Lucy and chi Lan was my host for this location. there are a lot to say about this place but I do not want to write a whole book. Checkin was smooth as we met the co host, Chi Lan. I have stayed at 3 or 4 dozens airbnbs and I say this is by far the BEST experience I had. firstly, the host Lucy and Chi Lan was very very helpful and accommodating. They go above and beyond on eveyrhting you need or ask for. Chi Lan is a great cook as we stay at home BBQ dinner. The property is in prime location where it's surrounded by alot of restaurants, coffee shops, and massages in walking distances. Close by the beach and not too busy like the city but busy enough where it's lively. I would highly recommend staying here. I also stayed at their other location 5 minutes away and was always an amazing experience. I can tell you, Lucy and Chi Lan will be the best hosts you will experience and the property is better in person than picture, mark my words

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious (for a family of four). The butler team was always available and attentive to our needs and questions. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the linen and towels and provided bottled water. The location is right between Da Nang and Hoi An, in an 5 star resort and a great value. It is quiet and has its own private beach, pools and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend these super hosts!

호스트인 Tin과 그의 여동생 Linna는 매우 친절하고 응답이 빠릅니다. 영어를 잘 해서 의사소통에 문제가 없고 약속도 잘 지키며 문제가 될 부분이 없습니다. 벌레가 몇 마리 보이긴 했지만 동남아 특성 상 이 정도면 매우 관리가 잘 된 것으로 보입니다. 매일 하우스키퍼가 깨끗하게 청소 및 수건을 갈아줍니다. 매일 아침 푸라마빌라에서 프라이빗 수영장을 관리해줍니다. 풀은 깨끗하고 깊은 편입니다. 비치 타올은 충분합니다. 빌라 공용풀은 아주 넓고 아이들을 위한 얕은 풀도 따로 있습니다. 빌라 안의 모든 에어컨은 문제없이 돌아가고 욕실 수압 및 온수도 나쁘지 않습니다. 다만 4베드룸에 욕실이 네 개라 방 안에 하나씩 있는 줄 알았는데 두 개는 각 방 안에, 두 개는 공용으로 밖에 있습니다. 식기도 부족함 없고 깨끗하며 침구도 편안합니다. 버기카로 로비 및 공용풀에 다닐 수 있어 편리합니다. 근처에 한국인들이 많이 가는 마사지샵이 있어 편리합니다. 저희에겐 거의 완벽에 가까웠습니다. 추천합니다!

가족들과 편안하게 머물다갑니다. 숙소는 사진과 설명처럼 잘 되어있고 깨끗하고요, 리조트내 시설도 이용할 수 있고, 연락을 하면 바로바로 응답해주시고 친절하게 대해주셔서 좋았어요^^ 시내랑 조금 떨어져있어서 한적해서 좋고 그랩타고 이동하면 가까워서 돌아다니기도 편해요~! 다시 다낭을 가게된다면 또 이용할게요❤️

1 căn nhà được trang trí đẹp, vị trí thuận lợi để di chuyển tới phố cổ Hội An, nếu đi gia đình hay nhóm bạn khoảng 8 người thì sẽ tiết kiếm được rất nhiều, giá rất tốt cho 1 căn nhà với 4 phòng ngủ, tôi và nhóm bạn đã có thời gian lưu trú thoải mái ở đây. Khi tôi bỏ quên cục sạc điện thoại, chủ nhà đã hỗ trợ rất nhiều tình, 100% đề xuất nơi ở này.

Perfect location for enjoying the ambience of Hoi An away from the claustrophobic crowds of the old town and gain a feel for a local Vietnamese neighborhood. Nguyen has thought of everything - he offers a reasonable priced taxi service to the house and scooter rental for your stay if required. there's also a couple of bicycles for guests' use. He has a useful house book with important details set out and a useful list of important sights to view around the town. There are some delightful coffee shops and excellent Vietnamese restaurants close by if you don't fancy cooking in the kitchen. The highlight for my friend and myself was the availability of the two double beds which saved us having to take two separate hotel rooms and have the home-like feel of the living room to socialise in. Nguyen really is a super host in the truest sense - he was there to welcome us on arrival and his communication prior to arrival was superb. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at his property again.

Notre séjour a été magique ! Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps. Huong est très soucieuse de notre bien-être et très réactive. La maison est idéalement située à 1mn a pied de la plage et est tout à fait conforme aux photos! Une dame vient tous les jours faire le ménage et préparer le petit dejeuner: elle est infiniment gentille... et le repas un régal ! Je ne peux que recommander!

Absolutely the place for design lovers. This architecture is truly outstanding. And the house is well kept. The team around the host managing the house is very service oriented and super responsive! Of course like mentioned in other reviews, the ground floor is outside, so you have to live with nature. We didn’t see this as a negative point. Absolutely great place to stay.

