The place was just perfect for a short get-away from the city. Walkable to the beach. You can even see the ocean. Walkable to a good coffee shop, and restaurants. The kitchen has basics, so we could make breakfast. The family upstairs is definitely loud, and I don't think there's much insolation, because you can see the washing machine running, and people showering. Also when it's windy the whole house squeaks. But a couple of earplugs solved that, and the proximity to the beach more than makes up for it. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive!

Great place, great location. I will stay again in a next visit!

Just checked out. Wanted to say how hospitable and amazing the bnb was. We have a huge family and everything was perfect. Many memories from this house now especially the Wedding memories. Also thank you for being super flexible and understanding

This is the best value accommodation in Brooklyn and Queens. If you commute up North by car regularly you will have to pay the tolls, so getting a EZPass Transponder is essential. You should plan far out if you take MTA. It is also amazing that there is a washer, dryer, and stove that some other Airbnbs restrict or don't have. Street parking is manageable unlike some densly populated parts in the city. Also being by the beach is great.

Joseph is a great host and is always responsive to my request. The check-in process is super easy and the place is exactly as described in the photo and the description. The location is quite, peaceful, easy to find, and there are planety of good restaurants around that area. View as it is on an island is also pretty good! Highly recommend!

Pasamos una semana increíble. Sarina siempre estuvo muy atenta a las inquietudes que tuvimos; el lugar es muy agradable, tiene todo lo que se requiere para una estancia larga y cuenta con una excelente ubicación. So glad we stayed at John's beachfront home. We wanted a way to escape the noise and chaos of a large city and this was the perfect fit. Granted the commute is longer, but we couldn't get enough of the amazing ferry ride from Rockaway to Manhattan/Wall Street. Such a great way to explore NYC.

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

This was a wonderful place to stay with my family. It’s only 20 minutes from the ferry if you’re planning to go to New York. The location is surrounded by all the stores you could possibly need. The yard is enormous, which was a pleasant surprise. Although it’s too cold to go swimming, the beach is within walking distance.

I had an amazing stay at this house in Brooklyn! The place was incredibly clean and nice, and I truly enjoyed every moment of being there. I booked a last-minute trip, and the host made sure everything was ready for me. Thank you so much for providing such an exceptional place to stay during my time in New York. Highly recommend!
