This place was amazing! The pool was beautiful and great for our family. We always take our dogs on vacation and the fenced in back yard was awesome. The ping pong table, foosball table and games kept us busy as well. Felt like home away from home. I would definitely come back next time we are Wilmington. Great place for families and dogs.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, but easy access to the beach and main drag for shopping, dining, etc. Home was really nice and comfortable - well decorated, comfy beds and linens, and spacious common areas. Kitchen was very well stocked with items to cook and dine inside or out. We made great use of these! Fun outdoor area for cooking and visiting, and we enjoyed the corn hole set! Katie was a dream to communicate with, and we did not have a single problem. Enjoyed this place very much and would recommend and stay here again ourselves. Thank you!

The beach house was very clean, well organized and safe. We felt right at home and our host, Steven, was awesome! Would not hesitate to recommend.

2nd summer vacation at Caroline’s home and I cannot recommend it enough. The house is clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, clean linens and towels, spotless bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining/living area that’s great to hang out, cook and relax in. And that’s just the inside of the house. The pool and back porch are amazing. As a family traveling with young kids, I just can’t emphasize how much time we spend hanging out in the pool and on the porch. It really makes our vacation to have this awesome feature to enjoy while we are visiting beautiful Wilmington. Caroline is an excellent and responsive host. Communication is seamless and when the only issue during our stay arose (broken dryer), she responded immediately, had a repairman at the house the same day and even took our wet clothes to her home to dry them. She goes above and beyond. I wish I could stay at this house every time I travel! 10 out of 10.

Great house, great stay, great host. It was the perfect place for my friends & I to unwind. Proximity to the beach and the boardwalk was really nice. We were able to rent bikes throughout our stay & tour the neighborhood. The kitchen was beautiful and the house came with cookware needed for our crab boil. But the rooftop is really the star of the show. The 360 view is amazing with the beach on one side and the marina on the other. Thank you Ramith for hosting us! We have to come back!

Had a great stay for a golf trip. Perfectly met our needs and was located by a number of great food spots and awesome courses. If you are a golfer, hit tidewater right across the bay!

The beach was beautiful and the house was perfect! Two families stayed in the home for the weekend and there was plenty of space. It was walking distance to the beach and all CB has to offer. The house was clean and there was plenty of seasoning to cook! Michelle was responsive and proactive in communication. We definitely want to come back.

Overall a good stay, the host was great, communication was amazing, was very nice with a good view, there was a few things that could have been better but overall really not a bad stay for the price , there is a bit of a weird smell but you kinda get used to it, some stains on the couch and carpets as well , and the dishes were dirty so everything we ate off had to be washed before we used it . thank you again for having us !

Wonderful and relaxing stay! The property was beautiful and our pups loved walking around the grounds. Very peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed to recharge. Hope to be back soon!

This place was amazing! It had all the amenities listed and was super affordable. Although some of the dishware was dirty and the bathtub had some black stains, all was very clean. I enjoyed the space and will definitely be coming back!

We loved Mark’s apartment with both views for sunrise and sunset. We had everything we needed from the beginning and Mark was easy to reach throughout the stay. This spot will stay in our top choices to rent. Thank You for providing a great place to vacation.

THAT VIEW! The moment you walk through the door and the sun hits, you know you're in a great place. The rental was incredibly clean. Furniture, beds, and linens were in great condition & comfy. We encountered little issues that she remedied right away. What to know beforehand? There was construction occurring on the complex during our stay that was so loud from 9-5 that we could not hear each other talk, so we had no option but to leave the condo all day, every day. Sunni was apologetic for not knowing/ informing us that it would be right at our unit while we were there and did help us with a tranquil escape for a morning. We appreciated that kind gesture. You could likely just call Atlantic Towers to find out more info on construction as the on-site staff were also kind & helpful. Overall, Sunni is a great host with a spectacular unit and we would absolutely stay again! P.S. We watched the dolphins everyday, too.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I ever stayed in. Clean and comfortable with beautiful Ocean views and access to the water.

We stayed 60 days and were very comfortable. The neighbors are quiet, restaurants and beaches are close by. We would definitely stay again.

Condo is located in a quieter part of North Myrtle Beach with easy access to the beach. It is close to the inlet and that part of the beach is scenic, secluded and much nicer than most parts of Myrtle Beach. Interior looks to be very recently renovated, so everything was very nice and new, although the building itself is a bit dated. There were only 2 of use on this trip, but I'd say it would be adequate size for 4 adults. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was efficient and sufficiently large for us. It's an end unit with a large exterior veranda with a great view of the beach. Getting to restaurants and other attractions on Highway 17 is about a 10-15 minute drive, although there are some stores and restaurants closer on Highway 9. The have a large parking deck, so parking wasn't an issue, at least at this time of the year. Overall, it was a great choice for our spring trip.

The condo was awesome! Everything was spectacular! We would definitely love to rent with you all again! The decorations were amazing! The entire surrounding area was great! Thank you all for being such great host!

Overall our family stay was amazing. Leading up to the trip communication from red awning was slow on any questions we had but once they set us up with the local host’s direct number, communications were great! The space was exactly as pictured and perfect for a large family. My kids felt right at home and loved the pool, ample outdoor play areas and even the adorable ducks in the pond. The only complaint we had was the level of cleanliness upon check in. You could tell that the space had been recently cleaned. Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and even smelled fresh and clean, but the floors throughout the main areas of the house and the bedrooms were covered in dog hair and sand. Also some of the trash cans did not have liners in them, so that took some time to figure out where the trashcan liners were and to line all the trash cans. Overall, the house was amazing, we look forward to booking again for this summer!
