Fantastic location with everything easily walkable (Salamanca only 10 minutes away), and truly stunning views over the Derwent. This place is better than it looks in the pics, it's an old historic building with loads of character. Whilst the kitchen and bathroom are dated, they are super clean! We loved the little extras (icecreams in the freezer, fresh milk, sparkling water, lollies and extra spices, and Sally also recommended dining options. There is a steep (short) path and about 20 stairs to get to the front door, but these are easily managed - and we were helped with our luggage without asking. Can't recommend it highly enough!!

This little AirBnB is right in the hustle and bustle of Kingston Beach with great local cafes/restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean and tidy and had an amazing view of the beach. 🏝️

One of our favourite Airbnb experiences. Such beautiful accomodation, could have stayed longer. Felt so comfortable, beautiful view, fantastic location. Loved the area, we were so happy we chose to stay here instead of the city. Really peaceful, lovely walks close by. We even had a swim in the beach. Caught the ferry, which only took 10 minutes into Hobart. Are at the local Thai and Fish and chips. All so convenient. Would love to return one day. Thanks again Julie for your hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at Ken’s place! Was a pleasure waking up and going to sleep with that view. Breathtaking! Fantastic home with everything you need. Would absolutely stay again. Didn’t want to leave the view!

Kimbra’s place was beyond our expectations. Everything we needed was so well-prepared. We enjoyed the snacks she provided, and the Tasmanian milk was especially impressive. The house was clean and beautifully decorated, and we could feel Kimbra and her husband’s thoughtfulness and warmth in every corner. The town was quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for a night stroll, and we had an incredibly restful sleep. Not sure where to go in Tasmania? Don’t worry! Kimbra has a great list of recommendations for you! I’d love to come again. Thank you!

Karen was very responsive and helpful with good recommendations. The house looks exactly like the pictures and has amazing views; we really enjoyed our stay. Note to Americans, there is no AC cooling which was fine if you open a window or used the fan.

The house is well-appointed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the view from the house - stunning!! The host was welcoming and location was peaceful and serene, yet still close to local attractions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and recharge in a beautiful setting.

Sky House was a peaceful retreat from which to explore Hobart and vicinity. Amazing views out over the city and harbour. The house had many thoughtful touches, from a well equipped kitchen to ample storage space in the two bedrooms. Jacinta was a welcoming host and provided us with great local information. Definitely worth another visit.

Vi havde en dejlig overnatning i James’ hyggelige lejlighed. Vi havde spurgt om tidligere indtjekning, men det var desværre ikke muligt. Derfor var det en dejlig overraskelse, da James skrev til os om morgenen og fortalte at det alligevel godt kunne lade sig gøre. Hyggeligt med en lille hilsen og en flaske vin, da vi ankom til lejligheden. Meget praktisk med parkeringspladsen kun 10 m fra lejligheden. Stille og roligt område, og man kunne følge kysten til Hobart efter 15 min gang.

Our stay was exactly as we thought it would be - but better. The accommodation was fresh and clean and welcoming. The beds were the most comfortable we have very slept in! We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruit and breakfast supplies! The unit was so close to the amazing beach and local eateries yet we felt we were much further away as it was so quiet and peaceful. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

Wonderful retro apartment with all that you need. Benji was super helpful with everything including recommendations for restaurant and coffee places. The highlight was the balcony with the most splendid view on the beach and wonderful sunrises. All in all a great experience!
