So modern and comfy! Especially the bathroom. Netflix is fully functional, which helped enjoy the cold evenings of early February. It is also a big plus to have a free access to the washing machine and tumble dryer. Moreover, it is located in a very cute and central street, which I liked. Sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming with the traffic and crowd, but I liked this place more than the « backpacker streets » nearby. I would certainly go back!

The apartment is at a very good location and the hostwas very responsive to some issues we had. House was super clean and spacious enough for 3 couples. The only negative thing I would say is the lack of sound isolation especially in one of the rooms and the sub-par hair dryer. All-in-all a pleasant stay.

The host communicates well and accomodated all our requests. It's a plus point that there's a security guard whom we got the keys and surrendered upon check-out. We had late check-in because we came from Sapa and she arranged it very nice. Please be aware that there's no elevator, only stairs. I managed to bring my luggage on the 4th floor since I'm used to bringing heavy luggages. The location is far from old quarter, but it's peaceful. If you like walking, this is the best for you. Overall, it was a nice stay.

I would recommend staying at Omai due to its close proximity to Old Quarter. Very walkable to nearby touristy spots. The Airbnb was neat and the host was responsive whenever we had any questions. Brian was helpful with our luggage. Thanks for everything, Brian!

Wir haben lange nach einem Hotel in Hanoi gesucht. Aber vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis konnte keines mit dieser Wohnung mithalten. Die Wohnung ist groß, trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig und die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich. Sie hat uns am letzten Tag geschrieben, dass sie keine Gäste für den Folgetag hat und uns deswegen erst abends auschecken lassen. Danke. Wir würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

The room was just as lovely as in the pictures. It was comfortable and a space where I could relax like it was my own home! The hosts were quick to reply, and I felt at ease during my stay. Sweets and drinks at the cafe downstairs were also really good, I highly recommend it.

This was the final stay on our month-long adventure to SE Asia, and definitely the most authentic of the places we stayed. Washer and dryer on premises worked great. Hosts were super responsive when issues arose, and went out of their way to help us arrange day trips, and drivers to and from the airport.

This Airbnb is very unique! Great ambiance, very well designed, comfortable beds. If you want a unique experience stay here, it maybe is not the most comfortable option but it is very cool and very cultural. The acs didn’t really work but that’s okay because it was cool and there were fans. The location was great with good bars nearby and the lake very close. I would stay here just for the vibes!

The place is hidden behind houses so it is quite silent eventhough it is located near a roundabout and a big market (Hang Da). The location is exceptional because you can almost walk to different sightseeing spots and alot of restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, but be aware it is small, the bathrooms are also small and there is no separation between shower and toilet, however it is almost like this everywhere in Vietnam old housing system esp in the old quarter where of typically small and quirky houses. So beware if you value a good shower! The rooms are pretty cold in winter and the mobile heater is pretty loud. However the host is super responsive and make it feel smooth with everything. It would be nice if they provide some tea and coffee in the kitchen. Nice rooftop and washing machine/drier for laundry. All in all i would still rate the place 5 stars because of the price and service.

The house was spacious and clean and a real treat to stay in. Anna was super communicative and the location was ideal for exploring the old quarter. Highly recommend!!

We were also grateful for the host's flexibility when we needed to stay an extra hour without any extra charge. Overall, our stay was perfect, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back someday. Stayed with Ha for the second time. We had a last minute change of plan and had to find an accommodation for our group very late at night but Ha was very quick to respond and arrange check-in for us. The house was very clean, spacious, quiet with excellent amenities. We ABSOLUTELY loved the view from the living room which was tastefully decorated. Great stay and would come back definitely.

とても滞在しやすい場所です。 近くには有名なフォーやブンチャーの店もあり朝からローカルグルメを楽しめます。 旧市街にはGrabタクシーを使ってすぐに行けます。 部屋には滞在に必要なものは揃っていてワイングラスがあったのは嬉しかったです。 洗濯機と乾燥機は共同で使えるものが1階にあります。 オーナーとのコミニケーションはすぐに取れるため、色々な事を相談にのってくれます。 9日滞在して最高でした。 ハノイに行く時は、また利用させて下さい。

A lovely stay in the apartment. Clean, fresh and in a good area walking distance to most of the main sites. Great to have a washing machine and amenities. Even though the roads are busy, the window glazing did a good job of soundproofing the apartment. As a solo traveler would stay here again. An easy and convenient place to explore Hanoi and in my case work remotely. Recommend.

This apartment is in a great location, close enough to walk to the old quarter with far less noise and traffic to deal with. What I appreciated most when I arrived at 9pm after a long day of travel was that I didn't need to go out and get a bunch of supplies (water, coffee, eggs, bread, etc...) - the host took care of everything. Comfy bed, beautifully decorated, and having in-unit laundry was super helpful. When I come back to Hanoi I will absolutely stay here again.

Lovely place. The staff at the building were all very nice and considerate. I'd choose this place over newer apartments without room service and concierge service any day. The serenity is also hard to find in Hanoi.

The Apartment is fine. The neighborhood is entertaining and includes some great restaurants (El Gaucho was outstanding and Happy hour at the Metropole was a blast). However, Hanoi is vastly over-rated. Crowded, loud, dirty, and very unhealthy air. Use Grab for Taxis.

Had a good stay at Kevin’s place, easy checkin, he was super helpful and even offered us early checkin, during our stay we had an issue with geyser, and he promptly responded and send someone to fix it immediately. Even though the area of location was great, everything was very accessible, the building was quite old with no lift so had to climb 5 floors. Overall great experience.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

The apartment is quite large - plenty of seating in the living space and comfy. We walked nearly everywhere but Grab was easy and inexpensive as well. We were here for the Lunar Chinese New Year - it was super busy, then super quiet. We saw the fireworks from the balcony it was gorgeous. Everything was good.