Keit was an absolutely amazing host! From the moment we arrived, his warm hospitality made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond by hosting a wonderful dinner with his family, treating us to delicious local cuisine that gave us a true taste of the region. Jack was an amazingly responsive host, always available and super helpful and supportive. He, his adorable daughters and "Brainy" the flower horn fish were definitely the highlight of our stay in Da Nang. We stayed at two of his apartments, both were very clean and well equipped. The building is quiet and well located, a few blocks from the beach and close to great bakeries and coffee shops. Thank you again, Jack!

저는 Loic의 숙소를 두 번째 방문했습니다. 작년 가을 처음 방문했고, 푹 빠져서 올해 또 Loic의 숙소를 찾았습니다. 저는 태어나서 베트남을 두 번 방문했는데, 그게 불과 5개월 사이에 일어났습니다. 그것도 모두 호이안이었습니다. 이는 Loic의 숙소에서의 유쾌한 경험을 다시 한번 해보기 위함이었습니다. 숙소는 사진과 마찬가지로 아늑하고 아름다웠습니다. 숙소 관리 팀은 우리에게 멋진 아침 식사를 준비해줬고 늘 친절했습니다. 매니저인 Hoa는 우리에게 수시로 '더 필요한 게 없냐'고 질문해줬고, 우리가 부탁하는 일은 최선을 다 해서 도와줬습니다. Loic의 숙소에서 묵는 것은 호이안의 아름다운 논밭 풍경을 즐기는 최고의 방법입니다. 모든 분께 추천합니다.

Excellent, clean, full of ameneties place to stay for family. The resort itself is a city with many facilities like spa, swimming pools, restaurants, tennis courts etc. Very peaceful with no noise around. The house is full of everything a family can need. Excellent choice, so grateful.

Amazing house and team! We really enjoy the location, peaceful and with a lot of restaurants and amazing spa nears. The breakfast included was really good, also the transportation from the airport (we really appreciate it). Lam coordinate everything for us, she was an amazing host. We definitely will back!

Wir können diese Villa wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Ich habe das Haus zusammen mit 8 Freunden gemietet und es war einfach PERFEKT! Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal lief super. Die Managerin war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns viele tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten etc. gegeben und weitere Fahrräder und Roller organisiert sowie einen Massage-Service direkt in der Villa. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, hat viele schöne Sitzecken im Innen- und Außenbereich, einen wunderschönen Garten und unser Highlight: ein großer Pool! Die Unterkunft war generell sehr sauber und idyllisch und ruhig am Fluss gelegen. Mit den Fahrrädern der Unterkunft konnten wir super die Gegend erkunden. Unser Highlight: die super herzliche Haushälterin Luong hat uns nicht nur mit einem leckeren Frühstück verwöhnt sondern auch mit Drinks und Snacks am Nachmittag. Am letzten Tag waren wir sogar mit ihr auf dem lokalen Markt und haben am Abend vietnamesische Spezialitäten gekocht! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. :)

We had a wonderful stay at the Palm View Villa. Having a peaceful base with a pool that the kids could swim in was great. Everyone is so helpful and kind we felt very welcome. Just be aware if you are looking for Villa the Cow when you arrive it is actually called Palm View Villa.

This was a return visit to Gillian's place and even better than before. The villa has just finished a long term rental - hence no reviews for a while - so it was all re-decorated and spring cleaned before we arrived. It's 10 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the golf clubhouse. The golf course has been extended to 27 holes - now includes a Jack Nicklaus designed 9 holes and a Greg Norman designed 18 holes, if you like golf. The villa looks out towards the 11th green and 12th tee. The villa is in a boutique development that's part of the prestigious Ocean Villas estate. We tried the spa (fabulous hot stone massage and reasonably priced), as well as the Reflections restaurant - yum! We'll be back !

Had the most lovely stay here! the villa was so cool and the pool was perfect! the breakfast included was absolutely delicious and there were so many options! host was very accommodating and offered a clean throughout our stay! she is really very kind and made the experience so lovely! it feels lovely and secluded whilst being a perfect distance from the old town! highly highly recommended such good value for money 🌞

Had a perfect 2-day stay at Hien’s place. The place is spacious, clean, walkable and has everything you’d need for a stay. Everything in the apartment is high-quality, from the bed and mattress to the sofa and the shampoos/ conditioners and towels. Heck I could even see myself living at her place for a long time. Highly recommend Hien’s place!

The place feels like a country club with private security. Definitely safe and private. The residence is designed to feel like nature blended throughout and yet still able to retain the elegance of an upscale place.
