Good place to stay. Easy and convenient to get in and around the area. Would recommend if you’re looking for a good basic place. They were very communicative and responded quickly. When I asked for additional coffee they were happy to oblige.

Very easy to check in, super cute and clean. It’s a great space to stay.

In addition to having the basics, the host also provided teas, coffees, lots of extra linens, and more to make the stay very convenient. Teuta always responded quickly, making it easy to ask any follow ups or for help.

It was an absolutely wonderful stay - the view is stunning. It was a perfect, quiet getaway for me and my husband. We could work remotely and enjoy the beautiful sounds of the ocean. The amenities (pool/gym, etc) were a bonus. Thad was also awesome about giving us pointers on local restaurants and entertainment. An A+++ trip!

Fabulous stay. We don’t usually stay that high up. Place was so quiet more like a smaller place. Calyn answered all questions before we arrived. Condo was very well equipped. View was amazing. Amenities were great. Everything was close by. We could easily have stayed longer. Loved the shell guestbook idea. Thank you.

Shawn's place has the best view for morning sunrise and the location as last stop on the island makes it so serene on the beach. Great place for our weekend getaway.

This rental unit was exactly as described, immaculately clean, and the hosts were wonderful. The location was great and having the elevator was a really nice extra. The air conditioning and WiFi worked well and the kitchen was nicely stocked with things needed for meal preparation. The deck has a number of seating options and a table and it was really nice to have one side of it walled in because it blocked the wind and gave more shade and privacy. There are numerous restaurants and cafes within a short distance and it was easy to get Ubers to get around. We used Pleasure Island Rentals to set up an umbrella and chairs on our beach days and highly recommend that as well. Will definitely come back for any future vacations where we need a 2 bedroom place!

This place was fantastic! The layout of the unit was perfect, with the master suite open to the balcony on the ocean-side and the sound of the waves putting us to sleep each night. I would definitely stay here again!

Roy was an excellent host. The house has beautiful architecture and has space for the whole family. We loved it and would definitely rent again.

The house was a perfect respite for our family of 4 with 3 teens. So many lovely amenities from the pool, to the hot tub, to the weights and outdoor games. A little something for everyone and lots of quality time for our family. With this being our first trip to Wilmington, Sean and team were always responsive and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend to others!!

Great stay, everything was super clean and organized, loved that she put extra toothbrushes and toiletries in the bathrooms. Beds were SO comfortable. Felt at home.

Gabriel’s place was perfect for our family. The house was spacious and clean. The backyard was so big! Local restaurants within half of a mile. Gabriel was responsive. Everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. We were 20 min or less from everywhere we wanted to go. The room was extremely clean. The bed was also VERY comfortable. The parking for side B was a little tight considering we drove a truck, but otherwise great stay.
