Amazing house and team! We really enjoy the location, peaceful and with a lot of restaurants and amazing spa nears. The breakfast included was really good, also the transportation from the airport (we really appreciate it). Lam coordinate everything for us, she was an amazing host. We definitely will back!

The villa was huge and located on the rice fields near Cua Dai Road, and easy bike ride to Old Town and the local market. Nana was very responsive and helpful, which made our stay easier and more enjoyable. Like many villas in Hoi An, it needs a little maintenance after the rainy season, but nothing that affected our stay. The beds were super comfy and the surrounding neighbourhood is quiet. There's a beauty salon at the front of the property (this villa is set back from it) offering fabulous hot stone massages. Overall a good value stay for a family, especially if you're after something spacious with cooking facilities.

Notre séjour a été magique ! Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps. Huong est très soucieuse de notre bien-être et très réactive. La maison est idéalement située à 1mn a pied de la plage et est tout à fait conforme aux photos! Une dame vient tous les jours faire le ménage et préparer le petit dejeuner: elle est infiniment gentille... et le repas un régal ! Je ne peux que recommander!

My husband and I highly recommend Bao’s beautiful villa. All the ammenities were exactly as he described. With our own private pool (which was cleaned daily) Comfortable bed,daily room service and a delicious buffet breakfast. Free bikes are supplied for a quick ride to the beach or into Hoi An’s ancient town. Bao is an excellent Host and we will definitely visit again. Thank you Bao

The Beach House in Anbang was the perfect base for our 4 night stay in Hoi An. Our family enjoyed the time and we are quite happy to recommend this quite and perfect place anytime. Diem and her family were absolutey great and they have read every wish from our eyes. She arranged everything (trips, tours, transport, etc.) for us and always reacted in time on questions and request while our kids felt in love with their dogs. Would love to return one day!

Had the most lovely stay here! the villa was so cool and the pool was perfect! the breakfast included was absolutely delicious and there were so many options! host was very accommodating and offered a clean throughout our stay! she is really very kind and made the experience so lovely! it feels lovely and secluded whilst being a perfect distance from the old town! highly highly recommended such good value for money 🌞

다낭에 한달간 머무르면서 3~4일 정도 여러 숙소를 다녔는데 여기가 최고입니다. 저희는 11개월 아기와 어른 네명이서 지냈는데 전혀 불편함이 없었고, 최고로 행복한 장소였습니다. # 숙소 체감상 사진보다 더 퀄리티가 좋습니다. (다른 숙소는 사진이 사기인 경우가 많았습니다.) 대부분의 시설(인테리어, 침대, 식기세트 등 모든 것)이 최신식입니다. 수영장도 정말 멋있고 숙소 내부 외부 모두 다낭, 호이안에서 최고라고 할 수 있습니다. # 위치 호이안과 살짝 거리가 있으나, 그랩으로 저렴하게 갈 수 있는 위치이며 호이안 유명 맛집이 그랩으로 배달 됩니다. 도보권으로 있는 훌륭한 음식점이 많습니다. 바로 앞에 있는 바다도 휼륭합니다. #호스트와 관리 팀 정말 최고의 호스트였습니다. VY는 매일 우리가 필요한 것들을 챙겨주었고, 다양한 선물도 주었습니다. 호스트가 알려준 좋은 음식점과 마사지샵, 슈퍼마켓 등을 그대로만 따라해도 훌륭한 여행을 할 수 있습니다. (숙소를 말하면 무료 배달, 마사지 할인 등이 가능) 인당 $3의 조식은 직접 와서 해주는데, 최고의 퀄리티와 아주 특별한 경험이었습니다. 아기도 사랑으로 챙겨주어서 정말 감사했습니다. 청소는 매일 원하는 시간에 해주시고, 수영장도 매일 깨끗이 청소해줍니다. # final 정말 최고의 숙소였습니다. 고민없이 선택하세요. My daughter and I stayed one week and I wish we could have stayed longer. Huong recommended various things to see and do and organised a lot of it for us also. Kim Anhs breakfast each morning was fantastic, we stuck with Vietnamese breakfasts the whole stay. When we needed a doctor Huong was also there to help us. The most special touch that we were tototally blown away by was the birthday cake Huong had organised as we had both just celebrated our birthdays a week or so prior. Would go back in a heartbeat. 매일 매일 아침마다 조식 먹을수 있고 청소 서비스 이용 가능하고 냉장고에 물이나 음료를 싼 가격에 이용 가능합니다. 공항에서 택시타고 10분안에 도착합니다. 바로 밑에는 반미를 파는곳이 있고 옆에는 일본 음식점이 있습니다. 주변에 마트가 없는것만 빼면 완벽합니다.

Notre séjour d’une nuit a été extrêmement bon. Les chambres étaient très joliment décorées et la salle de bain très propre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le café du 6ème étage qui sert notamment un délicieux coconut matcha. Trinh nous a fourni un excellent service, j’avais oublié ma veste à l’hôtel, elle a organisé tout le transport pour que je puisse la recevoir à ma prochaine étape de voyage. Son aide a été incroyable! Enfin, la proximité de l’aéroport nous a permis de nous y rendre très facilement. Bref, nous recommandons à 100% !

Green Tea Villa was highly recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Sen and her helpers took care of our needs and our room was palatial and overlooks the lovely infinity pool, which I love swimming in. Breakfast was a la carte and many great choices. Easy walk 1 km to old town or borrow bikes for free to explore. I would go back anytime!

Really happy with our stay, on arrival we were suggested activities they recommended, communicated very well in English, breakfast was good, 15-20 min walk to old town. The staff really made the stay outstanding with their hospitality

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay! Perfect for a big group. Had bottled water delivered everyday to the house, which was wonderful. The host was attentive and house was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay!

Loic의 숙소에서 묵는 것은 호이안의 아름다운 논밭 풍경을 즐기는 최고의 방법입니다. 모든 분께 추천합니다.

Sin duda la mejor habitación de Hoi An, fuera de la muchedumbre, y cerca de la zona de playa. Fue flexible y servicial en todos los aspectos, nos dio recomendaciones e incluso nos dejó una manta de yoga para hacer deporte. La casa fue trasladada desde Sa Pa y tiene un cachorrito adorable que te da la bienvenida cada vez que entras. Hemos alargado la estancia. Todo un lujo!

Great spot in Hoi An, close to all shops and restaurants but just slightly out of the action. Room was clean and comfortable. included breakfast was delicious every day!

Perfect Airbnb for our Hoi A stay. The neighbourhood was beautiful and peaceful. We slept great because of how quiet the area is, but the walk to the old town is quite short. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage while we waited for our late night flight. Breakfast was good and varied. I would highly recommend and would stay here again myself if I am lucky enough to return to Hoi An!

Had a wonderful stay in Hien*s place! The breakfast was great, and the outdoor bathtub was the highlight. The location was perfect—between the Old Town and the beach, making everything easily accessible. The host was kind and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!
