Everything was clean and exactly how it’s pictured. It was so cozy and great!

We stayed just one night but it was a great spot. Tina & Michael were great to work with. Would recommend this rental!

My wife described the stay as “absolutely fabulous “. We took our mothers to St Augustine to explore the wonderful city where we got engaged, and this stay made it feel like a luxury trip! We also saw deer in the backyard, it was so spacious, peaceful, and cozy. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay at this airbnb! The place was in great condition and super clean! Lots of kitchen essentials, linens and towels. LOVED the outdoor area. We were not expecting the one bedroom and bathroom to be in a separate house, missed that when reviewing the listing, but it was honestly great to have the separate space. The hosts were so helpful and communicative. Overall would definitely recommend staying here. Perfect location for a weekend in St Augustine!

We loved everything about our stay! We were traveling with two young kids, and the house had everything we needed and more. Really appreciated the wagon and all the beach toys and extra towels, and how easy it was to walk to the beach. Julie was so responsive to questions, and you can just tell she cares about the comfort of her guests. When we come back to Crescent Beach, we will definitely stay here again!

Came for a wedding. The home was exactly as the pics showed and it was pristine inside with all the necessities including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Perfect location, walkable quaint little area, lots of great recommendations too. Great space, amazing host, Pauline always responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, just needed another day or two to enjoy the town. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful place! The yard and pool were well maintained and private. We really enjoyed the space in the house. The master bedroom was on the opposite side from the guest rooms allowing plenty of privacy. The historic town of St. Augustine and the beaches were about 15 minutes away. So much to do! I would highly recommend!

The perfect place to stay if you want to get downtown away from the busy town, but also be close by. The property is dreamy!

We had a great time! Dani was very organized and responded quickly to any of our questions. The beach is close and is an easy walk. The heated pool was a big hit with our grandchildren. Highly recommend !

We had an amazing stay at Guy’s place in St. Augustine! The house has a beautiful pool area that we enjoyed almost every day. We were also easy driving distance to everything we could want, including all the restaurants and shops downtown and the beach. We were able to bring our dog and the neighborhood was very walkable with him, with a dog park and dog-friendly state parks accessible as well. Next time we’re in St. Augustine, we would definitely stay here again!

Heather’s home was a wonderful get-away. It was private and quiet yet close to everything including downtown St. Augustine and the beaches. The heated pool was a great amenity that my family enjoyed very much. House was very clean. Heather was very responsive and helpful. Her local recommendations were spot on. A home away from home! This space is perfect for a small family and is a block away from the beach + restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The cottage is well stocked and the kitchen has all you need to cook a meal. Would highly recommend and will be staying again soon! 10/10

Everything was tastefully decorated, and it felt like a true home away from home. One of the standout features was how impeccably clean the space was—definitely the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! It really added to our overall comfort and enjoyment. The location was absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw away from all the attractions we wanted to explore. We loved being so close to everything—it made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. It was the absolute cutest place! In close proximity to shopping and any activities we wanted to do. Julie recommended numerous restaurants that we were able to try and found them to be amazing!

The Mermaid House was fabulous, perfect for a long weekend stay on St Augustine Beach. Deb's place has everything you could possibly need from toasters to televisions, hell she even has tortoises roaming around the neighborhood. The upper sun deck w/ views of the ocean above the garage is a bonus. Deb's green thumb is on display in the backyard and her artistic side shines through her stained glass pieces that are hung throughout the house. Deb couldnt have been any nicer & very prompt with replying to messages &/or returning calls. Overall the place was great, and we would totally recommend booking it, we wish we could've stayed longer. WSP

This home was perfect for our stay. We were able to walk to the beach, it was a 15 minute drive to St. Augustine, and there were 2 parks South on route A1A that we were able to visit. The house was very comfortable and spacious enough for 4 people. We ate lunches at the table on the side deck. I would recommend taking wash clothes if you use them and chairs for the back yard. We really enjoyed watching the birds at low tide in the canal out back. Overall, a great stay!

My husband & I stayed at Rachel's place with our dog for a few days. Our stay was fabulous. The house is adorable & very comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need. Plus, it was in a wonderful location. We were close to everything. Our dog enjoyed the picket fenced yard & the sidewalks all around the neighborhood for walks. Rachel was very responsive any time I sent a message & always very nice. I would definitely stay here again & would have no problem recommending it to friends.
