The property is nice cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and loved the coffee machine. Bathroom was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall stay was pleasant. I recommend this property if you have your own car to travel.

I’ve actually lost count of how many times we have now stayed at TGP. We have dubbed it our ‘family holiday place’ and created so many wonderful and cherished memories already over the last 4 years. The home is majestic and character filled. The entire property has a healing energy to it. We always feel so grounded and refreshed after visiting. Thank you again for being incredible hosts and creating such a beautiful place for all to stay

Rebecca’s house was a great place to stay. Very clean and well appointed. Beautiful private gardens with the option of 2 decks on which to relax and dine depending on the weather. Rebecca was a great host. Very prompt, clear and helpful with her communication. Lots of wonderful suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Her place is very comfortable. We had a lovely time.

What a GEM of a place amongst the most beautiful trees. Every morning, I couldn't wait to go outside to sit amongst the trees and meditate to the wonderful bird sounds. The NATURAL LIGHT in this home is something else to behold. It was bathed in it! We, our teens and darling little dog felt very welcome in this home that was decorated with respect to the mid-century era it's been built in with a few modern and eclectic twists to make it not look and feel dated. We enjoyed inviting friends over to entertain in the garden with the bbq and lovely wooden garden setting. As it's only about a 5-min walk to the beach, my keen fisherman husband and son thought they were in heaven as they could peruse the nearby pier at the Blairgowrie Yacht Squandron every morning and evening. We felt very welcome and are looking forward upon our return!

This house was very comfortable and well equipped. The location was peaceful. The two outside deck spaces provided good spots to relax and the yard was secure for our little dog to roam free.

Great place - walkable to main street where all cafes and restaurants are. The place was suitable for all four of us and our two huskies. Beds were comfortable. Would have liked for outdoor setting had been cleaner but it didn’t take us long to clean it ourselves. Thank you Mauro for your prompt responses.

Beautiful and comfy home, the perfect base for two couples wanting to explore local spots such as the hot springs, Arthur’s seat and point Nepean. Neat, clean and charming in a quiet neighbourhood. Would stay again, thanks for the easy stay Sam 😊

Our family of 4 had the most beautiful weekend away at this spacious Cape Paterson beach house. The house was perfectly set up for a family and had everything that you could possibly need. The kids enjoyed the big spa bath, the board games & toys, and we loved playing pool and the relaxing outdoor seating. It's an easy drive to the few beaches at Cape Paterson and a lovely walk to the surf beach. We stopped at ALDI Wonthaggi on the way there to pick up some groceries for our stay, before driving the 10 minutes to the house. We enjoyed some yummy food from the local cafe and some fabulous takeaway from the close by Wonthaggi restaurants but the kitchen is also set up brilliantly for cooking, with basics like oil, salt + pepper and more in the cupboards, plus a coffee pod machine. We'd very happily stay here again!

Awesome home to stay in. Exactly as described, even better and more spacious than the photos show. We loved our stay as it felt like a home away from home. The pool was lovely, allowing us to be spoilt for choice if we wanted to have a down day and chill at home. Perfect location, close to all the necessary shops and of course the beaches, restaurants and spas. Would definitely love to stay here again for sure. Absolutely worth the price!!! Property was great, nice and private with sounds of the ocean and wildlife. The bungalow with kitchenette near the pool was a great addition for our group . Great entertaining kitchen that is well stocked with lots of pots , pans ,serving platters ect. Lots of space inside and out of the house for everyone to relax . We had a great time there.

Wow! This home is so beautiful. It's been beautifully renovated. The kitchen had everything you need, no need to bring anything from home. My children loved the pool/spa and tennis court, they had so much fun. Nice walks to the local beach (get some stunning sunset photos there!) Ben was so helpful throughout the stay, always communicating, offering help if required, not that it was, everything was well instructed in the home guide. He also offered us late check out. I can't wait to stay at this house again, we will definitely be back!

Saltwater Villa exceeded our expectations in so many areas. It has lots of living spaces, good sized bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The house is a classic example of art deco architecture and is furnished sympathetically with lovely inclusions. We were a group of 7 and everyone loved the house. Tamara is very responsive. I am hoping we will return one day.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

We had a great stay at this house. The backyard/entertainment area was perfect for our family. The pool was the perfect temperature. Anthony was a great host, any questions we had he answered promptly and even came to the property to fix the BBQ whilst we were there. Very happy with our stay

The location was an absolute dream, making it the perfect getaway. The hosts were fantastic, responsive, helpful, and made the whole booking process seamless. We loved staying in the homely cottage with our two young children and dog. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location is great, close to beach, shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at Jacqueline’s place. The hero of the stay is the backyard - perfect for dogs, ideal for Santa’s BBL Beach Cricket set and we loved the hot tub. Would absolutely recommend.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was a standout – it had all the utensils and things we needed, plus a fantastic coffee machine. We also really enjoyed spending time in the garden and on the decks, soaking up the sun. It was a relaxing and easy place to stay, and we'd definitely recommend it!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Rye! The house is beautiful and is a fantastic set up! Amazing back yard perfect for families. House is walking distance to the Main Street with all the restaurants and beach! The host are fantastic ensuring our stay ran as smoothly as possible! Would highly recommend!

This property was just wonderful homely feeling, cozy outdoor area and super prompt with replying to the small issue we had! Honestly couldn’t have asked for better communication from them! We will defiantly be back!
