The house is lovely, it has everything that we needed! It is spacious, has beautiful view, and bonus it is only 2 mins walk to the playground which is important to us traveling with a toddler. Another bonus, on the last night we went for a drive at 10pm and just right in front of the house we saw a couple of kangaroos minding their own business! I highly recommend this place for a stay in Hobart! Thank you for your hospitality!

The residence is the most beautiful renovated period home, it is both modern and traditional with every amenity you can think of ! The apartment was spotless, bed linen and towels were top quality as was everything else provided ,even down to the welcome champagne! The host was friendly and easily contacted, can’t wait to return!

The apartment is quite nice and the hosts are really amazing with any inquiries; they answer promptly and are always right on the spot. Ideal for two couples given the space available. Bathroom is not great though, I did not love the shower in particular, because of a curtain in an open space, but certainly everything is quite functional and some people may actually prefer it this way. It is not super central (about 15 minutes walk to Salamanca market) but overall it is totally worth it the price and I would highly recommend it.

Love this place, just feel like my own home. The host was kind enough to give us a welcome gift. — chocolate. Love it. Kitchen has basic supplies, and bread, cereals. Very thoughtful. Walking distance to harbor about 15 minutes. I would recommend to others. I would stay at her place again. 🤩

Janette was very friendly and welcoming, she was home when we arrive and on departure. she was very helpful with any of our needs and extremely responsive with messages. Our little puppy and children where very welcome into the home of Jans. Jan was very accommodating with amendments, and food, washing machine ect. This home was just like a home away from home. We highly recommend Jans home, we will definitely be back again if we where to visit Hobart in the future 😀

Very nice place to stay right in the midst of Hobart. Quite luxurious and able to walk around the harbour and downtown.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sue's place. Everything matched the description perfectly; the view of the mountains and water from the window and balcony was nice, and the space was clean and homey. Sue was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. On our last day, we experienced some disruption due to the neighbours upstairs starting their renovations at 7.30am. We informed Sue about the noise, and she promptly contacted the owner of the house upstairs and arranged compensation for us. This was unexpected and greatly appreciated, as we knew it wasn't Sue's fault. We highly recommend this place and would be delighted to stay here again in the future.

Lovely location and house. Well presented. Had trouble with the door lock code that was sent not working, tried calling and got no answer or call back as it said we would so ended up having to get changed in the driveway and leaving for our function without gaining access. Once messaged through the Airbnb app I got a response but we had left by then. Once we got back the new code sent worked. All in all very nice stay.

Highly recommend this property! It is larger than it looks, is clean, extremely quiet and has a great backyard. Linens and towels were great and shower was strong and hot. Good parking spot provided but if you’re travelling with a taller vehicle there was plenty of street parking (evenings and weekends). Easy walking distance to Salamanca, wharf, groceries, anything you need. Games and books required for a rainy afternoon. Can’t say anything bad about this place. Hosts were VERY good at communicating and providing direction!

Lauras Unterkunft hat uns von der ersten Minute an überzeugt. Die Ausstattung und Atmosphäre waren nicht nur wie beschrieben, sondern noch stimmiger und großartig. Wir verbrachten einige Tage als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort und fühlten uns rundum wohl. Besonders schätzten wir den lichtdurchfluteten kleinen Innenhof mit Sitzplatz am Morgen. Das stilvolle Badezimmer kombinierte moderne und traditionelle Elemente auf geschmackvolle Weise. Alle Details in der Wohnung waren liebevoll aufeinander abgestimmt, mit feinen Pastelltönen. Die Lage war ruhig, aber dennoch nahe an den belebten Teilen der Stadt. Nach erlebnisreichen Tagen konnten wir uns wunderbar zurückziehen. Die Kommunikation mit Laura und Kate war immer freundlich, klar und zuverlässig. Wir danken für die tolle Zeit und empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter.

I had a fantastic stay. The check-in process was super easy, and the host was very responsive, making everything seamless from start to finish. The apartment was clean, tidy, and extremely comfortable—just what I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, yet in a quiet neighborhood, which made it easy to unwind after a busy day. I truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere while still being close to all the key attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hobart that want to feel at home away from home

Second time I’ve stayed at Arthurton central and loved it. Beautifully luxurious in all inclusions and amenities. Well appointed kitchen and large, comfortable bedrooms. Easy walk to Salamanca and battery point. A wonderful property and very communicative and helpful host.

Our stay was exactly as we thought it would be - but better. The accommodation was fresh and clean and welcoming. The beds were the most comfortable we have very slept in! We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruit and breakfast supplies! The unit was so close to the amazing beach and local eateries yet we felt we were much further away as it was so quiet and peaceful. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Hobart. One of the major reasons was the place we stayed. First of all, the room was very clean and well decorated. Next, there were many available items and kitchenware. Also, there was a fireplace that came surprisingly handy when we got to roast marshmallows. The location is very close to many famous places in Hobart and the hosts were very friendly and recommended a local restaurant to us. The only problem was the steep and narrow driveway. But overall it was a very nice place to stay.

Brian’s place is an affordable three bedroom home located in a quiet part of Kingston and was very convenient for our overnight stay. Brian communicated clear instructions, was friendly making sure we were able to check in smoothly and very kindly offered us some fresh fish.

Our stay at Brain’s place was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space to chill out and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker really made it. Thank you Brian!

Wonderful retro apartment with all that you need. Benji was super helpful with everything including recommendations for restaurant and coffee places. The highlight was the balcony with the most splendid view on the beach and wonderful sunrises. All in all a great experience!
