Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement. Nous aimons cuisiner lorsque nous sommes en Airbnb, il y avait beaucoup d’équipement de cuisine. J’apprécie le fait qu’il y ait un aspirateur afin que nous puissions nettoyer le plancher pour notre confort. Les lits sont très confortables. L’aménagement extérieur est superbe. Mon mari a eu un problème de santé et Marie nous a proposé de partir un peu plus tard dans la journée (il n’y avait pas de réservation pour le lendemain) pour qu’il ait le temps de se rendre a la clinique sans savoir a quelle heure il en sortirait. Elle ne nous a pas demandé plus d’argent. Ça démontre qu’elle se préoccupe de ses clients et ne pense pas seulement à l’argent. Nous avons grandement apprécié, ça nous a enlevé un stress. J’y retournerais sans hésiter.

Nice clean apartment excellent location host is responsive. Everything you need is here. Only issue was the shower but besides that the apartment is as advertised and I would recommend

El espacio queda en un sector exclusivo de Cap Cana, el apartamento es cómodo y sencillo para lo que necesitamos, tiene una hermosa piscina, las camas son cómodas y baños espaciosos, mi único pero es el mobiliario que está algo viejo, yo lo modificarìa y cambiaría el sofá cama que se ve viejo. La atención con Jesús fue muy buena, lo recomendaría 100% Gracias Jesús

Es un buen alojamiento para disfrutar y estar en tranquilidad ya que tiene una de las playas más bonitas de terrenas, el apartamento estaba muy bonito y cómodo, al igual que el complejo. Simplemente todo estaba perfecto, Ingrid es muy buena anfitriona y está muy al pendiente ❤️

Our stay at Jorge’s apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of nine. The space was comfortable, and the location allowed us to enjoy the best of Portillo and Las Terrenas. We would love to come back and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Dominican Republic.

This property offers an exceptional stay for families or individuals seeking a tranquil and peaceful environment. The house is fully equipped with excellent amenities, and the resort staff are consistently courteous and helpful. While I didn't personally utilize the in-house nanny service, it's a valuable amenity for many guests. I plan to return for future stays.

We really enjoyed staying at Lenny’s place. We had been to the Tracadero previously on a day pass and were excited to return and Lenny’s place did not disappoint. The property and grounds are stunning. Lush gardens and greenery throughout the complex. The unit itself is wonderful. It’s laid out well and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bedroom itself is dark and quiet for a great sleep. We used the back patio multiple times a day. Very private and quiet back there with views. The kitchen is well stocked. We were able to cook breakfast daily and eat on the patio. The resort itself was not very busy so we had no issues getting chairs. Lots of restaurants close by for dinner and for lunch we usually grabbed a pizza from the restaurant on site. Our flight was cancelled less than 24hrs before we were supposed to leave and Lenny was able to work around our new arrival time. She also answered various questions before we left. We’d love to return to Lenny’s place.

De verdad que fue una experiencia única, un lugar maravilloso, las atenciones de Nicolás siempre estuvieron activa ,el lugar es mas hermoso de lo que muestran las fotos, facil de llegar ,tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar de la naturaleza del rio y todo agradable, mi habitación lo único que no le funcionó el agua caliente, pero después de ahi 100/100 y que decir de winner y su esposa ,muy amables y atentos para cualquier cosa que necesitaramos ,muchas gracias por todo !!!!

Muy acogedor, tranquilo, limpio, la zona es espectacular. Denisse siempre pendiente, muy amable. Volvería a quedarme porque me sentí muy bien.

Wir durften 6 Wochen in dieser sehr gepflegten Ferienwohnung verbringen 😊 Der persönliche Empfang von Carmen und Juan, die zahlreichen guten Freizeit Tipps und die zuverlässige Kommunikation während des ganzen Urlaubs haben uns sehr gefallen. Wie man auf den Bildern sieht, fehlt es hier an nichts. Haus, Garten und Pool mit Rundum Service ! 6 Wochen und doch zu kurz😟 Wir haben gleich wieder für die nächste "Winterflucht aus Deutschland" gebucht und freuen uns jetzt schon auf ein Wiedersehen !!!! 😘😘 Thomas und Ute

I have found my home in the Dominican Republic! I absolutely loved Nathanael’s home. Super cozy, clean and spacious! Nathanael’s home had all the amenities I was looking for, for me and my baby boys while in Santo Domingo; multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, air conditioning, washer and dryer (boys are messy! 🤪), a pool, playground, mini market inside the community, and a safe, gated community. The host was extremely friendly, makes you feel like family, he was super responsive and quick to help. I will be back in September and already know where I am staying! 🇩🇴❤️

This place was perfect for our week vacation in CapCana. Located in a gated and secured neighbourhood a short drive to the beach, marina and any shopping you may want to do. The common area amazing pool and whirlpool and lounge area is beautiful and impeccably well kept. Apartment is modern, well furnished with quality elements and furniture. We will definitely be back. Fantino was a great host very attentive and quick to respond.

Nancy’s place was great! Perfect location on the beach, wonderful pool, and super clean/comfortable. Nancy was also extremely helpful and super responsive. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Fantastic 2 week stay at this great bachelor unit!! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Michal was quick to get back to us when we had questions. The Seawinds complex had a large pool , onsite restaurant by the pool with reasonably priced food (salads / burgers / pastas well under 10 bucks ) We would not hesitate renting from Michal again .

All the small amenities you could think of were included, hot water, electricity all times, small touches go along way like iron, steamer, safe, beach towels, extra fans.. Even an extra extra small guest room with its own bathroom! .. lots of rooms and bathrooms. I've never found as many amenities as I found here. Clean pool. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. Location is away from heavy traffic, yet close to all major go to spots in Santiago and right next to main hwys/road. Everything felt easy, felt at home. Hosts were extremely responsive and professional.. Highly recommend.

Where to begin? This Airbnb is beyond incredible. My wife and I live in NYC and escaped the winter to stay here for a month while working remotely. It’s perfect for long-term stays. Highlights: 1) The beach is RIGHT there—remote, lined with palms, soft white sand, and great for morning walks. The breeze and golden hours are magical. 2) Alba’s cooking & cleaning! She’s the sweetest and makes delicious Dominican breakfasts. Her tostones were our favorite. 3) The indoor/outdoor setup is amazing—the sliding doors open to a full outdoor living space. The neutral, calming design makes it easy to relax. 4) The Olympic-sized pool was so great—we did laps with birds chirping and sun sparkling on the water. The open kitchen/living layout made the space feel breezy and light. Plus, Julissa is a fantastic host—super helpful and responsive. Two tips: bring strong bug spray (lots of mosquitos!) and rent a car—it’s about a 15-minute drive from town. Can’t recommend it enough!
