미딩 지역에서 걸어다니기 수월합니다. 바로 앞이 공터이긴 하지만 시끄럽지 않습니다. 미딩이 한인타운이라면 길 건너편인 이곳은 로컬느낌이 조금 더 있습니다. 필요한 것은 다 있습니다. 침대도 깨끗했고 주방도구들도 모두 잘 갖춰져있었습니다. 냉방도 잘 되었습니다. 럭셔리하지는 않았지만 가격대비 완벽했습니다. 감사합니다.

The apartment was fantastic. Everything is thoughtfully laid out: it’s compact but efficient. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, with a microwave, electric kettle, induction hot plate, and all necessary dishes and utensils. They sold me large bottles of drinking water throughout my stay. The shower is great, with plenty of hot water. The view from the windows is lovely, and there are lots of windows. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy (construction, football revelry), but the double-panel glass blocked out almost all of the noise and I slept peacefully every night. Tracy was responsive and helpful: she’d always answer my messages within a few minutes and helped me to troubleshoot the few problems I had. E.g. my electric kettle stopped working, and she provided a new one immediately. I’ve stayed in Hà Nội many times, and this is my favorite apartment. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at an apartment in Hanoi that was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant sights and attractions. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. A highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, which offered a great space to relax and enjoy the view over the city skyline, especially during sunset. The area was also fairly quiet considering its central location, making it a nice escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a balance between accessibility and comfort in Hanoi!

Very spacious home with quality finishes, a huge desk for those who want to work, much better than the placese in Thailand or the Philippines where I have stayed before using Airbnb.

Mai was a great host. She answered all questions and concerns promptly both before check-in and during our stay. When we arrived a few things were not as pictured or promised, and she had the staff correct them faster than one would think possible. On the downside, the promised view of "All rooms feature big window with stunning view over West Lake and beautiful landscape" was not true. The bedroom window looked out over a side street that was fine. But the living room/dining area had a view of a roof directly abutting the window, with a large water tank on top and then construction. There was no view of a lake or any landscape. The noise from the construction was bothersome at times, but never in the evening, so if you are out all day it would not be an issue. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Ми шукали це помешкання після того як попереднє житло виявилось обманом. Але залишились дуже задоволені так як все було чудово. Помешкання знаходиться біля озера тож вам завжди буде де гуляти. Також це в межах 5хв від урядового кварталу, тому безпека тут на високому рівні. Таммі завжди швидко відповідає та готова допомогти. Ми прожили тут місяць працюючи віддалено і нам немає на що нарікати. Дякуємо Таммі за гарне помешкання.

Gorgeous room, very nicely laid out and even comes equipped with its own private bathtub! Staying I'm room 302 we are the only room on the floor, and while the toilet and bathroom weren't connected to the room being the only room on the floor meant it was all ours, the bathroom was also well presented and clean.

From the very beginning host Nguyen is proactive in sending all the details for the checkin and even offered to arrange the taxi from the airport. Our checkin experience was seamless in the building where security guard directed us to the flat, and entry to the flat was with the pin code which host shared beforehand. We travelled with 2 toddlers and both of them were very happy and comfortable, ample space for them to roam in dining hall. Flat has all the amenities that we needed, overall the it was relaxing for the family. Host Nguyen is proactive and even helped in local travel recommendations. If you are looking for a peaceful surrounding with 20 min grab ride to old quarter, this place covers all the tick boxes.

You may wonder why this room is so cheap compared to the others. Well, the neighborhood is a bit noisy, and to get to it, you have to pass through the market area, which has a strong smell. Other than that, the apartment itself is very nice and comfortable. So, the quality/price ratio is excellent.

Room feels like a 5 star hotel, spacious living space, big and clean bathroom, the host was very accomodating and very easy to talk to, always responding to question, they even helped me out to prepare a simple surprise for my wife. all can i say to livie is 5 star home, 5 star service super worth it

10 days here and everything was good, this place close to mini market, cafes, and restaurants. Located in West Lake and it was so beautiful in the morning and night. We came here when the temperature was low and it was cold outside but inside the place so warm and they provided heater as well. They have washing machine and dryer in the building that can be used. You can also try Chillhood Cafe nearby, egg coffee so good! ☺️🫶

Very clean and comfortable apartment, in particular the bed! Nice view from the balcony. The street is quite quiet. The staff is very nice. It is well located in a non touristic neighborhood.

Enjoyed my stay here, really great place for working. If you're here to be a tourist it might be a little far out for you - about 20/25mins on a motorbike to the old town. However, it worked well for me as I only went into the old town a few times a week. Nice coffee shops around, 15 min walk to Lottemart. There is an outdated review about having to wake up the guard to enter the property late at night, I was given my own remote to open the gate as I pleased. The highlight for me of my stay here was how warm and helpful the security guard and housekeeper were, they truly made my stay. Lovely people.

I have stayed with Chi a couple times already. Chi is an amazing host. They are responsive and extremely helpful. They were willing to extend my stay on a short notice and even helped me find accommodations in another location! I can wholeheartedly recommend Chi as a host and will be back as a customer next time I'm in Hanoi.

We had a fantastic stay at Thach's apartment in Tay Ho! The location is perfect—right in the heart of a lively neighborhood with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops, yet just a quick Grab ride away from the Old Quarter. The apartment itself is full of charm, with thoughtful, cozy details that made it feel like home during our long-term stay. As remote workers, we especially appreciated the fast and reliable internet, which made working hassle-free. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Hanoi—we highly recommend it!

Bed was super comfortable, not too soft, not too hard. Just perfect. Bathroom clean and spacious. Good pressure in the shower. Kitchenette had proper knife 😄👌 hotels rarely do. Some pots, pans, plates etc. Really quiet room. All in all super nice... Recommend because of location.

We had a fantastic stay at Ficus Suite Apartments in Hanoi. The location is unbeatable - everything is within walking distance. We could easily explore the main tourist sites, wander around the old town, and discover delicious local food. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable - a perfect home base after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions and offer recommendations. Overall, Ficus Suite Apartments offered great value for money. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Hanoi.

The place is as described. Very good location, only 20 mins to old quarter with Grab or taxi. There is a small lake just a short walk from the place and many cafes around the lake. I really liked Lan’s place. The security uncle was friendly and helpful to us. Lan is always responsive and friendly. Can’t ask for more with this place! Note - there is construction nearby but it is not very loud, bearable. I wore ear plugs and slept well. Overall, great little room 😍

Comfortable and clean stay, about a 30 minute grab from the Old Quarter, and 5 minute walk down to Westlake. Host was very responsive, and the staff at the apartments were really helpful.
