I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The space was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, too! They were super responsive and always available to answer any questions or provide assistance. I highly recommend this place! :)

This was my second time staying here, and just like last year, it was great and easy to get to the airport after our trip. Host was great. No issues at all, highly recommend this place.

This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

Amazing stay! This was my second time staying at Victor's apartment, and once again, it was a great experience. The location is perfect, the apartment is very nice and cozy, and the bed is super comfortable—it truly feels like a home away from home. Victor is a fantastic host: very friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. 100% recommend!

We had an pleasant stay at Mai's place in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was very clean. The location is good with plenty of convenient stores nearby and pretty close to District 1. The unit has a dryer, so it was convenient for us, especially after a long day of exploring the city in the hot weather. The host also provides plenty of essentials for your stays. We almost did not have to buy anything extra. The wifi was great, and we had no problems working remotely. Moreover, Mai was an exceptional host – very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. She let us check in early. Overall, we highly recommend Mai's place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City.

We spent 2 weeks at Sarah’s apartment. She is super nice, professional and responsible . Her apartment is so clean , quiet, peaceful that makes you feel comfortable and safe. It takes you just around 15 minutes to get there from the airport. Highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a good place for the business or personal trip . We will be back to stay there for our next trip. Thank you Sarah and her professional staffs.

Michael is a great host, his place is so lovely and has nice amenities. Place is very much family friendly and has a lot of things to be done around the area. We love the playground and there are a lot of convenience stores too which is really perfect for tourists. Thank you so much, Michael!

Really recommend would love to stay longer

We’ve been to Saigon many times and was looking for a place a bit out of the touristy part of town. We found a wonderful spot at Bac’s place. It is in an older building but redone so tastefully!. We loved staying there! There is everything you would need for a relaxing stay. A big plus is the 2X weekly cleaning and laundry service and the big 5 gallon water bottle! The location is on a fairly busy alley that has coffee shops just across the street and a couple doors down. Many restaurants in the neighborhood and a small, well stocked grocery store about 1.5 blocks away. The WiFi was good, there was very good lighting, and the air con did not blast you while in bed! The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and a great shower. Shower gel and shampoo were supplied. We never cooked in the kitchen but they had supplies if you wanted to. We never saw a single bug in 3 weeks! Oh, the 6th floor terrace was so nice in the evenings with the breezes. We would love to stay again!

We had a very last minute book (like 10min before check-in time) and Dzuy was incredibly responsive and helpful with getting everything with the booking all setup and perfect for us. The apartment itself was stunning, even better than the pictures! Everything was very clean and modern. The best part had to be the view… the view had cities, greenery, the river, and mountains in the background. The location of the apartment is in a very quiet area, but there are still many things to do within walking distance! I would 1000% return to this booking in a heartbeat.

Centrally located, lots of restaurants and stores near by. Anna was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. Apartment was spacious and clean. Highly recommend anyone wanting to stay in District 4! Thank you Anna and team!

Room look exactly like in the pictures. Host is attentive and helpful, he always respond immediately. Only downside is no elevator so if you have big luggage it might be a bit inconvenient. There’s one coffee shop right on the 1st floor, probably owned by the Airbnb owner as well, they serve pretty good drinks and open 7am-11pm so its pretty nice. Nếu Airbnb thêm khăn tắm/bàn là thì sẽ OK hơn. Phòng đẹp chill như ảnh, nếu có hành lý nặng thì hơi bất tiện vì ko có thang máy. Quanh quanh Airbnb cũng nhiều quán ăn khuya.

Lovely flat in a nice suburb. Very close to main road but surprisingly very quiet. Had everything we needed and the host was very kind and quick to respond to any queries. 10-15min grab from district 1.

Phuong, Thao, and Quynh are amazing hosts. They are responsive and friendly. The place is right at the most convenient locations in Thao Dien. At only 10 mins away from District 1 center, you can also find everything you need with 2-3 blocks from the location. 100% more quiet than any place in District 1, if you need it. The internet is fast at 70Mbps and it's more than sufficient for a 50 persons Zoom call with no lag. The bathroom is clean. The cleaning lady cleans the place twice a week so the room is usually always clean. No mold and barely any dust. Highly recommended to stay here.

For me it's the best place to stay in Saigon. In the middle of a quiet, cute residential area and a flower market. 7mins from District 1. The apartment has everything you need and a nice balcony overlooking a narrow beautiful street. This is a small block of apartments, very safe and clean. The host is attentive and friendly, I couldn't ask for more. There are cute cafes and food stalls along the small roads and an olympic sized swimming pool just 400m away

Had a pleasant stay for a little over a month. There’s a sweet old staff lady that helps service your room twice a week. She’ll pop into your room around 8/9am on your designated cleaning days. First time, it was a little unexpected and shocking but let this be your fair disclaimer. Do note there’s a person who comes to the neighborhood to pick up bottles to recycle at 10:30pm everyday and is quite loud but besides that it’s a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The place is just as pictured however the bathroom is minimally dated. NOTE: There’s a home restaurant (you pass it before you get to the stay). MUST TRY! It’s authentic home cooked meals, just like the ones your viet grandma would cook you! They have a whiteboard in front of their house with dishes they’re serving that day. Everything I tried was amazing! She opens at 7:30am for breakfast and 10:30am for lunch. Come early because she does sell out pretty fast. Only regulars and locals come so you know it’s the real deal!

Very nice apartment in a Vietnamese neighborhood within walking distance of Landmark 81 and Pham Viet Chan street. Lots of local food. The owner was amazing and his son too

Mays place was great and had all the amenities listed and it was in a beautiful surrounding with convenience stores just below the apartment. It was walking distance from Saigon Square, bui vien and ben than market. Place is a bit small compared to our expectations but isn’t a concern as such. May also helped store our luggage for the day since our flight was at night with some extra charge. Overall everything was perfect and would definitely recommend her place.
