i had such a good time at machine-san’s! i didn’t just fell in love with her place, i also fell in love with hakodate. it’s a little further from the city but it was peaceful and quiet :) machiko-san is also super helpful and responsive! i truly felt like home.

정말로 아름다운 공간. 홋카이도에서 이런 사랑스러운 곳에 머물 수 있어 행복했습니다. 따뜻하고 아늑한 숙소는 너무 포근했으며, 창밖 눈이 쌓인 풍경은 더 없이 완벽했어요. 그 풍경을 바라보며 먹는 아침식사는 말할 것도 없습니다. 아름다운 인생을 살고 있는 호스트분들의 공간을 엿볼 수 있는 귀중한 경험이었어요. 오직 이 숙소만을 위해 5시간 운전하고 갔는데 절대 후회하지 않습니다. 정말 잊지 못할 기억을 남겨준 호스트분들께 감사의 인사를 전해요! 저는 꼭 다시 돌아가고싶어요. 다음에는 부모님을 모시고 가고 싶습니다. 그때까지 건강하게 지내셨으면 좋겠어요! 고마워요!

It is really a SNOWLAND! Oh my god we had a very good experience here. The house is nice, warm, clean, got everything you need. They got parking space. Its very near to Zenibako Station but --- if u comes with kids, and luggages, its better if u rent out a car. You can't find taxi using Go Apps or Uber. So the only option u have to walk to Zenibako station, take the train, and go to the city centre. We are happy to stay here. The host is so kind. They got bread maker and they gave us free pre mix. Got washing machine with no dryer but our clothes easy dry because house got heater. The house is very near to 7Eleven and Seico Mart. I love everything about this house. We even had blizzard and we had experienced to scoop snow 😂 we love it! Thank you again for hosting! Im gonna rate 10/10!

Truly an amazing experience! She welcomed us with a huge smile the moment we pulled up. Her breakfast and dinner meals were absolutely 10/10 amazing! She had so many good stories and made us feel right at home. She gave us lots of great recommendations for things to see and do, and always asked us how she could help. She even cleaned the snow off our car the day we were leaving! You can tell she truly loves meeting new people and hosting, and it really shows! Sad to leave and would come back in a heartbeat!

I enjoyed staying at Toru’s place. It felt like home, yet, you have your own privacy. You feel like part of the family, having dinner with them every night. The food was all home cooked authentic Japanese food. Will surely come back next time!

我们一行四人，住酒店（房间巨小的那种酒店）需要这里双倍的价格，这里性价比巨高。 房子可以住7人（很宽敞），阿姨很爱她的家，聊天的时候能感觉到她很为这座房子感到骄傲，所以房子维护的非常好。 环境很干净，毛巾都是香香的，大被子是阿姨特意从上海带来的鹅绒被，又轻又温暖，每天阿姨都早早都开好电热毯。 早餐特别好吃！！非常丰盛！！阿姨用的是自己收藏的漂亮餐具给我们使用。（爱心） 我家小朋友很爱喝这里的果汁，喝完了阿姨第二天特意去买回来。 我们还喝了自己带的啤酒，阿姨分享了她喜欢的卤味，配上当地的cheese，太棒啦！！！ 最后阿姨将我们送到地铁站。 总的来说，两天的相处，让我们感觉像是来到亲戚家拜访，而且还体验了独特的日式风格居住环境。 期望我们下次到访。

Nice place. Clean, comfortable, and convenient by car. Definitely a winner, especially if you need three bedrooms.

Overall the place was nice. We had some issues with parking as the ice built up in front of the car park, our car could not park in the designated spot.

Even though we booked at the last minute, the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. After staying in small hotel rooms in Japan, we were absolutely amazed by how spacious, clean, and beautifully designed this place was. The thoughtful touches and attention to detail made our stay feel so special and comfortable. On New Year’s Day, when most restaurants were closed, having a well-equipped kitchen and a nearby supermarket was such a lifesaver. Everything about this stay was perfect, and we would absolutely love to come back again. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

The apartments were spacious and clean. The second apartment had no crockery or cups, only minimal utensils, but otherwise was a great stay. You can easily walk to the popular areas of Sapporo or to a nearby station.

Kei san made me feel right at home from the start. It's all in the details- from the lovely, clean and well equipped home, to her prepared with love and pride meals and her enthusiasm to chit-chat with me in simple English as I am not able to speak Japanese. Her place is a little isolated but works well for me as I like the quiet and peaceful surroundings. It was only a short 2 days but I have made a new friend :) I highly recommend staying with Kei san and enjoying her hospitality.

Great two night stay! Young Sug was very responsive and helpful when I had any questions before booking. He gave recommendations and made us breakfast/coffee every morning. Great location and was very walkable to the restaurants and ski resort, definitely will book again :)

I just wanna said i have very wonderful stay in Yuriko house, She was very lovely woman who take care of me while i stay make it feel like home with my mom🥹 The house very clean, comfy, amazing breakfast everymorning she make with full of effort , its warm me up in the cold winter season. Im very enjoyed stay with Yuriko, even when i arrived at station , she come to pick me up also she drop me back to station when im leaving in the night. I feel bittersweet when i check out , i hope one day i have a chance to come visit again🤍 Dont be hesistate to stay here while you visit Hokkaido, you never gonna regret it .

Great place to stay near Niseko Hirafu! It was our only option as we booked it 3 days in advance. Location is good, but youd need a car to get around, public transport is a no-no. Or you can 20min walk to lifts, 10 min to shops.

Great stay! Very close to ski at annupuri mountain, and great homely vibe! The breakfast every morning was a highlight! The kiwi team however was the real stars, so friendly and helpful and made it a wonderful stay

First time here and everything was amazing. The team here even helped out with our lost luggage offering clothes and toiletries. So close to eveything and well set up. We’ll be back for sure.

Staying at Shingo’s place was an amazing experience! Sleeping on the futon was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Shingo is a very kind and helpful host—he provides great tips, enjoys chatting with everyone, and makes sure guests feel welcome. Snowboarding there was incredible, and the overall experience was unforgettable. I highly recommend staying there!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lodge. The space was clean and comfortable and adequate for a good nights sleep. What really stands out is the warm and friendly people that run the place and the proximity to the gondola. It's also close to a great onsen. We loved our trip to Niseko and the crew at the lodge had a great deal to do with that. Can't wait to come back again!
