A perfect Hobart hideaway! Melissa's beautiful house was an absolute delight for our family stay. The property is thoughtfully designed and impeccably set up with everything you could need - the attention to detail in both comfort and functionality makes it feel instantly like home. Melissa is an exceptional host - incredibly responsive and generous with her local knowledge, providing fantastic recommendations that helped us make the most of our stay. Her insights really enhanced our experience of Hobart's unique character. The house is both comfortable and practical, striking that perfect balance that makes family travel so much easier. One of the best Airbnb in Hobart! Place was more better than expected, separate sides of the home for 2 bedrooms, private and great layout. Nice walk to supermarket and nail salon. Curb side parking so it was easy to grab Ubers. Comfy beds and high quality things around the home. Outside deck and umbrella was handy when the sun came out. Would love to stay here again!

The Barn was a very comfortable & spacious Airbnb & quite different to the surrounding area- a real country property on the outskirts of Hobart. The gardens were absolutely amazing & l enjoyed sitting for a few hours reading my book in the sunshine. Clive & Ange were always on hand if we needed anything which was appreciated. The location was good for visiting MONA, the countryside & the city centre. Thoroughly recommend The Barn if visiting Tasmania! Thanks again Wendy & Gordon

One part historic, one part modern, we loved our stay at this special place in Hobart. The kitchen is sunny and the house has a gas fireplace for the chilly nights. The wharf is just a 20 minute walk from here. If you rent a car and take the ferry, Maria Island is just over an hour’s drive away and makes for a fun day trip.

This is a hidden gem right on the hill overlooking Hobart. Yet a short walk to town and very peaceful at night. Spectacular views in the most amazing space honestly the best Airbnb we have stayed in. Every attention to detail was given to every area and the host was friendly. It is an incredible blend of modern and traditional and the host has combined these with flare and imagination. We loved the wood burning stove which was made up for our arrival. There are even excellent views from the bath and shower. Love love love this place.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at Sven & Tracy’s Grappa Court Penthouse! The apartment is exceptionally spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect for those wanting to explore North Hobart and surrounds. Sven and Tracy have been lovely hosts, so easy to deal with and all communication has been prompt and handled professionally. We would recommend this apartment to anyone, and would love to stay again sometime in the future!

What an extraordinary experience for us to stay in Hobart. Perfect mix of historic bricks and stones with modern design. Love it!!!!!! Very convenient and easy to travel around the city. Love the best coffee and bars Laura recommends. Definitely come back for our next visit to Hobart.

We were so lucky to fine such a beautiful house that 3 double bedrooms that was within walking distance to Constitutional Dock. The house was beautifully presented. Bec was available to answer my silly questions.

Charming space with a lot of character. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the living spaces and couches were spacious and comfy, too! Kitchen and bathroom are lovely and functional. You can hear some traffic driving by if you sleep in the front room, but that dies down at night and there’s also a fan in the bedroom which can provide some white noise. We slept like babies. The washing machine is very quiet and super efficient. We visited at a time when the temperature outside was chilly, so we welcomed the space heater and fireplace to make it cozy in the mornings. We appreciated the local recommendations and also enjoyed discovering so many small businesses along Elizabeth and Murray Streets. The location is great for walking or driving anywhere around Hobart. Plan for a 15-20 minute walk down to the CBD/piers, and remember that it’s a bit hilly.

What an amazing find! the unit is a gem for solo traveler or a couple. The unit is in absolute condition. Clean? It's spotless! From the bathroom to the kitchen. I love the balcony were I was able to relax while having some nice cold glass of wine after a long day of walking around and exploring Hobart. Highly recomended to other travellers! I have save it on my favourite listing and will definitely be on my top list to book for future travel to Hobart be it work or holidays. Thank you so much Sally!

Accomodation was perfect, clean, exactly as described and pictured. Apartment had everything required to make our stay memorable. Loved the private little outdoor courtyard area. Really lovely place to stay. It is so close to everything, lovely walking tracks so close by, spacious and clean unit, lovely deck to relax on in the afternoon. It had everything we needed and so comfortable! Handy car spot right in front of the unit too. 10/10! Thanks Nicolle!

Peta-Jane’s home is fantastic. Everything was absolutely perfect and we are so grateful for our stay there. Her home is beautiful and has absolutely everything you need.

Wonderful stay, the property and grounds are amazing!! Hosts were super responsive and so helpful with my questions. They even helped connect us to some local services (ie babysitter and taxi). The industrial / farmhouse design was lovely. We were two couples with two small bubs. The only thing I’d call out for anyone travelling with children is the two ensuites open out to the rooms so hard to use the bathroom once your little one goes to sleep. Also need to bring blockout blinds as the en-suite windows don’t have blinds.

3...2...1...RELAX. Oh, this place! We enjoyed a three-week stay while our home was being renovated. Let's start with the location. It's easy to find, quiet, peaceful, and literally five minutes from anywhere. Close to all amenities you need, although once you get there, you really won't want to leave. Don't waste your time with the supermarket; just get the necessities delivered so you can enjoy every second. Driving into the property takes you somewhere else. With beautiful gardens and a charming egg chair hanging in a tree, you just want to grab a book and stay there. The home is exactly as the photos present and more—beautifully presented, clean, and just a home. It invites you to enjoy your time. The surroundings really steal the show. There's an amazing pool overlooking the bay at the rear of the property. It's perfect for wandering and discovering all the different flowers and plants. Walk further out of the property to a beautiful walking track. Sit back, listen to the water,

Beautiful and cosy home perched on the hill with a superbe view of the bay and the Tasman bridge. We can watch the cruises coming in and out of the bay. Beds are comfy, bathroom is new and kitchen offers everything you need to cook a nice meal. Started our holidays in this house and decided to go back after a trip across the island because it felt just like home. Thanks for sharing your lovely house!
