunch nearby in Evesham and Studley. The hosts were lovely and friendly. I liked how they left us supplies to make s’mores on the bbq outside. We really enjoyed doing this. I would definitely recommend The Den and would revisit in the future.

This was our second stay here. It’s great value for money and has all the basics. Great for family get togethers.

Lovely barn in a rural location within easy reach of local amenities. Very friendly and welcoming host. On the doorstep of all the great cycling/walking trails.

Upon arruval the property was Clean and Tidy, really felt welcoming and right at home. There was bread, milk and other little goodies to help wind down from a long drive. We took our Dog with us. There are lovely fields a short walk from the house which was convenient. Directly across from the property is a local convenience shop as well as a fish and chip shop which also did Pizza and kebabs. The reason for the visit was we went to Alton Towers whiche meant although it wasn't too close to the theme park, it was perfect for the price. The property was easy to maintain and the dishwasher was very handy. thank you for being a great host and we would definitely recommend.

The accommodation was booked for a colleague travelling from China and working in the UK for 3 weeks. This is my colleagues review "I had a great time at the accommodation .it was very cozy and nicely decorated with fast Wi-Fi and clean kitchen, The facilities were all high- quality and easy to use, it's also conveniently located near the railway station, which is perfect for commuting Overall , it's a great place to live and I highly recommend it! Great 2 nights over Easter in this quiet corner of rural Rutland. Great for our dogs and us to rest our heads after a day of exploring. There is no pub or shop unless u drive but we made use of the more than adequate self catering amenities and settled in each night with a bottle of wine and a film. Bath is also divine bring some bath foam

Lovely flat, very safe and secure for single traveller. Great area to stay, quiet yet not far from shops, tram, etc. Great shower and very comfortable bed. (Firm mattress).

Had a fantastic 4 days at the deerleap cabin.the cabin and surrounding arena was fantastic. Naomi and mark was absolutely great and friendly. They went out of then way too make are stay very enjoyable..top tip we would say is .buy the hamper well worth the value. Plenty fully.

We had a beautiful stay! The view was amazing and the facilities were perfect. We loved the little reception area where you could get games, DVD’s and toys. We loved the little Easter touches aswell! The lodge was VERY clean easy to get in to, very clear instructions on how to use things and how to get in. My son loved the big field in front of the lodge. Overall it was a beautiful stay and 100% would recommend

We have had the most amazing few days in the Damson pod. It was so clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor space is beautiful and the children loved playing freely in the sectioned off field. They loved saying hello to the alpacas every morning, and Sarah invited us to come and feed them too which my daughter was delighted about! Sarah made us feel really welcome, provided discounts for the local area and put a lovely little welcome pack with biscuits and drinks which was so nice! We had the best time and wish we could have stayed longer!
