Moana’s place is amazing! I’m totally satisfied with my stay.

This man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I am Thong's first guest after COVID, so the house is still being renovated here and there, but he provided everything I needed at my request in a timely manner. His wife and daughter have also been extremely friendly and approachable. The neighborhood is local where everything is handy and not so expensive, which I loved. The location is close to District 1. You can just take the bus to go to the city center. The only thing is the stairs are a little steep, but that's common to other houses in Saigon. If you have leg problems, kindly double check with Thong. Thong deserves the Peace Prize because he did his best to support me when I had a really bad health situation on the day I was supposed to leave Vietnam. He took me to the airport and tried to look for a new flight ticket for me. He also bought me food many times when I could barely get up. I could have made my trip back home without him.

This is the third time I book Ms. Ly house. Although she was not at home because of business reason, she still gave me instructive information when she was away. She wished me luck in my job interview and many other things. I am appreciated that I have known her, I will definitely book her house for other occasion or recommend to other friends!

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

Jolie is very friendly and helpful and so is the family. In this Airbnb you got all you need for a good stay in Saigon and quite worth it for its price. It was the first time for me staying with a family and I was quite nervous but it was absolutely worth it. I absolutely recommend staying there guaranteed good time.

We were looking for a stay for 5 people in Ho Chi Minh City and this place was the perfect spot. Lots of space, very nice decorated and just a vibe that you shouldn’t miss. Viet was a great host and always available and caring. Would stay again 10/10

First of all, I love the surrounding area—there’s a unique café nearby, and it’s close to a mini-mart. The room is clean, the air cooler works well, and the kitchen is fully equipped. I highly recommend this Airbnb, especially since the price is quite affordable.

Meine Wurzeln stammen aus Vietnam und ich versuche so oft meine Heimat zu besuchen. Ich reiste mich zwei Freunden an um ihnen mehr über meine Heimat zu zeigen. Wir haben uns für dieses „traditionelle“ Haus entschieden. Und es ist wirklich alles traditionell eingerichtet aber dennoch in einem leicht modernen Stil eingerichtet. Für asiatische Verhältnisse ist das Haus sauber und ordentlich. Bedenkt wirklich das es ein traditionelles/vietnamesisches Haus ist. Der Kontakt zum Host war vom Anfang bis Ende großartig. Fragen, Anregungen oder Probleme wurden sehr schnell beantwortet bzw. gelöst. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße was eher ein Weg ist. Schloss wird mit einem Code geöffnet, was vom Host vor Antritt der Reise mitgeteilt wird. Großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich im Erdgeschoß, drei Schlafzimmer mit großen Betten (zwei im ersten Stock und einer im zweiten Stock), zwei Badezimmer (Erdgeschoss und erster Stock), eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, Terasse im zweiten Stock inkl. Waschmaschine. Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer und Ventilatoren sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Also ein komplettes Haus was man dazu braucht. Nachbarn sind supernett und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen alle in unmittelbare Nähe. Vietnamesische StreetFood gibts auch direkt vor der Haustüre. Haus liegt sehr Zentral und man kann zu Fuß direkt zum Ben Thanh Markt oder zur Bui Vien Straße gelangen. Ich empfehle jeden die App „GRAP“ aufs Mobiltelefon zu laden, es ist in Vietnam weit verbreitet und Transferfahrten sind günstiger als mit Taxen.

Our stay Mai Am Homestay was really nice. We didn't need a grab or taxi to go to central spots. Many good restaurants were nearby. We also received a lot information about nice food spots by Mie as soon as we checked in. Everything was perfect!

Thu is a extremely kind helping person who will help you in any way. I had an amazing stay and she even invited me for lunch after my check in. I couldn’t have hoped for a better host

The stay was very good. i reached their place at 2:30AM due to delayed flight and the host, Alex was awake and helped me find the place. the room was exactly as per picture and very clean. it had all the basic amenities, hot water, AC, towels etc. The host also provided good food recommendations nearby and helped me book the tours for cuchi tunnel and mekong delta. the tours were also really good and priced at nominal rates. a couple of things to note - the room i was given was in the 4th floor and there is no lift. so if you have heavy luggage or people who can't climb stairs, please check with the host about it. in my case, i had 1 bag and the host, Alex helped my carry it as well. Also, the description mentioned you can make and share breakfast and i misunderstood that as breakfast included. that's a miss on my part but mentioning it here so that others don't miss it as well. overall, the stay was perfect and i would highly recommend it.

Ubytování odpovídalo nabídce. Hostitel byl ochotný, poslal přesné pokyny. Dostavily jsme se pozdě v noci, samoobslužný proces ubytování jsme tedy uvítaly. Všude kolem plno restaurací, kaváren a velký obchod přes cestu. Ubytování určitě doporučuji, jen pro osoby s mělkým spánkem může být problémem klub hrajicí vedle pozdě do noci. To však hostitel nemůže ovlivnit a jeho hodnocení to tedy nesnižuje. Moc děkujeme.

It's a very satisfying accommodation. Compared to Ho Chi Minh hotels and apartments in a similar price range, it is a very cost-effective place. - a very cool air conditioner - strong water pressure and warm hot water - comfortable bedding with a nice scent - a big mirror and a big desk - a large sunny window - Clean towels, daily replacement - Depending on the situation, late check-in or late check-out is possible - a quick response The room and bathroom were clean, so there were no ants and bugs during my long stay. I stayed in several apartments in Ho Chi Minh City, and I wrote a long review because I was most satisfied with here. I'll visit again next time.

Vivian is the best host and her house was very comfy for 3 of us! It’s a building with few floors where on the top floor Vivian lives. Our flat was on the 2nd with balcony. Vivian gave us instructions about her property and I could park my motorbike near the door. AC is cool, kitchen is well occupied, beds are comfortable and bed sheets is cotton! We really enjoyed staying in this place. Btw it’s a yummy COM TAM right next to the gate - so you can enjoy traditional rice with grilled pork on breakfast for only 35-45 dongs)

Posh experience! Its part of a planned locality and the house has a theme which synced well with us. Beautiful paintings, all accessible stuff. Hai was very responsive and easy to approach! Its a bit away from airport but if its not a condition, go for it!

Ngôi nhà rất mới, nội thất sang trọng, có đầy đủ thiết bị mà tôi cần dùng. Thật hoàn hảo giống như trong mô tả . Thích nhất là khoảng sân thượng buổi chiều tối rất mát, có đầy đủ bàn ghế để gia đình tôi ngồi ăn uống BBQ rất chill. Vị trí rất dễ tìm. Xung quanh có rất nhiều quán ăn, tôi không cần phải đi xa Chúng tôi có buổi ăn tối cùng nhau , cùng hát karaoke... Con tôi rất thích tắm bồn của nhà tắm , thật an toàn và rất sạch sẽ. Rất phù hợp cho gia đình hoac nhóm 10 người. Tôi sẽ giới thiệu nơi đây cho người thân của tôi khi họ đến Hồ Chí Minh Đặc biệt là chủ host Tracy rất tử tế, cô ấy đã hỗ trơ tôi rất nhiều! Rất khuyến khích vì giá tiền rất hợp lý . Sẽ quay lại lần sau .

Great location with access to a variety of restaurants and stores. Super cute set up with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Would stay here again!
