Brian ist ein super Gastgeber und hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Es gab nur keinen ATM in der Nähe. Im März hat man den starken Wind laut in der Wohnung gehört Wir würden wieder kommen. 😊

Had a great time at Nguyens place. Very nice home with all the amenities. Very responsive host and friendly nature. I highly recommend her place for stay.

We had a lovely stay at Anh’s place! Especially with the friendly vibrant Thuong who helped us and made sure our stay would be comfortable. Will definitely book again the place once we visit Da Nang again in the future. Would also recommend it to my family and friends who wants to visit Da Nang for a vacation.

Great hosting kaly is a very friendly person , and the room also has a great view of sea and is walkable distance for beach too.

Wonderful place to stay in Hoi An away from the hustle and bustle of old town but still in a walk-able distance from it (about 20 minutes walk) Restaurants and coffee shops that are more for the locals nearby which we love!

This place is truly amazing, one of the best stays I have ever been and I have been all over the world, the host cooked me food every morning and she is the sweetest woman ever we would have great conversations before I start the day. This place is a gem. I love this place.

We stayed for 5 nights and we really enjoyed Hoi An and Pao Riverside House! Communication with the host was easy, we found the house easily and Amy who welcomed us, was a smiling and kind person who gave us all information needed for the house, plus some useful tips for the town. The house itself was exactly as described, spacious, clean, bright and airy, very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed, plus it was ideally located on the riverside, just 10min pleasant walking distance from the heart of Hoi An old town. We could hear and feel the rhythm of the river ( birds singing, motorboats passing), plus the sounds of the neighborhood without street traffic, and we could enjoy a quiet night sleep as long as we followed the rhythm of local people who sleep and wake up early. Overall it was a memorable accommodation in a very charming city, we would absolutely recommend this house !

Return visitors to Casa Rio for another month’s stay in this still fabulous house. The house keeping is excellent, everything you need is in the house, with amenities, town and beach all within walking distance. The garden has developed under Huong’s knowledge of plants and attention to detail. Would love to stay again in the future. Many thanks😎

We had the best visit and fell in love with the area. The Villa was perfect for our family of five with plenty of indoor/outdoor space. It’s nicely located just a short drive from some of the busier areas like An Bang or Old Town, yet still close enough to walk to the beach and some great restaurant options. Chloe was absolutely amazing and super responsive throughout the trip. She helped with recommendations, obtaining tickets, setting up dinner and delivering a motor bike to the house. Chloe even continued to help us after we checked out by ensuring a dress was delivered to our next stop in DaNang. Can’t say enough, but we’ll definitely be back!

A delight to stay here. It was in a great location close to the beach, cafe's and restaurants. Spacious, clean and modern. The only disappointment was not staying here longer. Fresh breakfast made at a convenient time for us and a fridge stocked with drinks was a pleasant surprise. I would stay here again and highly recommended.

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

Die Unterkunft war super eingerichtet, vor allem sauber und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Der Pool war schön, jedoch zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten sehr gut besucht, dadurch auch sehr laut. Sofern es ein Problem gab habe ich sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Zum erreichen von Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten braucht man ein Grab. Sofern das jemanden nicht stört ist die ruhig gelegene Unterkunft wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Logement impeccable! May a été serviable depuis le premier jour, elle s’est assurée que nous ne manquions de rien. Ce logement situé dans l’hôtel à la carte est connu de tous (Grab / Taxis) et est en bord de mer, facilement accessible à pied, près du dragon bridge. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct! Elle vous propose même un service nettoyage complet du logement compris dans le tarif. Merci encore May!!

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

We felt so comfortable and right at home in this unit. Everything was cleaned to perfection before we arrived. They are very patient with us, and we never felt like we were a burden even though we had many questions. They are incredibly kind hosts. I Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! look no further if you are trying to decide on a place to stay. this is the most ideal and perfect location.
