Beim Eintreffen in der Unterkunft haben wir Snacks und Essen vorgefunden. Zufem gab es für jeden nicht nur Handtücher zum Duschen, sondern auch Badetücher für den Pool. Es war alles genauso wie beschrieben und der Urlaub war toll.

Myself and my wife stayed for two nights in October 2024. We found this to be a lovely place to stay - it has a great feeling of calm and peace, with pretty much everything you would need to relax. It's in an incredibly beautiful area and we will definitely come back to visit. We visited Selimiye, Turunç and Marmaris all of which were beautiful towns and the coastal drives are to be treasured. There is absolutely beautiful scenery everywhere. If you have any questions I would recommend contacting the host, the communication was very friendly, quick and helpful!

Es war uns eine Freude, für eine Woche Bewohner dieses wunderbaren Hauses mit dieser spektakulären Aussicht zu sein. Einfach nur auf einer der Terrassen zu sitzen und den Schiffen im Hafen zuzusehen ... Eintauchen in das Leben auf Symi. Wir liebten die Außenküche und das Essen unter dem Olivenbaum. Daniela hat vorab alle unsere Fragen geduldig beantwortet und vor Ort konnten wir jederzeit Auskunft und Beratung von Janine erhalten. Vom Haus runter und in die kleine Stadt geht es gut zu Fuß über viele Stufen zum Bäcker oder in den Lebensmittelladen oder zum Bootstaxi, das einen zum Strand bringen könnte. Und nach oben fährt für 5 Euro ein Taxi - nicht ganz bis zum Haus aber fast. Einfach herrlich!

We had a lovely stay in the Sunny Rhodes Villa. It is a very nice modern villa with a large well fitted kitchen and living area. Very comfortable bedrooms all air conditioned. The pool area is sunny but with a shaded area at the bottom of the garden with mature trees which provide shade in the heat of day if required. George is a great host responding to all our enquires prior to our arrival within minutes. He provided a very generous welcome hamper. He dealt with any issues no matter however minor very promptly. We could not fault the villa or our host.

Lovely villa in a good location, easy walking distance to the local shops, town centre and some great restaurants on the river overlooking the Kaunos rock tombs. The pool and garden are the best part of the villa, lots of shade with lovely mature trees, shrubs and flowers. Other reviewers mention the road noise but it's not excessive and you quickly get used to it until you don't notice it. 5 double bedrooms, all ensuite, perfect for our family group of 6 adults and 3 small children. Our host, Ozgure, was very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any small issues we had, adding to the great holiday we enjoyed.

Stayed for 5 nights, lovely view and house in general. The host was very responsive and organised transport to and from the airport. 5 stars all round.

We were a group that rented all 3 villas for a week, and it was amazing! The villas are beautiful, and the view to the ocean is much better than in the ads👌😊 The host, Irini, was very helpful and answered all questions we had. There is several beaches a very short drive from the villa, or you can walk in about 30 minutes to for example Tassos, Nikolas or Oasis beach. We only wish we could have stayed longer😊

We were a group of 8 adults and 7 kids who felt right at home! It was a perfect get away place peaceful and relaxing. Esra's communication and responsiveness was second to none. It made the stay so much better for us. She was always trying to support and help with all of the group's requirements. The property itself was tastefully decorated and adequately furnished. The whole group had private space and when we wanted to get together the communal space was equally good. Would highly recommend this place!

Despina and her mother were superb hosts and very responsive. The place is excellently located close to all bars and amenities as well as the beach. We particularly enjoyed the unobstructed view of the mountains when lying in the pool. 4 bedrooms have en suites which suited us well. The pool is heated and lovely. Kitchen works well with a bathroom. The outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and bbq were great. The kids had enough space to run around and we had a superb holiday

This villa was even better than the photos. The house was amazing and the outside space was incredible. Pool was amazing, great temperature, pickleball court was great fun. There was even an outdoor TV with shaded seating, this was perfect for us to watch some football. The pool house has a fridge which was a lovely touch. All bedrooms and bathrooms were finished to a great standard. We were treated like family and the villa felt like our amazing home the holiday. Location is great, a short walk into town or to the beach, or to the dock to catch a boat to Rhodes Town

Stunning villa in great garden setting. Lovely pool just the right size for a small family group. Lots of outside seating and space both in sun and in the shade. Rooms very clean and linen and towels changed once during the week. Very close to both the harbour and Falaraki bars and resteraunts, approx 5-10 minute walk either way. Good small supermarket just 2 min walk towards harbour. Very responsive to any questions and sorting problems - air con man came within an hour to sort problem, taxis ordered for us to travel to family wedding, transfers were offered to be sorted. Basically a very helpful and responsive owner with nothing being too much of a problem, being there when we arrived to go through everything in the villa and when we left. Would thoroughly recommend.

