Great, clean apartment in very central location off a quiet alley in the Old Quarter! There are definitely a lot of stairs but the place was super clean and comfortable for our two night stay, thank you to Sapphire for being such a responsive host!

Location - The homestay is neatly tucked in an alley right beside Yukichi Ramen which is right on a corner of the main road. So, easily accessible and convenient to travel to/from. Ambience - The house has been beautifully decorated and kept clean. Although, the bathrooms may require additional touchups. One bedroom is tucked away in a corner up a narrow staircase which is a little small. Otherwise the other three bedrooms are quite spacious and beautiful. The best bedroom is the one with a large balcony. Amenities - All the amenities as detailed in the description are provided. There is a decently stocked kitchen, washing machine, hair dryers, heaters, air conditioners etc. The host has also stocked up some good books and guides for travellers. Check-in/Check-out - In case of flexible timings, please let the host know and your request would be surely accommodated. The entire process is self and clear Instructions are provided. Highly Recommended ! ❤️

This place was amazing! It’s perfectly located, just a short distance from museums, restaurants, and major tourist attractions. The house was spotless, and Cao was an exceptional host—always attentive and ready to assist with anything we needed. They even helped us arrange transportation to other cities, long after we had checked out. Staying here truly made our trip to Vietnam unforgettable

Our group enjoyed our stay. We would have liked having a bath floor mat, bath hand towels and some rooms did not have chairs to sit at a desk. Also, better lighting on the stairs. The main lobby stairs do need a sensor light as the stairs are at an angle (a few of us slipped and fell coming down). Screens on the doors would have been nice.

Nhà siêu rộng rãi thoải mái, 3pn mà còn có 1 phòng có 2 giường tầng to nên có thể ở đến 6 người vẫn okie. Xung quanh hàng xóm lớn tuổi nên mọi người lưu ý không làm ồn là được. Xin cám ơn chị chủ nhà đã cho tụi e check out trễ hơn 2 tiếng vì chị chưa có lịch đặt phòng mới mà cũng không lấy thêm phụ phí gì. Chị hỗ trợ qua tin nhắn & điện thoại cũng rất nhanh luôn.

Fantastic 3 bedroomed house in the quieter end of Hanoi but still close to everything which is within easy walking distance. The house was clean and whilst not the easiest place to find the instructions were very clear and we had no problems locating the property or getting in. Anh was super responsive to any questions we had. The 3 bedrooms on different floors each with their own bathroom and balconies was a real luxury for us as friends travelling together as we all had our own privacy and it was much nicer than staying in a hotel!!! The space is perfectly equipped and super clean. We had a fantastic stay and would be back in a heartbeat

房主在入住前幾天就積極聯繫我們，提前告知住房相關事項。當天抵達住宿地點附近時，房主也立即到場，為我們說明鑰匙交接與房屋使用方式。這個地點位置絕佳，周圍有許多知名餐廳、紀念品店、超市和景點，而且緊鄰還劍湖。剛好遇上週末，周邊道路實施汽車封路，讓我們能悠閒地在湖邊散步，度過一個愜意的週末。下次來河內，一定還會選擇這裡住宿！

The place is as advertised. The host have been very helpful with the process right from check in to check out. The host has been very supportive to help us with suggestions. would recommend this place since it has good view of the city from here. Most attractions are close by to the place.

Emplacement impeccable. Tout est faisable à pied et la rue ne donne pas directement sur le lac, l’appartement n’est pas vraiment bruyant et même plutôt calme.

The best option in the area. Tidy apartment with nice view to the lake and surrounding. Modern design and well-keeping

First of all, I am very sincerely thankful for QV homestay. After a long time dealing with my own mental health issues, i finally found my own cozy nest here within. Every single touch i had during my stay, they all are worthy. Surrounding by all the peaceful vibes, lovely tree and wonderful view by the balcony, you can understand my peace in mind while staying here. The studio has all the amenities you need for your private stay. Bathroom is super clean and tidy. Washing machine and drying machine for this kind of weather in Hanoi is a super super plus point, i need to wash my shirt after a heavy rain on the way though and how lucky i am. Kitchenette are easy to use, i can cook my own meal with a lovely ready-to-cook rice bag, love it. Trust me, you can not speak a word, after a tiring day, entering this lovely place with all the things you need and the easy going atmosphere you can sense it with all your heart & soul. This is my most favorite place in Eco park so far. Love it!
