Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en Hoàn Kiếm

Ravi de ce logement, en plein centre de Hanoï où tout est faisable à pied. Nous avions le marché nocturne pile dans la rue et pleins de restaurants à proximité. Quelques points à savoir, le logement est au 3ème étage sur une petit escalier donc vous devrez sortir les muscles pour monter vos valises. Également je ne sais pas si c’est une particularité de Hanoï car il y a eu un peu de pluie pendant notre séjour mais le logement paraissait assez humide, nos livres gondolaient d’eux même, peut être qu’une VMC supplémentaire serait nécessaire ? Enfin, nous n’avons pas réussi à utiliser la baignoire car l’eau du robinet n’était plus assez chaude au bout que 15-20 minutes d’écoulement mais aucun soucis pour utiliser la douche.

Location is perfect. Walkable distance from all the sightseeings. Nice view and very cozy apartment. Great communication with the host.

Hermosa casa, coincide con las fotos publicadas. Lo más lindo de todo es la terraza en la planta de arriba. Está muy bien ubicado, en una zona un poco lujosa de Hanoi, con 10 minutos de caminata ya llegas al centro. La anfitriona se comunicó muy bien con nosotros, respondía en menos de 10 minutos y respondió todas nuestras dudas. Recomiendo 100% alojarse en este lugar!

Great location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, close to restaurants and shops. Apartment is small but there was adequate space for 5 of us. The balcony was a good place to sit with a nice street view, and the beds were comfortable.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans ce logement ! L’emplacement est idéal, au calme, tout en étant proche de tout ce qu’il faut. Dès qu’on franchit la porte, on se sent tout de suite bien : l’appartement est impeccable, très propre et vraiment agréable à vivre. Mention spéciale aux propriétaires qui ont été adorables, très disponibles et extrêmement arrangeants. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, je recommande les yeux fermés et j’espère pouvoir revenir très vite ! ✨

Brian is really helpful and responsive. Our check in experience was seamless and he helped with the luggage up to the 4th floor🥹🫶🏻 the place is aesthetic, cozy, and clean with a great rooftop. Definitely recommended!

Lovely hosts, very easy to communicate with and very helpful with lockers to store our luggage before check in and after check out. Place was extremely spacious for 3 of us having a bed each which was not necessary but a nice touch. Extremely good value for money and very nicely set up. The bath was a plus and whilst we had issues with the hot water for it initially the staff were prompt and helped us out to resolve the issue, which may have simply been an error on our behalf due to using shower and bath at same time. Would stay again. Great location close to old quarter but not too close that you’re still a bit away from the hustle and bustle.

Great central location. I appreciated reading other reviews and being prepared for the stairs and loud neighborhood. Overall we enjoyed staying at Long's house and it gave us great access to the Old Quarter.

Lovely stay at Rosie's! Extremely close proximity to Beer Street and all the busy hostels and hotels that go with it. Despite this, there wasn't any noise at night and the room felt safe and secluded. Great communication from Rosie, easy in and out! She even booked me a ride to the airport on the way out. Very helpful.

주요 명소를 걸어서 이동 가능한 위치여서 좋았습니다. 문을 여는게 조금 힘들었지만 나머지는 괜찮았습니다.

Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulée, le logement est bien situé en centre ville dans un endroit calme. Les photos correspondent correctement à l’appartement, l’hôte est réactif et reste disponible à tout moment ! Cela peut arriver d’avoir quelques petit insectes dans la chambre, l’hôte fais de son mieux pour éviter cela mais malheureusement dans un pays tropical ce n’est pas toujours facile ! Ce n’est pas dérangeant sauf pour certaine personnes extrêmement maniaque ! Je recommande cet appartement, bon rapport qualité prix

The place is hidden behind houses so it is quite silent eventhough it is located near a roundabout and a big market (Hang Da). The location is exceptional because you can almost walk to different sightseeing spots and alot of restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, but be aware it is small, the bathrooms are also small and there is no separation between shower and toilet, however it is almost like this everywhere in Vietnam old housing system esp in the old quarter where of typically small and quirky houses. So beware if you value a good shower! The rooms are pretty cold in winter and the mobile heater is pretty loud. However the host is super responsive and make it feel smooth with everything. It would be nice if they provide some tea and coffee in the kitchen. Nice rooftop and washing machine/drier for laundry. All in all i would still rate the place 5 stars because of the price and service.

This was a great home too live in for a week with 12 guys, they had spacious rooms for everyone to have a bed A nice outside kitchen and balcony to chill and eat, close by the city and all the restaurants and shops, Even organized a taxi from the airport for us , We recommend for the price and stay , Thank you

Stayed with Ha for the second time. We had a last minute change of plan and had to find an accommodation for our group very late at night but Ha was very quick to respond and arrange check-in for us. The house was very clean, spacious, quiet with excellent amenities. We ABSOLUTELY loved the view from the living room which was tastefully decorated. Great stay and would come back definitely.

the apartment is very beautiful, very clean. interior is very good. kitchen is good. bathrooms and bathtub are clean. she helped us in booking cab as well in cheaper prices. overall experience was wonderful. highly recommendable

The place is located very center, though it might come with street noise, the building is new and this appartment is equiped with good window that can block distinguishly noise from outside. The place is like in the photos and come with all we need for our stay. The co-host Austin is very helpful and attentive. we enjoyed so much our stay at S.Sens Home and will pick it again for our next time in Hanoi.

Austin was an amazing host, very proactive and friendly. He made sure that we are well oriented to the house and the surrounding. The airbnb itself was a cosy place, well located, good security and very clean. Definitely recommend!

I had a good stay at Hien’s apartment, everything was as expected, the apartment is spotlessly clean and has nice lake view. Everything works - hot water, aircons etc. There are many eateries and cafes around. I chose the place as it’s near my parents’ house, and definitely hope to lease it again.
