I've stayed in places throughout the neighborhood and this one stands out. It's perfect for 1 person or a couple. Liza and Martin are lovely, the space is clean and well designed, and it's on a quiet corner of a quiet neighborhood in the city. Being able to play my music from the home's sound system was a huge additional plus. And, the private patio is larger than the interior space! (If only it hadn't rained all week!) Would absolutely stay here again.

This is not my first stay here and it’s my go to small apartment in Tel Aviv when I’m stopping by for a few nights. Highly recommended and will be back myself!

Eliran’s place is an absolutely gorgeous duplex in an excellent location. Arriving at the place was very easy, and the place is well secured. The living room is clean and spacious and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We loved it so much we plan to book it again very soon.

It's the second time I was here and it was a very good experience. Host very friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean and nice, comfortable bed. A lovely little garden. I'll surely come here again.

התחתנתי בבית הדבש שזה 5 דק מהוילה, זה היה מושלם. לקחתי את הוילה ל2 לילות אחד לפני החתונה ואת זה של החתונה, היה מהמם ומושלם בדיוק כמו שציפיתי. הייתה פרטיות וזמינות גם יחד.

Мы с семьями и детьми очень хорошо отохнули в этом прекрасном доме. Жарили шашлык на газовом барбкью и купались в бассейне достаточно глубоком и подходит для взрослых. Дом огромный , есть где разместиться и отохнуть. Ринат прекрасный хозяин и гостеприимный. Велеколепное разположение. Очень рекомендую.

This is my new home anytime I am in Tel Aviv and it is available! New tasteful remodel, beautiful furnishings, first class home! Location is in the Market, yet very quiet. Coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shopping steps away yet complete privacy once inside the apartment. Rooftop patio! Amazing Stay and highly recommend, unless you are trying to stay there the next time I want to come back!

The apartment is larger than it seems in pictures and it is very well equipped. There is a lot of attention to details, we found plenty of towels and toiletries for the bathroom, as well as water bottles, coffee, snacks and even yogurt in the fridge. I can’t say much about the kitchen, because we only used the Nespresso machine there. The attached parking space is a huge plus for those who arrive there by car. All-in-all, I would like to be able to stay there again.

Mariana was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to help us settle into the apartment. She was incredibly accommodating and always willing to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect—nestled in a quiet neighborhood that still offers easy access to Tel Aviv and other areas. Free parking space in the street and great restaurants in Ramat HaHayal and Patalina is 6 minutes drive from the home. It truly felt like a sanctuary away from home, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Mariana, for your hospitality!

Our stay exceeded our expectations definitely one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. Oren was on hand to solve any problems and responded quickly. Beautifully clean, plenty of spare linen and towels and the location was perfect for us. We look forward to this being our "go to" place in Israel for the foreseeable future. Thank you Oren

The apartment was pretty much as advertised. It is located right by a school but no issue with noise. The apartment could use updated appliances as they are a bit dated and also a good cleaning but overall very nice place. Would stay there again.

Excellent stay. The apartment was clean, well furnished and equipped and very convenient. Nice balcony, easy check with digital lock. Moshiko was very responsive at all times. Very conveniently located for anyone who wish to stay out of central Tel Aviv but remain close enough to its metropolitan area. I’ll stay there again.

Incredible host, very accommodating and responsive

Very nice, attractive high-rise unit in convenient location. It worked well for our family of 5. The unit has all the modern amenities you would want. Very spacious and amazing light-filled kitchen with all windows on two sides. The beach is about a 15-minute walk down a nice path. Good high-end commercial center with lots of food options 1 block away. Amitay was good with communication.

Illana's flat is absolutely stunning - from the spacious and comfortable rooms (spotlessly clean and with everything you could possibly need) to the breathtaking and panoramic views of the beach, sea and sunsets from the large balcony. The flat is in a fabulous position, within walking distance of many places and well served by cafes and restaurants on it's doorstep. We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely return to such a gorgeous apartment. Illana was a responsive and very helpful host - Rosina and Simon

The flat was absolutely fabulous!! The living room appearance was even nicer than the pictures :-) The kitchen was fully equipped and more - two type of toasters, coffee machine, lots of cooking utensils, plastic bags, plenty of cups and plates from all kind types, there were coffee, oil, salt and pepper, various spices, and even peanut butter and flatbreads. Amazing. The shower was lacking soaps and lotions, baby wipes etc. Washing machine and dryer was life saver with kids. The swimming pool was spacious and fun, partially shaded with nice staff working there. Having the private parking was very important in this area. Ronit was very responsive and very helpful in our stay and I couldn't ask for a better host!

Just a perfect place for a stay!

Хорошая квартира, которая стоит своих денег. Есть все удобства (все для приготовления еды, банные полотенца, стиральная машина, два санузла). Также есть маленький приватный дворик. Mirjam очень приветливая и отзывчивая хозяйка. Очень удобное место положения (море в 10 минутах, много автобусных остановок, много магазинов рядом). Квартира подойдет для большой семьи.

We stayed at Joel's place from July 31 – Sept. 3, 2023. Before we arrived, we had some questions. We contacted the host (Joel) and he responded immediately with all the information we needed. When we arrived the place was very clean. We were 7 people (4 adults and 3 children) and the place accommodated us very comfortably. It had everything you needed. The view from the balcony is amazing. It faces the sea and you get an unobstructed view. We spent many a mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the sea. There were a couple of minor issues when we were there but they were attended to immediately by the hosts and did not cause us any inconvenience. On a couple of occasions, the hosts came around with wine and cake including a very tasty apple pie baked by Joel. The hosts are very nice people who did everything to ensure our stay was enjoyable. It was a wonderful experience all around and we would not hesitate to stay there again.
