Very cosy and nice place to stay within 10 minutes of Hobart city. Very peaceful and quiet, friendly neighbors and very responsive hosts! We enjoyed our stay here definitely!

Nice place, uphill in West Hobart. Built in the 1970s around a down slope block. The kitchen had reasonable implements and cutlery. There was a bath tub. The shower head is rainfall style low pressure. There are wallabies and pademelons wandering around the area at night. It’s not that far to walk to the Mount Stuart lookout.

In my experience, the best value for money airbnb I have stayed at, spacious , modern great views and most important, comfortable. A car is essential as very steep hill to house, although good parking for 3 vehicles. Accommodated 10 adults comfortably, highly recommend

I began to relax as soon as i heard the gentle flow of the water of the rivulet running through the property. A little peice of heaven in old Hobart - just beautiful!

This is a lovely cottage in the heart of North Hobart right near some fantastic eateries and breweries/wine bars. The cottage is quite spacious with a lovely back yard to sit out in and enjoy the garden. Salamanca is only a 30 min walk away (as is botanical gardens) and it’s a great hub to drive the tourist areas. For those travelling with a dog, there’s a dog park just a few blocks down, knocklofty summit walk in West Hobart is an 8 min drive away and a lovely bush walk where the locals go (off leash allowed morning and late afternoon), ‘Room for a pony’ just 2 mins walk away is dog friendly and has amazing pizzas. This is the perfect place to base yourself for a Tassie getaway. The bath is just a divine treat and the writers nook is a cute little place to read or write. Lounge room is very comfy and kitchen has everything you need. Washing machine is very handy. Off street parking is great as Hobart is predominately a paid parking system. Great stay. I’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Simon's place. Our hosts were excellent communicators and made us feel very welcome from start to end. The house itself is very beautifully presented with a lot thoughtful touches and lovely furnishings - dream home alert! The house was the perfect space for my family of 4 travelling with inlaws. My 3 year old absolutely adored the kids room and together with my 1 year old enjoyed the toys and TV room - which in turn provided us parents with a bit of quiet time! The inlaws appreciated the privacy of the second bedroom being on the other side of the house as well as gorgeous garden views. Views of the mountains and city from the garden and house really made the location quite special and the visiting wallabies need a mention here too! The facilities and little extras provided everything we needed and more. This really was a fabulous stay and we all would love to stay again.

Our stay at Abigail’s place was absolutely phenomenal, possibly our favourite stay ever! The home (and view) is even better than the photos, it is incredibly clean and well appointed that it felt like home immediately. Abigail was extremely responsive and helpful for our entire stay, going above and beyond to assist. We can’t wait to come back and stay again and we’ll be recommending it to friends and family!

Emma’s place is a great option for families who need some space within walking distance of Hobart’s main attractions. There are a range of eating options nearby and the neighbourhood is nice and quiet. As a family of 5 it was just what we needed for a long weekend.

Gorgeous house/apartment, really clean and excellent facilities. Would highly recommend!

Everything about Jo & her place was wonderful. I stayed twice during my visit to Tasmania & both times were equally great. The apartment itself has a little mix of antique & modern with lovely styling. The kitchen was well equipped, beds very comfortable & the view is incredible. We’ll definitely stay again if we return to Hobart

Such a lovely place to stay, cosy and efficient studio. Great location, close enough to everything but still quiet and private. Louise the host was extremely helpful. Felt like home away from home. I would highly recommend Louise’s place to anyone travelling to beautiful Tasmania.

Simon and Christene were responsive hosts. Their place is beautifully situated with walking access right on to the coast path and a short drive to town.

Our stay was amazing, from Scotty to location, and let’s not forget Ronny. The view from this property is unsurpassed. Scotty was very helpful with information on restaurants, local drives, and the location in general. Would highly recommend and will be staying again. Susan

This is the most beautiful AirBnB place we have ever stayed. The view is breathtaking and the cabin was cozy and well decorated! We really enjoyed the stay. Even after 3 nights, it still felt too short!

Craig is a friendly and welcoming host and came to welcome us after we arrived. Our accommodation was brand new and spotlessly clean. The chalets are beautifully designed both inside and out and there are wonderful views to Fluted Cape on Bruny Island The artwork reflects Craig's passion: rescuing injured raptors and returning them to the wild. it is well worth making an appointment to visit the raptor centre during your stay. There are plenty of attractions locally and we enjoyed the cliff top walk in Coningham Reserve. The IgA in nearby Snug is excellent for groceries etc. We thoroughly recommend a stay here. We had a very relaxing three day stay at Fairy Wren’s Nest. The welcome tea and generous amount of breakfast were provided at arrival which was very nice. Great location to visit the southern part of Huon region. Highly recommended for those who want to experience the country style stay in a quiet surrounding.

Beautiful little house in the hills! Such stunning views to wake up to, and the outdoor bath was just a treat! Lovely little kitchen and bathroom had everything we could need. Was initially worried about how close we were to the main property but wasn’t an issue at all, felt private and undisturbed. Hot tip, watch out for mozzies, we got bitten in the night as we left the window open, whoops! Would stay again, for one night or longer to explore the surrounds more.
