Had a wonderful stay. Very well stocked. Hope to come back with grandkids soon they can enjoy all the extras. Felt very much at home. No clutter. Well decorated. Love the Jamaica Beach area. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is the perfect location! Central to all ton of activities and restaurants! It was too cold outside for us to use the pool, but it looked very clean and we were tempted to jump in! The shower in the primary bedroom was wonderful!

I had a wonderful stay in Rajesh's place with my family. The house i huge! Plenty of beds and rooms for everyone! And a pool and pool table! Really fantastic. Definitely recommend it for any large group stays!

Jonathan was an amazing host even thought some stuff came up, he was 100% responsive and attentive, the house was absolutely beautiful, we will definitely book the place again in the future!

Beautiful property, Travis is great and responds in a timely manner, house has everything listed, close to the beach, neighborhood is quiet and located within a few minutes of any necessities. Will definitely rent again if back in the area and there's availability!

We loved our stay at this adorable house. It’s in a great location within walking distance of lots of great places. The house was clean and quiet, and Kimberly was very responsive and helpful!

Thank you to Mikey and all the co-hosts. This was one of the most hospitable places I’ve stayed in. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with parks and a bike trail at walking distance. Mikey was a great host, very responsive and hands on. 10/10 would recommend booking with him. The house itself was beautiful inside. Everything was clean and in working order my whole stay. Would definitely book again.

What a great place! Worked so well for our family! We had 4 adults and two little kids and everyone slept comfortably and there was still more space. The process for checking in, checking out, and how everything worked was very streamlined. Communication was great! We were worried we might not make it because of a tropical depression, and Jerry was communicating back and forth with me prior to the stay. They provided all the items you might need including some items I hadn’t had at a stay before (think hotel stays). The proximity to the beach was great, not a “beachfront” but pretty darn close. There were many times I had to go back for and didn’t want to take the vehicle, easy walk. Would stay here again for sure!!

Our stay was beyond exceptional . The home is like brand new , the furnishings are high end . Great kitchen space for family gatherings . Kitchen island is very large , on one end it’s perfect for meal prep and the other end it’s great for putting together puzzles . The appliances are all in great condition and perfect working order . Many independent areas for conversation , playing games , reading or watching TV. Nice outdoor seating area to enjoy the bay breezes while fishing, crabbing or kayaking or just relaxing . The kitchen is well equipped with all essentials and also include measuring cups , cutting boards , nutrabullet , knives , dish soap and sponge . Bathroom with slip proof rugs . Elevator in perfect working condition , really great for bringing up supplies and luggage . The custom golf cart makes it very enjoyable to ride around the neighborhood and enjoy the bay breezes and spotting unusual shore birds. Jeff , the host makes you feel welcome and cared for. Superb

Super clean, had everything we could ask for. Was so nice to have access to clean laundry facilities at house too before we went onto our next stop. Wifi was good and we were able to work remote when needed. The beach was a quick walk away and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. House is exactly as described, super well maintained, well furnished and clean. Rich was a wonderful host. He gave clear explanations for everything.

We had a very nice stay at Misty and Kyle’s house. It was spacious and clean while being on a quiet street on a canal, only a few blocks from the beach.

This place is GREAT! Everything you need and more. Location is perfect for walks to the beach and restaurants. Lots to do! House was perfect and comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

Gladden accommodated us at the last minute. It was the perfect location for us. Plenty of room for all of our children and their families. We enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock. We will be booking another trip soon.

The house is gorgeous and it has the most amazing views. Sunrise from the master bedroom windows was the highlight of each morning. The owners were helpful and very responsive - we had one or two small issues at checkin that they handled immediately. We loved the closet of board games! The area is quiet and there is only one grocery store but it had everything we needed. We didn’t go to any local restaurants. A few things to consider: the listing says 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. This is true but one bedroom and bathroom is in an apartment downstairs so it wouldn’t be good for kids. It is a longer walk than it appears to the beach. It was fine for me and the kids but would’ve been way too far for someone with mobility challenges. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked as I had hoped (no real glass wine glasses, only plastic, not a lot of silverware, short supply of spatulas etc). Finally, there were no amenities for the beach, no buckets or shovels, no beach towels, so pack your own.

My family has stayed on Snooze Lane three times within the last year or so. We always enjoy our stay. The house is super clean, beds are very comfortable, and the hosts have thought of everything. Location is in a gated community so it's very safe and the main highway is less than 3 minutes away which makes it convenient. We definitely reserve this spot whenever we are in the Houston area. We highly recommend you stay here if you are in the Houston area. Excellent customer service and hosts are awesome!!

Great stay with the fam bam over the weekend. Definitely loved the location as it was easy to get to the pier and our other destinations. All around great stay, would definitely considering staying in one of Luthers properties again

This place is amazing. The heated pool was on point. The kitchen is organized beyond belief. The house even had a nice first aid kit for the small booboo that happen. We've stayed here twice and we'd stay again. Garage access helps keep vehicles safe and off the street. Good nieghbors. Last but not least in the middle of Galveston which makes it eazy to get anywhere in no time. Thanks Michael for having us again!

Tk was a wonderful & responsive host! Our originally booked place was in poor condition. Tk took our reservation for the next day, letting us check-in early. The house was perfect for our group. There's plenty of room for a large family. The dining tables are ideal for board & card games. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, varied pots & pans, & was easy-to-use. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. Tk let us know the city water wasn't usable for cooking and drinking (maybe because of the recent hurricane?). I would say, it's not great for bathing either. We ended up using gallon bottles for hair & hands. This house had quick easy access to the beach. The beach had other visitors but was never crowded. Everyone was responsible & respectful (no crazy music or drunken behavior). It was a very family friendly area. Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed the slower pace in Surfside!

The unobstructed view of the sunrise is worth everything! So beautiful. The house was clean and had the essentials. Don’t forget to bring your own toiletries. They had beach toys for the kids. The beach chairs were kind of dinky but it was fine we didn’t even use them. Thousands of shells on the beach so the kids had a blast. I also appreciated the bit of green space the house offers. Will definitely come back again!

The listing matches the property very well. The neighborhood is quiet and well-kept. We are out of our house while it's being repaired after a small fire and Kevin's place felt like a home away from home. Our house is less than 3 miles away so the location is great for us. Beds are comfortable. We didn't cook while we were there but it seems as if everything is supplied. Kevin has a Keurig and even supplied some pods to get us through as well as some snacks and drinks. Such thoughtful touches made us feel like we were staying at a friend's house. Will be staying here again.