Aivan ihana paikka. Tämä paikka on kaukana turisti vilinästä. Kannattaa auto vuokrata tai mennä paikallisella bussilla. kauppa ja pitseria löytyy kävelymatkan päästä. ei voi parempaa paikkaa enää olla. meille tilattiin myös lentokenttäkuljetukset valmiiksi. Kiitos ❤️

Vår familj på två vuxna och två pojkar (5 och 11 år gamla) hade en underbar vistelse på Filerolia Stone House. Boendet för vår familj var mysigt, genuint och med alla bekvämligheter (inklusive spisplattor vilket vi var osäkra på) vi behövde för en minnesvärd vistelse. Värdarna, Stergos och Mika, var otroligt vänliga och hjälpsamma. De gav oss många lokala rekommendationer och historier som verkligen förbättrade vår upplevelse. Barnen blev särskilt glada över de små gåvorna de fick av Mika, och vi uppskattade verkligen den mat som värdarna ibland erbjöd oss. Efter en vecka här kändes det som vi var gamla vänner och efter hemkomsten frågade barnen efter någon dag - "när ska vi träffa Mika och Stergos igen"? Huset i sig var charmigt och välskött, med en härlig atmosfär som gjorde att vi kände oss som hemma. Vi rekommenderar varmt Filerolia Stone House och värdarna Stergos och Mika till andra familjer som söker en minnesvärd och trevlig vistelse.

Can was extremely approachable before our trip and whilst we were in Dalyan . His mother Arife was equally as approachable considering her limited English . She was a kind lady always willing to help ! On our final day she came to say goodbye and offered us water melon . The pool is well maintained , the maintenance guy comes every second day . The neighbourhood is peaceful but within easy walking distance to the town and supermarkets. The weekly Saturday market is 300 metres away so very close to get all your fruit and vegetables. I highly recommend Can’s property and we will return to this oasis in Dalyan.

Merkeze yürüme olarak mesafeli ancak sakin ve huzurlu bir bölge. Ulaşımda hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibinin yerel yönlendirmeleri ve geri dönüşleri oldukça hızlı ve anlaşılırdı. Daire oldukça geniş, temiz ve konforluydu. 3 ayrı oda ve 2 Banyo olmasından dolayı 2 ailenin bile rahat kalabileceği bir daireydi. Havuz temiz ve kullanışlı. Sitede çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgililerdi. Yeşillikler içinde tatil yapmak isteyenlere tavsiye ederiz.

The villa was a haven for us - beautifully decorated and lovely to stay in a classic villa with a refreshing pool. Spend the day at the beach and then return to the haven! Short drive in Rhodes Old Town and only a 4 minute walk to the bakery in the morning…Bliss!

Very grateful for the service that Savvas provided, also a big thanks to his parents who brought us around the first day because we did not booked a rental car yet.. amazing experience and the bests hosts someone can wish for!!! Amazing accommodation, keep on going like this, if it was possible to rate more stars i would, really recommend this place and host!

Es war wunderschön! Vielen lieben Dank für die wunderbare Zeit! Wir als Familie haben es sehr genossen! Das Haus ist wunderschön; der Pool riesig und sauber; jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer, womit man die Privatsphäre schön wahren kann; der Garten ist wunderbar gepflegt; das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich wohl; die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr benüht; alle sind sehr hilfsbereit; der Blick aus jedem Zimmer und von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend - kurz, wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub!

Maria was a great host, very accommodating and helpful. The house was great and as described. There were a few doors that needed repairing meaning we couldn’t use the largest terrace on the roof and the A/C was broken in a few rooms. The pool was fantastic and a good size. The kitchen was very well stocked with cutlery and utensils. Overall a great experience.

Emrah war ein toller Gastgeber. Er war immer erreichbar und hat sich um all unsere Angelegenheiten sofort gekümmert. Super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz das er in seinen Flitterwochen war, war er immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Villa entspricht 100% der Beschreibung es wurde mit viel Liebe gemacht. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen wo in der Region eine tolle Unterkunft sucht. Wir werden wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Emrah.
