My second visit at this gem. Extraordinary location by the Hoan Kiem lake and an easy walk. Feels like staying in a family home from the past - take things slow and enjoy feeling like a Hanoian.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this old home - tucked away from the busy Main Street but in a perfect location! I highly recommend the place to anyone coming to Hanoi. It is nested in amongst local homes which made my initial arrival confusing to some of the neighbours! A great place to have a more local experience too :) Before I even booked this place Nana and Minh Anh were there to assist. They provided me with amazing recommendations to visit and spent so much out of their time to ensure I was well looked after. I will be sure to recommend to all of my friends :)

I had an excellent stay at this Minh’s place in Hanoi! The location is unbeatable—close to all the main attractions, great restaurants, and convenient transport options. The host was incredibly helpful, offering local tips and always quick to respond to any questions I had. The room itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Overall, a perfect base for exploring Hanoi. Highly recommend! 👍👍👍

Great location for budget travel! Walking distance to the famous Turtle Lake and old town. A bit of noisy in the morning but if you like to immerse yourself in the local vibe, this is the place. Host is very nice and accommodating!

We had a nice comfortable stay. Really enjoyed the location and easy walking to lots in the old quarter. The rooms were exactly as described. The bathrooms were a bit small and basic but fit our needs.

旧市街からも近くて歩いていろんなところを回れる！ 宿が急遽なくなり探していたが即予約できて助かりました。 トイレもシャワーも多く、大人数にもおすすめです。

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

had an amazing stay for a few nights in the house. the rooms are big and comfortable, everything was very clean and felt new and the location was great and we were able to walk everywhere most of the time. also we needed a few more plates and the host answered almost immediately and managed to get them to us 20 minutes since I first wrote them a massage. it's important to know that the house has a lot of stairs for each floor, although it didn't bother us at all. there is a water pump that makes noiseal when you use the showers on the top floors, so showering while someone is sleeping might bother them. from the options we had in the area this was the cheapest one and I can totally say that you get an amazing place for a great price, so I would totally recommend it.

I really loved this place, it was a really unique and peaceful apartment. The room was so cosy and had a projector with Netflix so made a great space to chill in the evening. The shared living area was also a beautiful spot to relax.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had an issue and Cindy sorted it out the same day. Very good at communicating. The view from the apartment is cool and handy being near the shopping mall.

I needed a place to stay to be close by to the children hospital where my son had a flu and had to spend a few night. This place was a perfect nice cozy little spot with all the amenities needed. Nice restaurants is next door where the mall was and the amazing Vietnamese street food was only walking distance away. I like how it’s close to the strip also with alot varieties of cuisine.
