Great host excellent communication

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place was so cozy, and it really felt like home- I didn’t want to leave! 😊 But for the times you do want to leave the apartment, there are so many amenities around the building which made walking around very enjoyable. Lots to explore! It’s also just a short ride away from Old Quarter and other highlights of Hanoi, so it wasn’t a hassle getting around. The hosts were also very accommodating and responsive, offering help whenever they can. They made our stay even more pleasant since they were so easy to talk to. Overall, I would definitely recommend this listing. When we come back to Hanoi, we’ll keep an eye open for this apartment again 🏠💞

Van was incredibly helpful, even before we arrived. The clear instructions made locating the place and checking in a breeze. The home feels like a museum exhibit—each room has its own unique charm and features a spacious bed. Huge thanks to Van and Emma for making the check-in seamless and the stay so comfortable!

Truc was a friendly, polite and helpful host, who swiftly answered all of my queries even after midnight. The self check-in procedure is smooth, and the facilities match the description. I highly recommend Sally's home as a place for family getaway or vacation in Hanoi's downtown.
